This is regarding the complaint about one of your i purchased for the first time and had a very bad experience altogether.

I bought coolers from Liberty, Bata Hardware Road, NIT, near Central Bank Of India, Faridabad, Haryana 121001 few months ago. I weared the desired product first time day before yesterday and it is torn apart. I returned the product to the said showroom but now the vendor is asking me to pay the money for soul replacement.

I am not sure what kind of quality you guys offer that a shoe kept for 2-3 months and thereafter it is useless for the end consumer if not weared. I am experiencing this first time with any brand while i do have shoes kept for years unused and they are still the same but not sure about the quality Liberty is offering.

Kindly resolve my issue asap.

I'm very disappointed with Liberty's quality and service also. I had bought one Sandel worth Rs.999/- on 27th February from Jhumri Tilaya, Kodarma, Jharkhand brunch. In this lockdown, I hardly wear it to get outside .within 5 months the right pair of soles came our and the finger inserting belt also got came out from the shoe. Is this the quality from Liberty we expect??? Rs.999/- is not a matter of joke. I also texted in your WhatsApp no. got no reply in 2 days. Please take immediate action. otherwise, I have to take action against your quality of service on the consumer's forum.

Hi, I purchased Clogs 4 days ago which I felt was very comfortable but as I worn them today, after 20 minutes of walking it start hurting from inside (near joint button) It could have been more comfortable if you could have used some cousion or some soft material near that button.
I am sharing picture for the same.
If possible please exchange or refund my product because it's really not good.

This is complaint regarding defective shoe sold to me by Liberty outlet Deb Footwear Naven doorsanchar colony Bhopal MP. I had purchased Force 10 shoes whose inner cution went off very first day I wear it, secondly it's has no size marking over it's sole. That make me suspicious of FAKE product sold to me. This should not be happening for such a good brand.

when asking he shop keeper is just taking mobile numbers and saying we will watsapp you the bill or send via sms but none provided. As receipt is not generating

Looks like they are doing tax frauds and cheating us by not providing bill copy if we need it in future.

Also, I am suspecting genuine ness of item sold.

As shoe top is in excellent condition please inform where in faridabad old town I can get the soles replaced and get it refixed to the existing shoe top uppers....

Article no. GI-BZL-05, was purchased on 30/03/2021, from LIBERTY SHOES LTD. Shop No-166, First Floor, Great India Place.Noida Unitech Mall 201301 NOIDA having GSTIN. 09AAACL3146K1ZF.
Within 15 days of its purchase the sole of the product was cracked at 2 points as shown in the picture. On 10/04/2021 the above mentioned store was approached regarding the same but they are not replacing it. 2200/- was pais via the receipt number[protected]. This is complete loot. What to do??

I am a great fan of Liberty but unfortunately i had purchase sandals that was of very bad quality that after using just 1 day and that too for few hours its condition become so worse that it started looking as if they are years older.
Had a discussion with shopkeeper but didnt get any responce from him.

Have purchased one pair slippers vide article Narr. COOL99-120 Worth Rs. 599 in Liberty show room. After 3 days my slipper broken away.. and after visiting for replacement show room staff was refused to replace even after one month warranty is there..behaving with ME rudely.

This is worst experience i have ever faced. Before I reach Consumer forum I hope you settle it down by replacing my slipper.

I have purchased a pair of shoes on 31.01.2021 from Liberty showroom 'Shoe Empire' Hubli Karnataka. I found that the back side leather of the right leg shoe is very soft and tender and easily able to be bruised while left leg shoe is very much fine, hard and tight. When I reported the same on 03.02.2021 i.e. on 4rth day, which is with in 7 days as per policy printed on the tax invoice, as per the policy the shoes must be replaced as this is the manufacturing defect but the showroom owner refused to entertain the same after heavy discussion about their policy they accepted to get the shoes serviced at company workshop and received the shoes against receiving on reverse of invoice and assured to rectify the defect and will deliver back the shoes in right condition as tight and hard as the left leg shoe. They gave 100% assurance for removal of defect otherwise I want replacement of the shoes. I paid 2999/- full amount then why should I suffer. If I do not get satisfaction in shoes servicing or replacement of the shoes I will file complaint with Consumer Forum. I attached the invoice.

I subramanian v k ex-servicemen army presently working in income tax department chennai is regular customer of your products because of quality and durability. I purchased from your authoized liberty shoes show room in kilkattalai i don't know exact date of purchase and the total amount was approximately 12000 or for my wife for me and for my son. I purchased coolers slip on shoes. My son tried to wear for first time found it was torn and beading was brittle and stiches were cut that too without using it. For heavenly it is hard earned money and in future don't make such type of third quality products. I believe that liberty shoes product was good. Please don't spoil your good will. If possible refund the money or replace it for new one.. Both the pairs i don't have box or invoice or the date of purchase. I purchased it through my atm card and with my registered mobile number [protected]/[protected]/[protected] this also i don't know exactly. Don't mistake me that iam degrading your products quality it is the fact.
Hope i will get resolution and case is resolved amikably with further escalation of my to higher authorities and followed by consumer court complaint

I have purchased the leather belly from Liberty Rani Bagh Showroom on[protected] vide Bill no. 1357 and the same belly leather has been broken with in a month after 3-4 times used and I have submitted the pair in the showroom on[protected] & showroom manager confirmed me to collect the replace product on[protected] and on the same day I have visited the showroom with my husband and showroom manager confirmed they have rec'd. the approval of 50% approval from company. It's bad experienced faced in Liberty showroom.

Please check this matter on "TOP PRIORITY" and refund the complete amount or same amount product to be arrange asap.
