Lido Learning (Quality Tutorials Private Limited) — Refund request for my son's online classes

I was brain washed to put my son into lido online class. till the time my son joins the follow up and everything was excellent from the Lido side. i have never agreed for any kind of loan or auto depit option. But that councilor has very nicely canvased us and arranged the loan form zest money without out knowledge and concurrence. the councilor told me that you will be receiving an OTP to install the LIDO partner application to make the payments every month through that app and asked me the OTP number. only if i tell that otp only he will be able to allow the app to get install in my mobile. hence i told him the otp without knowing that that is the otp for the loan arrangement from zest money. i have submitted the refund request on Jan3rd 2021 and i have paid all the pending dues to LIDO completely. now no response from them and if i call them simply the customer care staff says that you query has been escalated. someone from our team will contact you. please help me in getting this case resolved as quick as possible as my cibile score is getting affected...

i am totally tired and exhausted of this Lido. please help me in getting this escalated to the higher officials of Lido or now to take the legal action
