[Resolved] LG Electronics — Washing Machine | |||
Worst product and pathetic service provided by LG. I have purchased an LG washing machine (front load). It worked well for few years and then there was a display/PCB related problem. We called LG customer care and they sent some engineers (these engineers have no LG card no identity card) and they say they belong to some dealer in Pune. I got the PCB replaced at the price of INR 4500, no bill provided by the engineer. After 6 months I faced the same problem and I called the same person. He says I am in my home town and never responded to the calls. When I went to LG customer care center in Katraj, they are not ready to talk and when I asked the security person (Thackeray) to connect me to some person he straight away said there is no one today and got into argument with me. We spend 27k on the machine and they treat us like beggers...such a worst service, I will never buy LG products hence forth. Fraudulent company, worst product and service.
