lic portal not opening

Each time when i use the lic website it takes very long time to get to the login page. Many times its site is down. Even if luckily i get to login into the page all the other activities inside the page takes long time to access.
Also the new login page they have launched is very slow and non responsive.
New login credentials are not accepted and says incorrect policy details.
Very worst site quality and speed... Disappointing and frustrating experience from such a giant organization. At least should have invested in their own site for the betterment.

The offices quality are even worse and the employees are not supportive at all. The tag "government" will also fade in front of lic. Such a lucrative and pathetic approach towards the customers.

I would suggest to please maintain the brand and focus on customer satisfaction else it will not take time to white wash such brand.
In today's competitive world all these things are mandatory and has a great importance.

    I, mrinal kanti sarkar s/o ramkanai sarkar & father of purushottam sarkar (P. Sarkar) is bonafied customer of lici. I appeal to you to refund my deposited rs. 41, 888 (Rupees forty one thousand eight hundred eighty eight only) in the name of my son purushottam sarkar (P. Sarkar) in support of my statement written below-
    1) one last 18/10/2017 for entering in the "jivon utsarga" policy i deposited rs. 41, 888 (Rupees forty one thousand eight hundred eighty eight only) in case counter of the lici, rampurhat branch, birbhum, along with from & other documents. Its boc no - 09871 received dated 18/10/2017.
    2) on the next day 19/10/2017 i handed over my son, purushottam sarkar's school certificates, the proposal deposit receipt lic & the photo copies of essential documents to agents (Agents code no-0123946b).
    3) the agents agreed to diposit the documents & give me the final original receipt within 2/3 days. But after some days in wonted the original receipt instead he misbehaved with me & did not handover it to me.
    4) after ten or twelve days i went to the lic office rampurhat branch and come to know that no policy given on the proposal deposits receipt rs.41, 888. I requested the agent to submit the documents and come to know the bad mentality of the agent.
    5) under this conditions i apealed the manager of lici, rampurhat branch along with the documents to return the money due to my daughters marriages.
    6) when agent come to know this he consulted with the manager and redeposited the money through neft from kanara bank rampurhat on 16/11/2017 in lici, bearing boc no 09871.in the situation manager wanted the original proposal receipt from me. My question is how an agent an a branch manager can play at ducks and drakes with a consumer. The matter is brought to you for verification and supervision. I beg you to return my money which will be benefitial to my daughter's marriage. Thanking you and waiting for yours kind consideration and information.

    Sir, In persuance of the application complaint status update I.d.-1793516 Receipt Dated 02/12/17 at 12.25 pm remind you for quick action. In that application i requested you to take proper steps to return my deposited money (Rupees 41, 888) In LICI Rampurhat Birbhum Dated 18/10/2017 BOC NO. 9871. So far i did not neither gate back my deposited money nor any written answer. No action has been taken from LIC Rampurhat, Birbhum. I again remind you that the money is very essential for my daughters marriage. I along with are suffering from mental and physical sufferings.
    There fore i request you again to take necessary steps immediately to return my deposited money.

      This is regarding complain about my ulip policy no.[protected]
      Total units allotted - 5137.037nos
      Present nav - 20.60 as on 13.11.17
      Lic is replying that you have not paid last two instalments, therefore they settle the claim as per nav during 2009
      Grievance no allotted to me -[protected]/13.11.17
      Initial amount invested on 23.08.17 rs.60000/-
      Amount refunded rs.64567/- on 13.11.17
      Neither the lic agent nor the lic have intimated me about the lapse policy and its status since 2009, in my opinion if the policy was mature on 2009, then on what rate of interest they have settle my claim for 8 years, as a normal customer i should be paid @ current nav. All these already intimated to zonal office /customer care of lic, but no response is not there

        Hello Team,

        I have opend one policy[protected]last year that is for 16 years .That time agent didnt mentioned if you close this policy at any time then you will not get anything in return.

        Normally in everyone case we are sure about LIC that will get the amount atleast which we have invested.but here condition is totally different .I have invested 80k now they are saying if you closed this policy you will not get anything and if you continue for 3 years then you will get 30% of amount which is very disappointed.

        I am totally not happy with policy .Due to some personal emergency issue I am not able to continue.Please Advice .

