I have applied for outstanding balance of above said loan on 11.02.2023, they have given the out standing balance amount as on 28.02.2023, but the period have expired for closing the account. They said if you want new balance, apply after the march emi completed. now I have applied for the Outstanding balance as on 20.03.2023 with enclosure (i.e exit interview form on 11.03.2023. The amount has been debited from my bank account (Indian Bank) but I have not received a receipt/confirmation of the same.

I have taken home loan from LICHFL in the year 2018, at ROI-8.4%. My loan number[protected]. But within 5-6 months ROI first increase to 8.7% and then to 8.9%, now presently increase to 11.05%. When RBI reduces the repo rate, they didn't decrease the ROI but now when increase they abnormally to 11.05% from 8.9%.
