There was a problem in RO filter. I have raised a request for service on november 21st. Its been 20 days and i have no response from the customer care. I tried calling customer care on[protected] and explained my problem thrice. They listen to my problem and there was this incident where twice the customer care person laughed when i was expressing my problem. My parents have kidney issues and my dad underwent kidney surgery a month ago. In my area there is no proper drinking water so i had to buy this water purifier hoping the best service from LG. But all my expectations were wrong. This is the second time i am facing some issue in water purifier after purchasing it in a span of 6months. Even the previous issue took 20 days to be resolved. I do understand it is pandemic and this are a bit slow. But now every thing is resumed (transportation, couriers and all). And for the worst, its been 20 days fir which this pandemic cannot at all be an excuse. The problem was assigned to SS Solutions in my town(mancherial) and they are supposed to fix this from your end. When i try to reach them either they wont pick the call, if they do they wont listen to the problem and answer back saying what should we do if lg is not sending spare part. And when i call lg customer care[protected], they say we will resolve it but i heard nothing back as a response and no progress. when i asked the customer care person to connect call to higher authorities they kept my call on hold and cut it twice. I dont understand what to do. I trusted LG service when the seller said it has best service and now i have to face this problem. Firstly, the product itself is defective as it has started failing within the 6th month of purchase and now the service is even worst and pathetic.
