Hi,
We had purchased one of your LG water purifier with extended warranty, we got an issue with water purifier and launched a complaint almost 48 hours ago and while trying to get in touch with the technician he was been very rude and was mentioning that o complain to who ever we want as of the company can't take any action on him.
Is this the way how a technician would respond ????
