I had enrolled my son to lido learning's coding program for 1 year. The amount needed was 19000, we decided to pay it monthly basis via EMI, so the lido learning department availed my loan to zest money without my knowledge. I came to know about it, when I have requested for refund as after 2classes only my son didn't find interest in it. I have request them not to continue but they didn't respond and my money start deducting from my account without my confirmation The counsellor told me to contact him. I wanted to cancel his subscription. Even I have unenrolled online but nothing happened just got a call from Mr.Jay that he will resolve the problem ask for one day but nothing happened.Even after deduction till 5th Jan I have got any link to get into the classes from lido. Fortunately, on 5th Jan I got the link to enter in class, I have joined the class and request metro to share Mr.Jay number as he is not reverting After getting his number, i have texted him many times everyday from 5jan till date but nothing happened and every month they are regularly deducting my money and I have mailed counselor even on ther customer care ids but no revert from them. I wish after this complaint they will be able to refund my hard earned money asap and will give the resolution. Was this information helpful? |
