Dear sir,
With reference to Housing Loan no[protected] and[protected], I Vikram kumar jha is existing housing loan customer of your esteemed LIC housing finance Darbhanga branch request you to provide LOD of the said Loan accounts .
I am writing to request an update on the status of my Loan on Demand (LOD) application.I submitted my application on 14th October but I haven’t received any response or update regarding the same.
Whenever I visit the branch the staff seems to be engaged in discussions among themselves and doesn’t respond to my queries.I am finding it difficult to get any information about the progress of my Application.I would like to bring to your attention that I availed the loan through Mr.Nitish LIC hfl agent who had assisted me in the process, However since I applied for LOD he has not been supportive and is not responding to my queries even not pick-up my phone.I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide me with an update on the current status of my application.I also request you to involve Mr.Nitish in this matter.
