I had registered my lic policies with official lic customer portal.
Since last 6 months, neither the portal is functioning nor the official lic app on my android.
Govt. Is going gaga about digital india, but, lo, the largest insurer in the country is lying defunct, digitally.
I am unable to make online payment, as the portal has gone array. When tried to re register, it said "the user already exists."
Pathetic, and no one is responding.

Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
The gender on my policy[protected] is mentioned as MALE instead of FEMALE after the new portal migration.
I have tried reaching out to LIC, but no use.
Please help change the gender on above policy to female
