I have an LIC policy which has started from 2012.
The agent gave me only policy receipt and till now I have not received policy bond.
I do not live in the same state where the insurance was taken and due to some family and work related issues, I am not able to visit the branch in person.

regarding profile change for registered user

Iam your karaikudi branch customer, i have a registered user id and password to pay premium online and other e - services from 2 years before. Now, day before yesterday i login my user id to pay premium online but there a updation in my site, now my first name, profile, sex, address all are changed i cant view my policies to pay premium online. I can view only my husband and son's policies not my individual policies....

non receipt of survival benefit in money back policy

link new bank account to policy for auto debit due to cd charges

I'm a policy holder. For the past six months amount is not been debited from my account. So, i checked and paid the amount with the late charges. And this month the due date is 25th, till now the amount is not been debited. So, when i try paying the due online with my registered account, an additional amount of rs. 125/- is added to my due amount as cd charges. Premium for rs. 4198/- paid on 25/09/2017 for policy no[protected] by sbi net banking system vide payment id jsbi[protected] and lic order no 09893733 under lic pay direct option on lic website. Payment has been deducted from my a/c on the same date, but till date i have not received premium receipt, kindly arrange to send the receipt in the below mail id at the earliest.

premier service registration

On 7th sep2017 i registered for premium service vide request number[protected]. for the past one month the status is still showing as OPEN
PLEASE RESOLVE THE SAME. Please accept or reject the request. Please dont keep open for so many days.

how to get duplicate receipt

I have submitted my insurance premium of policy no.[protected] through csc. Premium amount has been deducted from that account but receipt could not be generate. I need receipt.
Kindly help to generate the duplicate receipt for this policy. I am also a csc holder. And also give the option to print duplicate receipt in csc portal as well as in your site.

agent portal service not working properly

In agent portal while checking policy status view and some other option the page is not opening and page showing "checking proxy and firewall setting" from more than last 1 month.

about agents portal. no informationon about policy status.

My agency code and user id is 00806154.in my agents portal when i try to see the policy status of my policy holder information appear cannot reach to site. I facing much problems in collecting the renewal premium from my policy holder. As i dont know the status of policy.
