Dear sir,

I tried to contact you on your customer care number[protected] a number of times but could not get connected.

Basically, i approached your store located at shastri nagar, opp. Bcm school, ludhiana on 30.09.2019 and purchased two footwear pairs, one for self and other for my wife vide bills number[protected] and[protected].

The footwear (As stated above in the subject) which i purchased for self didn't find to my satisfaction. It immediately after bearing started skin biting (Pictures attached) very badly and injured. I approached the store very next day and explained the complaint with pictures. The head of store admitted that there is some manufacturing defect in the product. He kept the footwear and told me that he will bring it to the notice of the company / manufacturer.

Sir, i with my wife approached twice the said store but couldn't find any suitable replacement against that product.

Please advise, how to settle the refund immediately.

Requested to Liberty Footwear Limited to refund the money immediately.

OR

I have given them the second option to get the shoe rectified or the problem solved in the shoe from the company...

The footwear (As stated above in the subject) which i purchased for self didn't find to my satisfaction. It immediately after bearing started skin biting (Pictures attached) very badly and injured. I approached the store very next day and explained the complaint with pictures. The head of store admitted that there is some manufacturing defect in the product. He kept the footwear and told me that he will bring it to the notice of the company / manufacturer.

Sir, i with my wife approached twice the said store but couldn't find any suitable replacement against that product.

Please advise, how to settle the refund immediately.

Already mentioned that i visited the said store twice but couldn't find anything of my choice...

Either remove fault in the shoe or arrange refund immediately...

Your customer care executive doesn't have the sense of how to deal with the customer. He doesn't deserve this position. He needs a special training...

During our telephonic discussion, he (Customer care executive) threatened me to go and complain anywhere, company doesn't bother, when he quoted that company will neither refund nor will provide replacement. He also said that the problem is in my feet and not in the shoes.

Photograph of my effected body parts by wearing the said shoes, are again attached herewith for your reference.

Hope, a necessary action would be initiated immediately.

CURRENT UPDATE...
I have informed a number of times through mail and telephonically to the customer care department and the store manager of Liberty that we (myself and my wife) visited the said store twice but couldn't find anything of our choice.

Requested to Liberty Footwear Limited to refund the money immediately.

OR

I have given them the second option to get the shoe rectified or the problem solved in the shoe from the company...

Basically, i approached your store located at shastri nagar, opp. Bcm school, ludhiana on 30.09.2019 and purchased two footwear pairs, one for self and other for my wife vide bills number[protected] and[protected].
