I have claim an insurance so you gave me the agent detail, after that i am trying to contact him but he is not responding it's been a week i gave my bike to workshop till now it's not been inspected by your agent please help me in this issue. If this is the behaviour or your agent after taking the policy then it's better to we have to switch to another better insurance company to secure our vehicle and our time, your executive said that inspection will be done within 24 hours but it's not than 24 hour even though it's been a week so you can understand my situation and anger. I am requesting you please solve my issue.

    Hi,
    This mail is regarding an insurance claim which i have made for my skoda rapid vehicle with tr number - 'ts 09 bj tr 7378', which is being serviced at mahavir skoda workshop, sanath nagar. My car met with an accident and there is a damage to the front part of my car. Now, when i'm trying to claim insurance liberty videocon guys are saying some reasons in order to reject the claim. Reason to reject is - my vehicle is not registered yet and tr has expired, the thing is i'm waiting for a particular registration number and i have also taken dd to block the number. When every other insurance companies are claiming insurance in this scenario why can't these guys approve the request, is this the way they reject the claim? Even i have shown dd as a proof when a police officer stopped me for the expiry of tr number and they left me without saying anything as i have the dd with me as a proof of blocking number then why can't they approve the request.

    Can you please approve the claim as i have every valid document and also blocked registration number by taking the dd. While taking insurance we rely on brand image and trust. But it will be a bad experience if insurance is denied for a genuine part and genuine reason. Can you please take this request on highest priority and resolve the issue.
    I am sincerely hoping a resolution from your side being a loyal customer.

        Hi,

        I was registered accidental claim on[protected] registered on 25th may ‘2017. Surveyor (Mr krishan - [protected]) visited on workshop for survey but he did not approved all required parts those are affected during accident. E. G. : front fender, rim, wheel (Front), handlebar, handle cover (Maroon). All these are affected in accident. Surveyor told to me that i can’t approve four side of scooty. Why? Where is mention this clause in t&c?
        I was called liberty customer service but she told to me please contact to surveyor in-charge mr anil ([protected]) but his number never connected. Very bad experience with liberty.
        Why they are providing motor insurance service if they are not able to provide claimed.

        Please look into this on priority and suggest me should i petition or file complaint against him?

        We wish to inform you that we have reviewed the details of your claim with reference number[protected] with our claims department and as per the confirmation received, the damages to front mudguard, handle bar, handle cover, front wheel rim were accumulated and multiple in nature and were not correlating with the cause of loss hence the same were disallowed.

          This is abhishek dewangan from raipur, i claim for individual personal accidental
          plan all document submitted by me and its now 5 month to go, they are not provided claim to me. they told me, you are not hospitalized at that time when got accident. that's why they not given claim.
          they told me at least 24 hrs. to hospitalization is required for claim.they told me now after 5 months.

          on plan details not mention that hospitalization is compulsory.

          If hospitalization is also covered in the PA as per T&cs of policy, you should have taken treatment in a hospital as in patient only & if it is o/p claim will not accepted by the insurer. In case op is also covered you may insist the insurer to settle the claim.
          so what can i do, i was not hospitalized at that time when got accident. its just done checkup and told me for 1 month bed rest. that is not mention on policy t&c to hospitalization is compulsory. i already submitted all the document to you.
          if hospitalization is required for that claim, then why u processed my claim. at that time you told me this claim is not cover on this policy.

          and also taken 5 month to told me not cover claim. now if i wanted to go other company for the claiming there is no any option for me bcoz of you.
          My vehicle DL 8CV 1293 claim wasn't passed by the surveyor, neither I received an intimation call for surveying of vehicle nor did I received any call for dis approval of claim parts & all?
          I need the detailing for the same.

            I would like to bring your kind attention towards the "wrong mobile number mentioned in policies"
            Issue - i'm getting number of messages from (Dz-lvgicl) for policy acknowledgement, renewal reminder for number o[censored]sers.
            Probably policy providers are just mentioning my mobile number instead of asking user's mobile number. I assume 70+ policies of thiscompany
            Contains my mobile number. It does tease me alot.

