[Resolved] LG Electronics — Very Poor Service given by Kholapur branch and didnt solve the problem | |||
Sir, I had called LG Toll free number on Friday (i spoke with Javed the senior executive), Pl refer complaint number RNA[protected]. I bought LG Television on 2011. After the complaint registration, Service Engineer visited our house on 18 Dec 2014 and inspected the product and quoted Rs 3200 for repairing the same. I agreed upon the same and ask him to fix the issue as soon as possible. The engineer fixed the issue but it was not up to mark and now he stating it is an tube issue and need to scrap the television. So, if our television is to be scraped then our Rs 3200 should be returned back as it does not fixed the issue. Hoping for the positive reply from your end. Reply back to the earliest.