          I would like to bring your kind notice that, i payed the premium rs. 13, 128.00 for the above policy on[protected] through jeevan jyothi - lic office yadgir, receipt no. 0708802 by cash.
          With hdfc net banking automatically same premium rs. 13, 128.00 payed again on[protected], tran/ref. No j[protected].
          Requesting to refund the amount to my hdfc bank a/c no. [protected], ifcs code hdfc0002992, as it payed twice.

                Dear sir,
                Ref: annuity no. 071m[protected]

                The annuity amount of rs 1931.00 was being remitted to my indian overseas bank t. Nagar, chennai's sb/a/c. No. [protected]. But to my dismay i notice that the remittance has been stopped since april 2017. Please see that it is remitted since as a retired person i am dependent on it.

                If there is and action required from side please let me know so that i can initiate action to that effect.

                  I would like to draw your kind notice regarding my policy no –[protected] has been matured in jan 2017, and partially maturity amount without interest has been issued in this month after many follow up.
                  Lic rewa 1 code 288 is replying that you have not submitted noc, but i have already submitted it.
                  I am surprised to working system of lic rewa 1 that how lic is customer oriented and how they resolve customers issues?
                  I again request you to please deposit my interest of maturity amount in my account.
                  So request you to please arrange to deposit interest amount for 10 months of maturity amount and deposit in my account.

                        I tried to login at new customer portal but unable to do so, i also write a mail to customer support but no response from there as well.

                        Lic customer portal is migrated to new portal. Old portal is working fine for me but when i am going to update any information like password or update mobile number, t redirect m to new portal login page and it does not allow me to login with my credentials.

                          Respected sir,

                          1. I wish to submit the following few lines for your kind consideration and favourable action please.

                          2. It is to inform you that my husband mr. Mahendra pratap singh had shot dead by criminals on 13 jun 2015. My husband had taken a lic policy no[protected]Marriage endwt/educn annuity with profit with dab) on 25 aug 2005 which was matured on 25 aug 2015.

                          3. After death of my husband i was liaised with the staff of the office of lic of india, district – sultanpur alongwith ibid lic policy bond on 01 jul 15. Staff of the ibid lic office handed over some claim forms to me and advised that to submit the ibid claim forms to this office duly completed for payment of dab.

                          4. On 12 jul 2015 i was again liaised with the staff of the office of lic of india, sultanpur and submitted the claim forms duly completed along with the other related documents in respect of my deceased husband which were as under:-

                          (A) self application.
                          (B) death certificate of my late husband in original.
                          (C) self attested copy of postmortem report of my husband.
                          (D) self attested copy of first information report at police station gosaiganj, distt - sultanpur.
                          (E) original lic policy bond.
                          (F) lic of india form no 3783 (A) revised – 2008.
                          (G) lic of india form no 3785 (Revised)
                          (H) lic of india neft - mandate form.
                          (J) self attested copy of my bank passbook.
                          (K) lic of india form no 25/1.
                          (L) copy of report by police station gosaiganj, distt - sultanpur.

                          5. On 24 sep 2015 an amount for a sum of rs 64, 063/- (Rupees sixty four thousand sixty three only) credited into my bank account from lic of india on account of maturity claim of lic policy no[protected].

                          6. On 10 oct 2015 i again met the staff of the office of lic of india, sultanpur and informed that an amount for rs 64, 063/- (Rupees sixty four thousand sixty three only) has been credited into my bank account which is the maturity value of the ibid lic policy. What about the death insurance amount of rs 1, 00, 000/- which should be credited into my bank account. On scrutiny of the case file in the office computer staff of the office of lic of india, sultanpur told me that maturity value of the ibid lic policy has been paid to the nominee of deceased vide this office payment voucher dated 24 sep 2015. You are not entitled for death insurance claim..

                          7. I told the dealing staff of the office of lic of india that the lic policy no[protected] in respect of my late husband which was matured on 25 aug 2015. My husband had shot dead by criminals on 13 jun 2015 and document for dab claim had submitted to your office on 12 jul 2015 before maturity date of the ibid lic policy, which is not understood, and why you are not paying dab claim to me.

                          8. Dealing staff of the office of lic of india, sultanpur again told me that you are not entitled for dab claim of the ibid lic policy. I met the branch manager of the office of lic of india, sultanpur and briefed the complete case. Branch manager immediately called the dealing staff, asked to brief description of the case, and requested me to give them 10 minutes time so he can talk about the matter with his dealing staff. After getting the brief description of the case by the dealing staff, branch manager told me that the statement given by the dealing staff to you is correct (I. E. I am not entitled for dab claim of the ibid lic policy).

