Lic — Remove my PAN from IRDA portal

Would like to inform you that my PAN is currently showing active under your organization. However, I have never joined/worked as an employee/agent with your company.
I request youtokindlydeactivate/remove my PAN from your records/IRDA portal at the earliest, as it is affecting my employment process with another company.
I have already received NOC from your side, but my PAN is still reflecting as active. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.
