I have purchased the LG Refrigerator and Washing Machine from Reliance Digital (Address: Crown Interiorz Mall, NH-19, near Sarai Khwaja, Ashoka Enclave 3, Subash Nagar, Sector 35, Faridabad, Haryana 121003) on 3rd May, 2024 and it got delivered on 7th May, 2024. When the LG installation engineer came for installation, both of the products were having issues. The Refrigerator has a dent in the front, and the washing machine is broken on the back side. We are asking Reliance Reliance Digital to replace the products with the new ones, and they are saying again and again that it is under process.
Sir/Mam the middle class public like us takes these things from our months of savings and these reputed vendors like Reliance makes fool o[censored]s.
It is Humble and Kind request Please look into it, as i am into very much trouble.

LG Electronics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have complained to Reliance digital & LG for same. After 2 visits technician also accepted that product delivered is defected, but they can't accept it in written or with seniors.
Technicians also made the reel/video of microwave while at was giving extreme steam while operating. Even one of them also informed us that it may blast due to steam is not coming out properly from the ventilation.
After so many calls at Reliance digital is not responding, please arrange to replace the product as soon as possible as already we are suffering since more than one month. I have discussed the issue with Mr. Nitin Rajoria of LG but after giving around 10 calls he picked the phone & denied to resolve the issue.
