My order no. [protected] shipped through[protected] with awbno. Ecom express on dt 27th july and received on dt 2nd aug. But i found the shoes is too small for me. Another product of size 11/45 willbe fit for me. Please make arrangement that i can exchange it with another product. Hope for an early reply.

On 2-3-2019, with great enthusiasm i bought liberty shoes from your showroom in rbi layout, jp nagar 7th phase.

Within one month of very smooth and soft using, both pullers at the back was cut.. But i kept quite.. Next month there was damage on front surface.. I kept quite.. Within 3 months of normal use, when i was just trying to tie the knot, the side rubber was cut... The side rubber is very very thin and is of very bad quality.. I requested your showroom people at rbi but they dint help me in anyways.. They kept my shoes for 50 days and just returned it with some stitch and applying ordinary glue.. They dint help me in anyways

Since the entire quality of shoes is very bad and i still believe in brand liberty, please take back this shoes and replace it, as the quality of shoes is substandard for rs.2999/-

Please note, warranty limitation of 60 days shall not be applicable when the product is substandard and of bad quality, built with cheap quality rubber and not fit for any purpose, when you are charging rs.2999/-

When the product is bad ad defective and made of cheap items, you need to replace it with the new product as you cannot hide and escape under warranty limitation!!

Expecting positive response as your showroom refused and failed me in every way..

How and where i fill details in order to claim gift, without any link?

I want to complain about the shoes i bought from the liberty showroom, opposite ganesh complex, lashkar, gwalior, madhya pradesh. For reference vide bill no.[protected] dated 2019/01/20 with the customer name - deepak. The model no. Of the shoes is gi-yhl010 of the brand leap7x. The threads you put on the shoes come out in every 1-2 weeks and i have to send it for repair again and again. The look of the shoes has turned bad because of the gum used while repairing. I want you to either replace or refund or i'll take strict action against the company.

Within few days o[censored]sage of shoes the front white walls of the shoes started cracking. The pasting of the front rubber also came out. I purchase the shoes from liberty thinking that it is a good brand and the shows will do good, but i am highly disappointed from liberty of providing me the low quality product.
I want my shoes to be replaced immediately free of cost, other wise i will be forced to take strong action against liberty company.

I paid amount twice as they said first transaction not credit in there account. So i keep in mind of employee, i made payment again in thought of that amount will return in my account automatically. As it credited in my account i request him to return my amount but simply they are passing the ball and stating that we have raised complain in bank and all that but no proper response is coming.
I bought the shoes of amount r's 3198 on 15june but the case is still pending.
I bought shoes from gomti nagar liberty showroom (Ragunath).
Please do needful as i already waste my lots of energy in this.

Tiday i purchased liberty shoe which is not fitting to my foot, hence i want to return 3 number shoes and want 4 number shoes on place of it. The size available on chart and the shoe size does not match as such the shoe doesn't fit me. And i want a replacement with 4 number shoe.
Ready if some additional charges are associated with it.
I had paid all money for shoes and now it is of no use for me hence i request that it will be good if a get my 3 number shoes with 4 number shoes

After 2 week thread of the sole is comming out. I was said to shopkeeper for change the slipper and said to liberty for change the slipper but shop keeper was said that we will repair slippers then he repaired slipper with black thread but on my slipper brown thread is used.
Now again thread problem have occurred, so please give me new slippers in other design or refund our money.

I have bought a sandel from the store and i was asked to pay extra rupee 10 for the carry bag and when i refused to pay for the same then the shopkeeper has added my balance returning amount in the bill as carry bag charges and denied me of carry bag also. I have purchased an article m1 07 black ballerina size 34 on 26.5.19. From liberty sector 22 chandigarh exclusive store.
Not even a month has passed its sole got damaged and has come out. Even the threads of the material is coming out. My daughter has worn this only for few times but its condition is like that she has been wearing this for ages. I have bought this from liberty thinking it buying from reputed brand. I am attaching pics of the ballerina. Kindly provide me replacement with the new pair.

I bought a Pair of Coolers from your Patrakarpuram Lucknow outlet.
Receipt number 1827 Dt 20 June 2019.
There was a problem & next morning i returned and instead bought Coolers Cat E278-01. They charged Rs 300/- extra for which they gave a receipt but no bill. The Box of Coolers shows date of Manufacture as April 2017.
I find this suspicious.Pl reply as to my misgivings as I am a very old customer.
In short
1.Issue new bill
2.is it normal for Slip on Coolers to be 2 years 2 Months Old

Within a month the slippers broken and the Colorado also fades.It seems it's duplicate, don't expect such things from a big brand like Liberty, I bought from shoe room sector 7 Rohini Delhi in 3000.But the quality comes out to be really low.I personally will not suggest Liberty in future to some body and will not go for it.

A very stylish and comfortable sandal but unfortunately the left piece outer front part broke and withered away in just 6 months.
Details:
In the design the pvc sole has been stitched to the upper.
As the stitching makes holes in the pvc, it got broken from the left front where the foot curves while walking.
So the entire side opened up the stitching with a gaping big hole!!
I have taken photographs and can send it on email or whatsapp!
Please resolve the issue!

Purchased said shoes on 05.03.2019 from Liberty C.R. Park and started to use after 2 months and within one month of its use the paste became ineffective making the shoes shabby and sole delinked from the upper on front side. Purchasing such a costly shoes from reputed company feel me that I have been cheated. Please refund my purchase money of Rs.2, 500/-.

I have complaint regarding the manufacturing defect of shoes at the showroom on the same day i have purchased them and they said that they will order the same pair from company and will exchange them within a day or two but it has been 12 days since i am waiting to exchange my shoes. I have not even removed the tag of my shoes. I can't wait this long time for a pair of shoes. Kindly help me with this. Now i want to return these shoes and get my money back. I am not satisfied with their customer service at all.

I heard about liberty shoes from one of mine friend about liberty quality after that i purchased formal shoes from tilak nagar central market, new delhi showroom on 8 march 2019 an amount of 2199 after wear only one day and putted rinkals on shoes its look very ugly. My first experience is very bad

I have visited on showroom and raised the complaint regarding this and they said that they will send the pair in company but after 7-8 days they gave me shoes as it is and said that they can not do anything, even they were doing miss behave with me. And also written on bill.

Now i am thinking about to share my experience on all social media but firstly i want to share with you. I have attached the bill also.

I bought above article from company mega showroom, 408, lajpat nagar, jalandhar. Phone no.[protected] vide invoice no. 7277 dated 22/03/2019.
I used the above shoes on 23/03/2019 and within one day the shoes got defected. The material (As the salesman told) leather got damaged within one time use.
I approached the showroom with bill and the shoes. They did not give us anything accept one number 2568 from the booklet and asked us to come again after 2-3 days.
I asked showroom manager to give proper return document to prove that i have returned the defective piece of shoes, but they did not give anything accept the number 2568.
Kindly look into the matter and refund my money earliest possible.

The product was bought on 30th jan 2019 from a retail shop "sanya telecome" located in rajajipuram, lucknow. The napier (Sleeper) broke down within one month on 26th feb 2019. When it was taken to the retailer for repair/replacement on 12-3-19 he denied any service claiming that there is no warranty for the product.
Even the behavior which he exhibited was very rude.
Please look into the matter and provide a solution as soon as possible.
