My jija g expired in road accident on 18 dec 2014. He was a lic policy jeevan anand on his name but lic pay only insurance amount n no accidental insurance paid by lic till date, lic rep said that insurer has no valid driving license so no accidental claim paid by lic even the driver of truck accepted his negligence to which insurance dead. Many times i approach to lic but no any progress till date, suggest me whether we r eligible for death claim or otherwise.

    Hi,

    Lic policy[protected] maturity date passed before 2 year. And still amount has not credited. Policy holder death was 26jan2000. I mailed/called couple of time but receive response system is generating 0 amount. It's being in process from 2 year and not getting solution from lic. I have provided all the required information. As per my last discussion they have suggested to complaint on it.

    Submitting complaint as i did not receive response/solution of my policy payment. Who is responsible and who will ware that loss as claimed amount supposed to be credited before 2 year. Sould not take this much time this is something questionable on lic process.

    Just now i received call regarding the same. and someone asked me to provide Debit card no and when i said i can provide you account details so he neg late and just asked me to provide debit card detail. also he said amount will be credited within 24 hours.it's surprised can someone please clarify why it's required debit card no and can not be done this if i provide account details.
    I have taken housing loan amount 1340000 from lichfl at TIRUPATI branch bearing loan account number isis[protected].
    But the interest rate not reduce as per norms till today it shows 10% please favour to me thanking you

Rs 27224.50/- debited from my account on same time.. This receipt help me in tax filling. If i do not receive my receipt i am not able to fill my itr form. I already talk to bank, they say your payment debit successfully to lic. Pl do the needful.

            On 27.10.2017 around 14.20 hrs i wanted to pay my wife's lic policy no[protected] of rs 8657/- through my credit card but at my 1st attempt it seems the payment has not received by lic gate as a matter of fact did not give any certificate, then i tried for a second attempt and there after the the payment might have received by the lic and result is certificate has been issued. And suddenly two sms has been issued to me through my registered mobile of twice deduction of rs 8657/-.
            Therefore requesting you may i know the correct procedure where i shall go to return the second amount.

                    This policy dated 28/01/1992 this is a whole life policy and the premium for this was paid upto 2004-05 thereafter premium was not paid since the premium notice was not received by me.
                    On 21/09/2017 i wrote a letter to you branch no 925 as whether this policy can be restore by paying the arrears or surrender the same and get the processed this letter was followed by an reminder dated 14/10/2017 i have not received any replied.

                      This is bhaskaran here from bangalore. I have taken 3 individual policies for me and my family members also with 1 health insurance policy. My agent name is veera nagaiah mobile number: [protected] code no: 0160361b of j. C road branch, bangalore. He was referred to me by my brother and he was very good in conduct and did all my policies accordingly, i paid cash to him & he got the bond's also accordingly. Every time he use to remind me about my premiums and sometime he also adjusted some money for me when i fell short of cash. After 2 yrs of policy he also arranged a loan for me with my bond. This much of trust was going on with him and every time he was coming & collecting cash from me and he was paying the premiums saying if he pays by himself then he will be getting some bonus points and that too by cash payments. Hence i was keep on giving cash to him. But in return when i ask for receipts, he used to say some or the other reasons like, forgot to bring, missed somewhere as i carry lot of receipts of others also... But when i wanted the receipts to provide for tax at my wife's office, then he said he will arrange for a certificate for the entire policies year wise accordingly and insisted me to pay the premium up to date, i paid that too. That was in december-2016. After paying that money he said it will take some time and he will soon give the certificate. I waited waited... Later on he started to ignore my calls, my msgs, when line connected some time, he used to say my father is in serious condition and he is not in station for this reason. I still trusted and waited waited for him to come back, but nothing happened. Once i visited the j. C road branch to just check on, only then i came to know that he has not paid any of my policies amount from 2014 on wards i. E, for two years he has not paid any of my policies amount. I checked with some concern person over their, he asked me if i have any proof of the payments to him, i said sometimes i have transferred money to his account and most of the times he himself came and collected the cash from me. For that the person said you need to have some proof to fight for this. Since then i started to chat with him by messages for him to speak out with some proof that i paid cash to him and he didn't pay the amount for my policies. Now i have lot of his messages with him accepting the fraud. He still keep on saying that he will come and give my receipts, he will clear all my dues, just give me some time... This is almost eight months over now i am being fighting for this and he is really taking me for a ride.

                      Dear concern customer care, please look into this matter and do the needful to me at your earliest.

                          On 16th oct 2017, i got a call from a person named priyanka sharma (Mob no: [protected], +[protected] posing as lic claims department employee and she had recevied a request for closure o[censored]nclaimed bonus of inr1, 75, 000 from my lic agent. She said that the bonus has been vested on my policy for 3 years and since i did not cliam it, my agent had asked the same to be cancelled which will result in the agent getting 60% pf the bonus. She further asked me to verify my lic policy by stating the policy number and my date of birth.
                          Since i didnot have the policy details with me i asked her to call teh next day.
                          Next day i gave her the details of the policy and she gave me a fake file number which would be verified by her senior "fund manager".
                          Then on 23rd october, the so called fund manager called up and after verifying the file number gave me 2 options to claim teh bonus.
                          1) through agent, where the agent will get 60% of the bonus
                          2) without agent, where the amount will be directly credited to my account. Here i'll have to buy an inr 45.000 future generali insurance policy.
                          I have never seen such a professional fraud set up which goes into such meticulous details to deceive people of their hard earned money. I have shared the phone number of the people involved. Please apprehend and imprison these white collar criminals before they con any one.

But the staff was so arrogant that she entirely denied there was no queue as well... Also, she refused many others saying time was over were still there was around 10 minutes left, for the counter to close.

                                      The policy is in the name of my daughter simran bansal and we took it from your agent name pratima sharma for which regularly she asks us to pay online and we do not wish to do it as she is our agent and is suppose to give us required service which we as policyholders expect from any agent.. I am writing this not only for me as victim but also for many others who would be suffering in the hands of such agents who collect commission without any work done, which is damaging the name of your organisation in the long run and i request you to please take action against such atrocities going on by your appointed agents

                                        The amount of loan has not been cridited to bank account although the sms has confirmed that the primium dues has been adjusted on 5/10/2017
                                        My policy no is[protected]
                                        I have also complaint on lic website but there is no responce from that side.
                                        My agent is not helping me either.
                                        Please resolve it as quickly as possible

                                        I have done successful online payment for the same policy before many times.But this time I am not able to do this.
