LIC of India — Twice payment of premium 21.11.2015 & 26.11.2015 | |||||
Hi, I would like to bring to your notice that I have paid LIC Premium twice(Rs.14800+268=15268) on 21 Nov 2015 for LIC Policy No.[protected]. I paid the premium using LIC website online (SBI Bank-Internet banking) and transaction was successful.I also received the receipt. I have also scheduled the Premium payment from CITI BANK Credit Card a/c that is also got triggered on 26 Nov 2015 after online payment of LIC premium. I spoke & mail to CITI BANK customer care executive to cancel this transaction but they cannot cancel this transaction from their end (Trxn Code 10009493 as per CITI Bank email recd by me). I also spoke to LIC of india to do not claim this amount but LIC of india have accepted the claim .