                          9. In view of the above, you are requested to examine case of ibid lic policy and pay death insurance claim of the ibid lic policy which is entitled to me.

                          10. I shall be highly grateful to you for this act of kindness.

I am required to be absorbed by the lic of india after granting all promotions, pay revisions, admissible allowances to regular already working employees and other related service benefits from the date of my joining in 1988. Nagappan while pronouncing the judgment in civil appeal nos. 6950, 6951, 6952, 6953, 6954 and 6956 of 2009, specifically directed to issue absorption letters and implement the order within a period of eight weeks but the corporation has not yet issued any absorption letter even after passing of one and a half year of the date of judgment i. E. 18.03.2015.
                            As per the verdict of the judgment of the honorable apex court, all such concerned members/workmen including the applicant herein, are eligible who have worked for such number of days on the respective post to be absorbed in the corporation right now without any delay with all benefits.
                            The corporation is well aware that civil contempt petition (S) bearing no. 459/2015 in civil appeal (C) no. 6950/2009 and a batch, were filed for the non-compliance of the impugned judgment of the hon’ble supreme court dated 18.03.2015 against sh. S. K. Roy, the then chairman of the corporation and the said contempt petitions have been allowed by honorable apex court on 09.08.2016. Thus, while allowing the said contempt petition honorable apex court gave eight weeks time to comply with the order dated 18.03.2015 with liberty to file a fresh contempt petition by the aggrieved.
                            As per the judgment of the apex court, the corporation is required to immediately send absorption letter absorbing me on a post on which i would have reached after getting all timely due promotions according to my qualifications that are b.com., m.com., needless to say on being called i will submit documents for verification.
                            In view of the provisions and the statute of the lic of india, as per the promotion guidelines, i am required to be given all timely promotion (S) being a post graduate, giving weight-age over the incumbents who are simply graduates and accordingly fix my seniority. Further, i am eligible for all financial benefits as per orders dated 18.03.2015 and 09.08.2016. The corporation while issuing absorption letters is required to mention the post on which i would be absorbed after promotions deeming that i worked as assistant in lic of india in parvatipuram branch of visakhapatnam divisional office as in other words, the benefits an incumbent would have get treating that the workmen all promotional, financial and other benefits and such other benefits which are being granted to regular employees, are also to be calculated and paid while absorbing and issuing letter of absorption mentioning the total emolument to be paid.
                            In view of above backdrop i humbly request you to absorb me immediately with all benefits (Promotions, seniority and financial benefits including the pension) and issue necessary orders without any delay as i have suffered a lot in this regard. On closure of consideration period granted by the honorable supreme court in the contempt petition (Supra), i shall, needless to say, approach the honorable apex court for the willful inaction on the part of lic at the cost of the corporation and thereby we would pray to honorable court to order pertaining to grant of 50% arrears of pay/allowances in that situation, to all such employees including the applicant herein, for the non-compliance of the highest court’s order of the nation.

                                On friday, 17th november 2017 i have gone to lic office in vashi, navi mumbai regarding my lic policy.

                                I'm alopecia patient, all my hair is loss from my body, when i reached lic office in vashi, there 3 staff of lic, they were continously laughing at my look. I have a hair loss problem, that doesn't mean i am joker and they can laugh at me. I was just seeing that they were continously laughing at my face infront of me and passing comments to other employees of lic, that how i look.

                                In office if the employee will look at their work, that will be better for everyone, instead of laughing at someone problems.

                                In private company customer is like god and they respect their customers. But in government office its not like that, in government office employees are like god, they can do what ever they want, they don't respect their customers.

                                I will never forget this day in my life, its a very bad thing to hurt anyone feelings.

                                My advice is to government take talented staff, instead of hiring caste wise, talented people know how to talk and respect customers.

                                I know that you will not take any action against that 3 employees, because its not a private company, it is a government company, i just want to share my experience that how you respect your customers.

                                I'm hurt with that, but not finished.3

                                      This is with reference to double payment of lic premium number[protected]. On 2nd nov 2017 i paid rs 204 through syndicate bank net banking. Which was got failure (Reference no - ib pg txn jsyd[protected] 495600 lic). After that i paid rs204 by syndicate bank debit card and that completed successfully.
