Lichfl — Refund of my emi deducted after clearance of lichfl loan

The housing loan against loan account number[protected] in name of my husband and myself - Mr Supriya Sushant has been closed on the 7th December 2015. But due to ECS our EMI of approx 32000 has been deducted from our SBI account on the 10th of December 2015. Kindly refund that amount at the earliest through cheque payment or online transfer as convenient. Email Id of Mr Krishna Nandan given at LIC office in Noida but it just bounces back. Want this to be refunded and no future EMIs to be deducted after December 2015.
