This delay is causing unnecessary hardship, especially since all required documents are ready.

I request LIC to:

As a senior citizen living outside India, it is extremely difficult for me to make any physical visit to the branch. I request LIC to complete the surrender process fully online and provide a clear timeline for completion, as per LIC’s senior‑citizen support norms.
