LIC Of India — PAN not removed from IRDA portal/ BGNPB1610F

Please note that I was an LIC agent from the year 2011 to 2013. My agency code was 11201418.However from the year 2015 I have not generated any business so eventually my code got terminated due to "NON FULFILLMENT OF MINIMUM BUSINESS GURANTEE". But as my current organisation requirement I am supposed to put resignation in my concerned branch which is CBO 10 and the same should be updated in IRDA portal. On 29TH June 2026 I have submitted my resignation in my concerned office, the copy of which is attached along with the mail. Further on 23rd July 2026 I have again provided a written complain citing the fact that the resignation has not been updated in the portal, the copy of which is also attached along with this mail.But everything is in vain as IRDA portal still shows the. The branch officials has failed to provide me any satisfactory reply over this. From past two months my problem is not getting solved nor I am getting any concrete reply from branch officials I am continuously being harassed without any reason. I request you to look into the matter on an urgent basis and let me know what needs to be done from my end to get the issue resolved. Failing to get any satisfactory reply from your end will force me to up the matter with IRDA and other concerned authorities. To be very honest such behaviour from an esteemed organisation like LIC cannot be accepted. Your cooperation in this matter is highly expected.