            Manytimes i requested call center employess and delhi & mumbai location employess to discard my number from theirrecord but all in vain.

              I Purchase New Renault Kwid std(Planet Grey) Model on 12 Feb'2016.
              After 1 month, its mean on 13 March'2016 My car is destroy by Big stone.

              My car is totally is Insurance in (A+B+C)filed category.

              On 31 March 2016 We meet Insurance Survey Officer Mr. Ramavtar je([protected]) to ask about the condition of Engine Car
              (RENAULT KWID STD MODEL, RJ01-CC-6273) He said that only Plastic Socket is Break and Insurance Company
              had given Permission to change it he had assure us to go Showroom and given Permission to change them.
              But when we went to the Showroom we were SURPRISED to see that our Engine is Totally Open and Mr Ramavtar je
              is telling Lie, and he is saying that place the Old Parts in it which we already not usuable.
              My car is run on only 420 - 450 km in 1 Month. I need New Engine Or All New Engine Parts.
              Today we take Latest New pictures of all the Open Parts and Open Engine from the Showroom.
              The Showroom people were saying that when Insurance Company will give Permission them
              only we will change the parts. He is saying Negative Points also.
              Please its my Personal Request that Please take Action Regarding this I will be Greatful to
              you. So I can get my Car as soon as possible.

                My car got accident...an my tyre and side glass damaged and scratches on the body.
                The surveyor not passing my claim and said that all the scratches on the car are old scratches.
                How can it be possible that all scratches are old.
                The company representative is also not supporting.
                After all that they auto closed my complain withoit asking me that, is my complain solved.
                Really bery bad experience with liberty videocon car insurance.
                Never buy this companies insurence policy.because it takes money from customer and never pays the claim amount...and misbehaviles with the customers.

                  Dear Sir/Madam, My vehicle (Yamaha FZS Version 2, Registration Number KA-05 JM 5878) met with an accident on the 8th September 2015. I notified my Insurance company Liberty Videcon (Policy Number[protected]-[protected] about the accident and completed the claim procedure on the 10th September. The surveyor surveyed the vehicle and asked the Yamaha dealer (Laxmi Internation, Arekere, Bannerghatta Road). The asked the dealer to go ahead with the repairs. The dealer took almost a month to complete the repeairs because the spares took time to reach from Yamaha. In the meanwhile, I was never given any copy of the surveyor report (either by the surveyor or the dealer where the vehicle was left ) I was not even intimated by the Insurance company about the survey report nor given any estimate of the claim) Finally, I contacted the dealer on 8th Oct 2015, paid Rs 8371/- and took possession of my vehicle. When I asked the dealer to give me a copy of the survey report and the claim approved by the surveyor, the dealer said that they did not have the copy with them A letter dated 12th Oct 2015 from Liberty Videcon states that my claim number 500201201215110010801 was open because I had not yet left the vehicle for repairs. When I called the company this morning (19th Oct 2015), they requested me to ignore the letter and told me that the amount being settled against my claim was Rupees Two Thousand odd (Rs 2000/ - odd). Through this complaint, I wish to make Liberty Videcon responsible for the following 1. Keeping the consumer in the dark about the claim settlement procedure 2. No coordination between the Dealer and the Insurance company resulting is complete confusion as to what is the survey report and what is the damage claim 3. Finally, the Insurance Company is guilty of forcing me to settle the full payment to my dealer without providing me an opportunity to understand the damage caused to my vehicle. I would like to bring this to your notice and hope that you will be able to take this case further to ensure that all settlements in future to any consumer by the Insurance Company are settled as per the procedure. In my case, since I was never intimated, I demand that Liberty Videcon settle the full claim amount that I paid for getting my vehicle repaired.
