Sir i taken a policy of my son jeevan tarang.. And i am a registered user on your portal and paid all police through the portal last premium i have paid on sep 2017 but after new portal i get problem to login on portal i request you please resolve the problem for timely paid my premium, in this regarding i went of lic office udaipur and they uave no solution. Plz resolve this issue

    I have paid my premium of rs 11039 for my 3 policies[protected],[protected] and[protected] on 16/12/2014 by direct mode without login. Amount deducted frm my bank account but i hv not received any sms or premium receipt till today 21/12/2017 it is not showing in my cosolidated statement also. I am trying to download my statement from my portal by logging in but december month payment receipt is not showing in the statement. My account is debited rs 11039 pls look into the matter. Kindly revert... Thank you.

      I am not able to register as new user on LIC portal, need your help to register and check my policy details
      I was trying to make the payment for my premiums from last 7 days, but the portal was almost down and throws network error, as I am an NRI I don't have other options got to branch and pay the money, this is really bothering how to handle this situation.
      I have been trying to login to the LIC portal for the last 4 5 days. This is the worst web site I have ever seen. Bull [censored]

                    My policy number is[protected] and commencement date is 15/01/2004.
                    Nominee name: kanan bala biswas
                    My actual date of birth is 30/12/1974 for which the supportive documents also provided.
                    But in policy suddenly i noticed during logging into new lic portal that it's wrong in the policy itself.
                    In polict it's appearing as 13/12/1974.

                    Please let me know how van i correct my date of birth in the policy.

                      My nephew by name s. Soundararajan holding the lic policy no[protected]. It was matured on 26.02.2017. He has received the maturity amount rs 104930 deducting the last premium amount of rs 1314/- and the interest rs 30.80/- for this we met the authority in the bombay mutual building and explained about this. We also given the requisition letter for refund a month back. They said they will do the needful. Unfortunately he has received the refund till now. We contacted the people at lic office but no proper reply we received. Pleas kindly do the needful and refund the amount as early as possible.

                                Worst portal ever seen.. Even they r not bothered to acknowledge to our complaints.. Lic is going to loose business if they dont correct their attitude.. Mr. Chairman, are u listening. They r not bothered if consumer suffers.. Because their pay packet reaches in bank in time. For god s sake. Pl. Reply.. What action is being taken so that we can log in

                                  Life insurance corporation of india [lic], new portal is the worst update i have ever seen.
                                  Site is used all over india, and every one is unable to pay the dues since from the update happened.
                                  I thought there would be server down/technical problem which is going to resolve with in 2 days, but never happened. Before it was allowing me to login at least, but now it is giving "unable to connect to the network, please try again later."
                                  Another most disappointing thing is, i reported the issue with detailed screenshots to the mail [protected]@licindia.com, i was just expecting reply to the mail (Not the resolution). But never received any reply even after a week. How come a lic became so irresponsible?

                                  LIC customer portal is always very slow and mostly not opening. Very disgusting. Not able to print Premium payment receipt for IT submission.
                                  Yes I completely agree. The new portal is pathetic. Though I use the compatible browser versions it still displays the same message and the login page overlaps all fields .( attached image for reference). I am just unable to login sometimes. Other times when I login, it just doesn't navigate., keeps processing. The performance is the worst and navigation is poor. The old portal was so stable and user friendly and there were never any issues while payment or printing. Request that these customer issues are addressed by LIC at the earliest. And the vendor who has developed this incomplete portal - please ensure to provide quality work and support services !

Most of the time i try to login into their portal it will give away some network error... Unable to connect network please try again later... I always have to try 3 to 4 days to check if i am able to connect to their network...

                                    Lic should look into make it online services better asap, as every business is going online and if this...

                                    website login issues

                                    I'm facing serious issues with lic login. I tried loggin in to the lic site for paying my premium, but the site is not responding.

                                    Sometimes it throws network error issue while someother time it displays an error saying the entry doesnot match with our records.

                                    This is not expected from a institution like lic having such a large customer base.

                                    I have been trying to pay my premium since 1 week and...
