[Resolved] LG Electronics — water purifier problem not resolved | |
Lg has the worst customer service process. Regd. Mobile [protected]. My water purifier is not working, called them multiple times but no technician visited. The customer service simply tells "i can just create a reminder but cannot commit anything when technician will visit". Any information that i asked them, the only answer was "the technician will provide you the details, we do not have any information". I am regretting my purchase. I wish i went with aquaguard or kent, the companies like lg just sell their products and run away. They chase you while selling the product and then you have to chase them for service. Sick company with irresponsible employees. I am raising a consumer complaint against them. Was this information helpful? | |
