Dear sir, i wrote by several times to lic of india by mail to delete/remove user id:-raj...com & rt...89 of policy no[protected] & also contact lic customer care but not make delete it yet. So please delete/remove user id of my policy no.[protected] because i wants to add thish policy with another user id/mail id for e services

Today I feel regret on the worst decision of my life to go for Housing Loan from “LIC housing finance Limited at the time when I availed housing loan from LICHFL they offered me 10.7% saying it will keep changing based on the LPLR .
But today when the nation is at a ROI of 8.35 to 8.5 i am paying 11.50 %.
I was shocked to see I am being charged...

I have made payment by using lic online payment for my father policy on date 28/09/17 through my sbi debit card but after payment lic portal show error and saying transaction failed but amount debited from my account, further on same time payment made as cash at lic counter where they accepted premium and given recipt now my account still showing deduction of rs.1835 which is need to be credited if transaction failed and payment received...

I made premium 12 policies payment through my lic portal. I got receipt but premium not adjusted till yet. I mail grievance redressal. Lic adjusted 10 policy out of 12.
I sent mail to chennai division 2. I spoke to branch also no response. But wait some time already 27days over. I got customer care zone i tried given below phone nos no body respond it.

My policy no. Is[protected] which survival benefit rs.7500/- was due on 25aug17. On 25aug'17, i got a sms from lic that the same amt. Paid to my a/c no. [protected] (Pnb) but that time my a/c was dormant and no. Cr. Entry can be pass on the same.
On 02sep17, i went to my pnb branch and again activated my pnb a/c but the entry of survival benefit rs.7500/- was not cr.in the same. I went to the lic branch no. (310) and told them...

Sir,, me ret. Person took beema bachat policies in october 2010,,, in2013 on money back was received non taxed. In2016, 2nd money back received was taxed asper my slab,,,
In april 2017 isurrendered 2 policies,, but to my utter sorrow 1%, tds was deducted on the entire amount my basic single premium amount plus,,, loyalty addition amount,,

Why during the payment u are asking about date of birth, amount, mobile number, etc. This is useless nowadays, please joined cashless and make the system like policy number, i[censored] give the policy number your amount will be automatic come and u easily pay online. I have come uttarpara branch where they are so much crowd and people have to wait in queue for the long time.
Please give facilities in online, that you should only enter policy...

Sir I am LIC register customer user.i have 6 policies.i add all policies in my user id..I open e services with my user id and password.i add all policies and print .but I forget under sign to the document then I upload.i upload my pan card and passport also.then step 2 and step 3 is not highlighted.i am not receiving any msg from LIC.my e services and premier services are not open.it will shown you are not eligible reason for your request...

Hello,
I have availed home loan form lichfl in dec 11 with floating base interest rate as 10.4%. After fix period rise in interest rate is updated in system automatically from 10.4 to 10.8 to 11 % peirodically but the decrease in iterest since last two years is not updated which goes down to 9% as per rbi guideline. This impacts around 50k-60k with reduced tenure for which i was applicable since 2014 as per other customers record.br...

I have been issued succession certificate by court on 24 july 2017 to collect all the amount lying in the late mariam s dabhi and her son raja arpit. I have gone through all the procedure and subbmited all the legal documents at lic office suraj plaza sayajigunj baroda branch. Ihave submitted eight claim forms. So far i have received the amount of only one claim. I think lic does not obey cout order and i think now i will have to take ligal...

I have been paying monthly premium of policy no.[protected] held by my daughter nisha, l. And the amount used to be debited from my sbi bank account through net banking. For the past 3 months i could not pay the premium as it is indicated that the password is incorrect. Meine lic policy bima nivesh single premium 28/08/2012, rs.30000/ jis ka policy no.[protected] ko, through licagent mr. Pranav mishra, 11217124/1205011/ lee thi. Jis ki maturity date 28/8/2017 thi, meine policy ke orginal papers mr. Pranav mishra ke through deposit kar diye, lekin abhitak uska koi payment nahi mila hai. So pl check and payment my policy amount.
