    The above policy[protected] was in the name of my husband and a sum of rs18600/_ approx. Was recd. Thru cheque (Post death) and the same could not be encased by me (Being the wife of deceased) and i requested lic authorities to tr the amt to my account.in spite of a lapse of nearly 10 months, the amt was not yet paid by them. This is the concern of lic people to its policy holders. Red tapism is the order of the day, in particular in public sector offices.

        service is too bad

        Why during the payment u are asking about date of birth, amount, mobile number, etc. This is useless nowadays, please joined cashless and make the system like policy number, i[censored] give the policy number your amount will be automatic come and u easily pay online. I have come uttarpara branch where they are so much crowd and people have to wait in queue for the long time.
        Please give facilities in online, that you should only enter policy...

        Sir I am LIC register customer user.i have 6 policies.i add all policies in my user id..I open e services with my user id and password.i add all policies and print .but I forget under sign to the document then I upload.i upload my pan card and passport also.then step 2 and step 3 is not highlighted.i am not receiving any msg from LIC.my e services and premier services are not open.it will shown you are not eligible reason for your request under processing from 20 days .no available to deregister my account .so please rectify my problem.or derigister my account.then i open newly.thanking you

        Sir, I (mithu dhar) have paid lic premium for policy no[protected] dated[protected], rs. 29624.00/- payment id -JSBI[protected]. online at www.Licindia.com, but i do not recived any recipt till date and time. Rs 29624.00/- debited from my account on same time. Pl do the needful.
        Policy holder is my wife sananda koley, I am trying to pay the premium from my credit card.getting some notes, like "premium should be paid by policy holder himself".
        So can I pay the premium from my credit card.

            Hello,
            I have availed home loan form lichfl in dec 11 with floating base interest rate as 10.4%. After fix period rise in interest rate is updated in system automatically from 10.4 to 10.8 to 11 % peirodically but the decrease in iterest since last two years is not updated which goes down to 9% as per rbi guideline. This impacts around 50k-60k with reduced tenure for which i was applicable since 2014 as per other customers record.
            I requested to have correction in my home loan leisure to branch manager, kharadi, pune but showing no interest on account its not possible case. Insptie of regular emi i have to be at a loss because no intimation regarding rate revision by lic hfl. I have following questions:
            1. If we have opted for floating roi & increase in roi is updated automatically in system then why not decrease in roi? Now asking for rewrting? Why its needed & why not intimated to customer before?
            2. Request you to correct the leisure as per my eligibility for change in roi for 9%. People have been doing it since last 2 years.
            3. Why lic hfl has no system to intimate customer about same? No mail, no sms, no postal mails?

            Request lichfl to consider this case positively to correct this gap at heavy loss to customer.

            This is total cheating and looting by LIC HFL, why not some legal firms file a public interest case against LIC HFL on behalf of all such affected customers of LIC HFL who have paid exorbitant interest for long time (like they do abroad against erring drug companies) this would be a good business opportunity for them, they can take a percentage of the refund LIC HFL is forced to make by courts and would be a good business opportunity for the legal firms. I offer myself as a prospective client for the court case. Let us join together.

              I have been issued succession certificate by court on 24 july 2017 to collect all the amount lying in the late mariam s dabhi and her son raja arpit. I have gone through all the procedure and subbmited all the legal documents at lic office suraj plaza sayajigunj baroda branch. Ihave submitted eight claim forms. So far i have received the amount of only one claim. I think lic does not obey cout order and i think now i will have to take ligal action.

For the past 3 months i could not pay the premium as it is indicated that the password is incorrect.                   Please refer to my above policy no.[protected] with your collecting branch eps1 br 474. I would like to bring your kind notice that while i was paying my policy premium of rs. 7155.00 online through my sbi a/c no. [protected], suri, birbhum, west bengal (Ifsc sbin0000191) on 03/09/2017, it showed some error in the system and logged out. After sometime i logged onto lic site and paid the same through my abovementoined bank account and i got the receipt no. Pro[protected] dated 03/09/2017. On 21/09/2017 i noticed that my bank account debit another rs. 7155.00 against same policy no. Now my bank account shows two debit balances. I therefore request you to please refund the amount of rs. 7155.00 paid as double.

                              सर, सविनय अनुरोध है कि मेरी पत्नी स्वर्गीय रमा श्रीवास्तव के जीवन पर[protected] पालिसी जारी थी, पॉलिसी धारक की मृत्यु[protected] को हो गयी है।
                              फिर मैंने सभी सर्टिफिकेट गोरखपुर ब्रांच नंबर 2 पर जमा कर दिया था, लेकिन मुझे अभी तक क्लेम राशि का भुगतान नही किया गया ।
                              लगभग 2 साल के बाद निगम के कार्यालय से एक पत्र 31-3-16 को मुझे प्राप्त हुआ जिसमें बताया गया कि धारक ने अपनी उम्र गलत लिखाई थी, जबकि पालिसी लेते समय बिमा धारक की उम्र बिमा के नियम के अनुसार थी।
                              मैंने कई बार इस सन्दर्भ में निगम कार्यालय से संपर्क किया पर उन्होंने कोई सही जबाब नही दिया, ,
                              निगम द्वारा मुझे बेवजह परेसान किया जा रहा है और मुझे अभी तक कोई भुगतान नही किया गया,
                              अतः श्रीमान जी से अनुरोध है कि मुझे मेरी पत्नी के death claim का पेमेंट कराने की कृपा की जाये।

                                My e service account doesn't work properly...so plz kindly delete my account..or rectify the problem..uploaded certificate is under processing.i have an account in LIC e services .I want to register in e services.i have 6 policies.i forgot to put under sign of policy certificates and upload .then it is open.it shown that you are not eligible reason for request under processing.but 10 days over.it is not open.if you are dealitng my account.i newly open correctly for e services.

                                My LIC e services in premier services I got user id and password.i have 6 policies.in e services I printed all my policies to upload in step 3.but I forget to put sign under documents.my pan card also uploaded.after uploaded I opened e services and shown you are not eligible reason for request under processing. It can not open.may be it hanged. I went to branch for solve the problem.but the request id. no was not found in their complaints. My e services user name Putrevu1975.please rectify the issue.if not u deregister my account.then I start newly with correct prossess and LIC app was shown authentication failed.how can I authenticate.please solve the above mentioned querries.thanking u sir

                                I am registered portal user of lic. I have user id and password. I m tried open e services premier service. First i enroll all policies of mine. I print out the policies details statement. Here i forgot to sign under documents. I upload the document with my photo and pancard.. Then it shows you are not eligible reason for your request under process from 15 days.. It can not be open.. Only step 1 is visible. Others are not shown some technical problem maybe done. Please varify my e services and solve the querry. If it is not, you deregister my account. Thanking u sir

I add all policies for premier services.. I add all policies and uploaded. But i forget to put sign under polices document. Next it cannot open. Step 1 is not highlited. And shows you are not eligible reason for your request was under processing from almost 18 days. It cannot open to re upload and not highlited. Please check and rectify issue.                                     I had registered bill pay in hdfc bank, rs 82779 was first cut on[protected] from the credit card and again rs 82779 was cut from the debit card in the account, so plz refund the credit card amount. I had given standing instruction to pay the premium one time only why two times money was deducted? Plz check the account and refund the money in the credit card asap
