I, Pranab Kr. Sou Mandal, Tata Motors employee am one of royal customer of LG brand. My all household goods starting from TV, Washing Machine, Micro Oven, Refrigerator etc are all of LG brand & few of them are of 2nd time bought. I had purchased LG 360 Ltr double door Refrigerator in 2015. This was my 2nd freeze. It was working OK till Jun'22 & from Jul'22 it started mal functioning. The compressor is OK & cooling effectively upper half but lower portion of Freeze is not getting cooled. I had made complaint to LG customer care, their service engineer visited my freeze but they surrender saying that it can't be repaired. Plate heater got damaged which can't be repaired or replaced. So I have no option rather to scrape this. My refrigerator is till fine, no dent or breakages or discolouring any where. Now tell me what should I do? If LG compressor having 10 year warranty which is till live but if Freeze got out of order because of other small parts, what should I do with 10 year warranty policy. It is just brain wash of customer showing 10year warranty policy. Also it is a big shocking for a customer to scrape such good costly (Rs. 40, 000) Freeze just berceuse of one part.
With this my complain I want resolution from LG.
