Lic India — Non Delivery of Swift VXI | |
Sir, I want to inform you that I got a quotation for SWIFT VXI from SKY AUTOMOBILES, Bhubaneswar through their sales office in Berhampur, Odisha for the vehicle to be in the name of LIC OF INDIA and the user will be myself, Preeti Agrawal, (Asst Branch Manager of LIC OF INDIA, Berhampur Branch-2, Berhampur). Based on the quotation given a cheque of Rs 5, 33, 520 /- was issued to Sky Automobile representative by my organization LIC on 26/12/2014 (cheque No. 093895 of Axis Bank, Berhampur), the receipt of the same is available with me, receipt # 1730, issued by Sky Automobiles. After repeated follow-ups also the car has not been delivered to me as yet, the dealer Sky Automobiles has been saying that there is no stock. On 30/01/2015 I got a call from Sky Automobiles that car has come and they asked me to pay excess amount because of the new excise duties. Since I have already paid the full amount of Rs.5, 33, 520 /- on 26/12/2014, why is this new amount is been asked from me. Attached is the copy of the receipt for your reference. The name of the concerned Sales Manager of Sky Automobiles in Berhampur is Mr Sandeep Behera I kindly request you to please look into this issue at the earliest and get it resolved. The way in which the whole is issue is dealt is very unprofessional, both by the manager in Sandeep Behera and dealer Sky Automobiles. I have been a loyal customer of Maruti Suzuki and currently I drive Maruti Alto, I do not this kind of behaviour from the dealers.
