Dear sir,
I have paid lic premium for policy no[protected] dated[protected], rs. 13434/- through payment id jaxg[protected] online at licmobile aap, but i do not recived any reciept till date and time. Rs 13434/- debited from my account on same time. I check soem folder but it is empty. Pl do the needful.

    While taking policy, the insurance advisor never explained or informed regarding surrender value if in case i have to close the policy due to financial needs. And now when am in need, the advisor informed that my own contribution till now is rs 155000 and bonus accumulated till date is rs 100000 and disclosed now that if i want to surrender/close the policy due to any reason i would not even get the fund value of my own contribution. It would reduced to some[protected].

    Hence disputed the same with advisor and told him that i should at least get my own contribution if iu want to close the policy. Am not asking about the bonus.

    And if at all there are some charges for policy closure, they should deduct from bonus value not from customers own contribution.

    Now he is asking to read the terms and condition and tells me that nothing will happen even if i got to consumer forum.

    I really feel trapped and cheated as i would not get my money when i need it.

    The advisor will anyways get his commission.
    Feedl bad now. A very unfortunate decision by me opting for lic

    Need help, please help me to get my money back.
    There should be provision made in lic for such customers.

      I am an 81-year-old man has not received any increase in his pension of rs. 312 per month since 1984.
      Kindly go through the case and instruct the concern dept to help out this old man with all the arears he is supposed to get since several years.

        There was pramod nath (Code 2587 jabalpur cbo -3) who is no more in this world working as development officer in cbo 3 lic madan mahal central zone jabalpur madhya pradesh.

        Died on 20 november 2012 - promod nath

        His son — tushar nath - woking in lic katni madhya pradesh

        His wife - sangita nath — till date (2017) she gets pension

        His friend - alok chakroboty married to sangita nath after her son (Tushar nath) got confirm in lic job

        Sangita nath is married to alok chakroboty on 22 april 2014 at bengali rabindro club gamapur jabalpur madhya pradesh

        After her son got confirm in lic katni and till date (2017) she withdraw pension.
        Both sangita nath (Through pension) and tushar nath (Lic job) enjoys the lic funds.

        Sangita nath, tushar nath and alok chakroboty are living at channa homes street opposite to nagpal garden nagpur road gupteshwar ward jabalpur madhya pradesh

        Sangita nath till date takes pension from lic branch bank of india.

        Alll cbo 3 branch officer know and are involved in this corruption from top to bottom

        Regional manager - crm - bhopal - h nanda and ena seth, branch officer m meshram is also idea in this illegal pension.

        Please take action action.

              I purchased one policy from lic agent this year, now i am not happy with her services,
              Sometimes i feel like they all are fake, because i got a call for policy first time that person was different, but different person came to my home to get the policy, policy agent name on policy is different& when i call him, then that number is using by some other lady and was saying she is the agent.
              So could you please help me out? Is there any way to change agent or should i withdraw a policy?

                  I have taken lic poiicy vide no[protected] on dtd[protected]. M y plan is 842-10-1 & made investment of rs 1.5 lac (One lac fifty thousand). As per policy lic has to pay pension of rs 1000 (One thousand) every month. Now i m receiving pension. But for period 12-5 17 to 30 — 6 -17 (50 days) pension received by m rs 44 (Forty four) against rs 1666 (One thousand six hundred sixty six).in spite my personal visit to branch as well as their help desk center till now payment is not made till today. I m senior citizen of age 63. Pl do needful in matter

                    I have applied housing loan with lhfl chennai mount road branch, lic building ground floor, agent name is senthoorpandi, almost 3 month over but still now they dint sanction loan, even for takeover from other bank they are not doing it, but they detucted the processing amount of 5900 rs without sanction the amount, they are not responding still, the person who approach me on this loan is senthoorpandi lic agent for home loan at mountroad branch. He is not attending my call.
                    So please help to get back my processing amount back

                    Home loan applied for takeover from other bank to lichfl, still now they dint sanction it, i process through lichfl agent at mount road branch lic building ground floor, agent name senthoorpandi, almost 3 month over he dint get the sanction amount, but he detucted processing amount of 5900 rs through cheque from hdfc without sanction loan amount, after a week no response, not attending my call, so need to get back the amount asap. If needed my application number will provide once requested from your team.

                      Sir, i paid my premium online worth rs. 1485, vide transaction id - jsib[protected] dated[protected].
                      But i have not received any premium receipt to my email id till the mentioned time by lic (That is within 48 hours from the time of payment). I made payment on[protected], according to lic norms premium receipt should be sent to my email id within 48 hours from the time of payment. Therefore you are requested to do the needful soon.

                            A policy of Rs. 30, 000/- bearing no.[protected] issued by life Insurance Corporation of India Branch, Fatehabad Pin Code-125050, having maturity date 28.07.2010, of which payment was delayed due to non-intimation on behalf of LIC, now payment of Rs. 17673 on account of interest is paid instead of actual interest 24053 calculated by Vijay Bansal and Associates, Chartered Accountants Fatehabad FRN 020530N, as such it was requested by the applicant on 15.09.2017 to pay balance amount of penal interest of Rs. 6380/-, but till date no response has been given, hence this complaint, please resolve the complaint and oblige.

                              Lic does not mortgage the property as a process of housing loan. If they do not mortgage the property, how is modt of.5% of the property applied? If actual mortgage is done, then modt should not be completed. Not sure why lic is collecting modt charges of.5%
                              For a 60lac property, we have to pay modt of 30k+ charges
                              I am not sure if this is legally right...

                                Manju singh madam knows everything so please take action.

                                Kavita jaiswal is doing business and working in lic in divisional branch nagpur road jabalpur madhya pradesh.

                                Court case is in there with landlord that kavita jaiswal is doing business and also lic job at divisional branch.

                                She is doing business for long time.

                                Shop is at madan mahal crossing and shop name is jaiswal trades
                                Near akash mobile gulati market and front of lg shoppe.

                                    Not settled.
                                    I have submitted the subject policy which matured on 28/10/17 at vidisha (Mp)
                                    Branch. I have submitted all relevant papers and till now when i submitted papers they told me that "mature amount will be deposited in your account within 2 days and as on 2nd nov". I contacted over telephone to branch manager, he informed there is some technical problem he told that your policy is not reassigned and he told me before the settlement of the policy i have to get permission from zonal office bhopal. It will take time. Then i informed him that i have already submitted reassignment letter from the bank and along with all relevant papers i. E neft request letter also. As per norms my policy should be settled down within 4 working days but till date 4/11/2017 amount has not been credited.
                                    So please look into the matter and do the needful.

                                    I have paid my lic premium online for the policy no[protected] dt 29 nov 2017 with payment id JCUB[protected] and I made a mistake that is I mentioned wrong email id.
                                    Please forgive me sir and do the need full .

                                      I have money back policy with lic since 28 oct 2007, policy number mentioned in the subject.
                                      Today is the date for payment of money back survival benefit.
                                      I have submitted all the relevant information to the tutucorin branch (Along with updated neft mandate form&cancelled cheque) in 2 months advance,
                                      But so far have not received the amount. No proper response from the branch manager.
                                      Please check the status and arrange settling the amount without delay after deducting current due. Thanks in advance
