Lido Learning (Quality Tutorials Private Limited) — No response no Refund - Lido Learning

I have enrolled my daughter "Mariyam" with Lido Learning and paid total amount in advance for 12 months. I cancelled the plan and now its been 4 months waiting for refund. Now there WhatsApp and phone number doesn't work.. i am planning to file FIR.
