[Resolved]  LG India Ltd — Not Fixing a Problem

Bought a LG TL6.5K T7018AEEP5 from Reliance Digital Kolkata. dt 07/08/2012.with a extended warranty with digital for 2 yrs. My machine is out of order for last 25 days. Since Lg warranty is over I have to call digital and they could not fix it up and pass the same to LG directly, and now the revenge started from your LG service department, it is quite clear that LG will take a upper hand and will go to any dirty possible way to harassed me and delay the process to the extreme (for a prove for last 25 days one of your premium and costliest washing machine is out of order, it's a shame) not to solve the problem since my extended warranty is not done with LG. Please go through all the complains for last 20 days will come to know how they are delaying the process of not fixing the problem intentionally. Extremely disappointed, did I made a blunder of my life for Purchasing such a costly product from a brand know as LG.
