Dear sir,

I got a later on home address last week referencing to policy number:[protected]. Saying i have not submitted the

Premium. I asked to branch office arrah, but they took details but not helped me till date.

As per my knowledge, i have not opted any lic plan in past.
Once i got discussed with lic agent in 2015 regarding lic plan "jeevan anand". But i said to him, i am

Interested but my financial condition is not okay this time, i will take plan later and also said i

Will submit kyc at that time via email as well as will transfer the premium amount.
He was asking the details to fill the form i said i will share at that time when i will take the plan.

He said no issue, you can give details now and you take plan later.

He asked me details to fill the form and also to sign the same application from.
Now i got the later. Here as i can check some different plan: 822: lic’s anmol jeevan.

Now, i have below points could you please answer:
1) i have not signed any application later for mentioned plan 822.
2) i have not given any kyc document.
3) i have not submitted any photograph as per my knowledge
4) i have not paid any premium.
So, my concern is how anyone (Agent) can open lic on behalf of a person without above mentioned

Details.
My complaint:
1) misusing of my details.
2) how agent made my kyc.
3) why he opted plan 822? "where death benefit will be claimed". Is there any conspiracy?

I got a call from LIC and they said agent can open a policy on behalf of the customer. if they know the customer.

They explained me the meaning of KYC(KNOW YOUR CUSTOMER) and agent know you.

Also, he said you want to continue or not the same policy. As this policy is really good for you.

I replied I am not interested you can close. I have not paid any premium as well but my data is used wrongly.
But he said data is not used wrongly.

The conclusion of call:
1) They will close the policy:[protected].

    A policy from life insurance corporation of india in the year 2015 vide policy no.[protected] on the monthly premium basis. But last two years the premium
    Paid by me with late payments and interest also paid by me. Sir, what is my fault when i request them to deduct my premium through ecs. I submit
    The cancelled cheque and nach form also. But all in vain.. Kindly do the needful at the earliest and oblige.

      I am never able to log in to the lic website for the last few months. Last time also my husband had to go to the branch to submit the payment. Even the app is not working. How does one communicate with them?? For paying premiums and checking the other details of the policy, it is now become very frustrating as the portal does not move to the log in page. I thought the app will help but that also does not move beyond log in.

        Hi team,

        This is pravin parmeshwar bajad. I have a lic policy holder who had requested to surrender the policy on 4th aug.
        I have submitted all the document at the branch. As per the lic associate i should have received the amount within 8 days but it's been almost a month now and haven't got any updates.

        I have already registered my rbl bank account details for neft and the application to surrender the policy with the required documents.

        Kindly find the attachment of the acknowledgement and please let me know why it has been delayed.

          Last 1 week i am trying to open my lic account to pay premium. I am not able to see login page also.

          Taking lot of time to load even though page is not loading.

          Other hand government is saying that we are moving to digital india. This lic look like they are running by previous government, not hearing at all or they want to sold him self.

          Please do some thing.

            Inspite of paying premium for my above mentioned policy till today my premium of rs 47324 /-is not reflecting, i have made several calls to the concerned branch of beawar but nothing has been done, you are requested to direct the same to concerned beawar branch immediately and solve my problem, and direct them to issue me official stamp receipt for my premium of rs 47324 /-immdtly.

            Inspite of my repeted complaints for not updating my premium for above mentioned policy with beawar branch till today my premium of rs 47324 /-under above mentioned policy is not updated. I had complain to Ajmer office also but no action is taken so far why? You are once again requested to look in to the matter immdtly and do the needful.and instruct your beawar branch to issue me official stamp receipt for my premium of rs 47324 immdtly.

              I am receiving pension every 1st of the month from lic against policy no 67624.
              Bpcl purchase annuity for their retired employees. I am retired employee of bharat petroleum, chembur, mumbai. I am retired in on 31/07/16 since than i have been receiving pension of 20588/- on 1st of the month. This month i have not received any pension and there is no communication in this regard.

              I have four Jeevan Dhara policies. For some time I was receiving Annuity on all policies. Suddenly Annuity on Two policies were stopped. I do not know the reason nor there is any communication from LIC on the subject. I have also sent a letter by courier, but no replay received so far.

                  He wants to know the current status of his policy.

                      I have a policy from lic numbered xxxxx3366. It was opened by an agent name zaheer.

                      He has taken money every month from us but when we tried to check the status of the installments online we noticed he has not paid since last november although he has taken money from us.

                      His agency is total fraud and i am sure there will be other policy holders also who will be victim of his fraud.

                        Sir mai bhut poor faimly se bilong karti hoon. Mujhe mere pati kaa abhi tak koi lic klaim nahi milaa. Maine aage ek baar phle ia par complate ki thi toh mujhay two & three agent mile jinhone mujhse kareeb 1.75 million tak amunt jwa karwa kar lic claim diwane ki baat ki. Unhone mujhe bas itni amunt krawa do fir khehne lage inti or krwa do sir mai aap kissi se paise pakad pakad kar itni amount jma karwa di hai sir mere sas sasur heart ke mariz hai. Meri do choti si bhichiyaan hai. Sir un agent ne kahaa aaj kal karte kar 4 mahine ho gye hai sir koi reply nahi mil dai rahe hai sir please help me. Gurpreet kaur w/o sandeep singh p

                            Sir/madam,

                            As cited above, i have not received my policy bond till date. It has been 5 yrs since its commencement but no body bothered to provide me the most important instrument. I am seriously doubting the credentials of lic services. My colleagues are sharing the same apprehension. On top of that, my policy has been registered online by someone else. Whenever i try registering, the portal says, it is already registered.

                            My policy was opened in 2012 through lic agent mr. Bilash paul of margherita, assam.

                            Resolve issues soon for instilling confidence towards the corporation.

                              Disability benefits on jeevan saral policy details and claim form required for my policy[protected], since my self was called from height wall and had calcanuesfracture, and under went medical treatment in my office associated port trust hospital from the beginning and got transferred to next unit.
                              I was advised to take x ray, ct scan and observed that i was affected severe fracture and for this evaluation, i was contacted gh of rehabilitation center of city chennai and found 50percent disability. Enclosed attachment. Can i get any amount of claim from my above policy,?
                              And if i am eligible, how can i get?

                              Plz give me your suggestions and support in this subject.

                                        For period upto 29.3.2012 i have received annuity on all four policies. From april 2012 on wards i have received annuity on two policies only instead of four policies. I do not know the reason nor there is any communication from lic on the subject. I have also sent a letter dated 18.8.2017 by courier addressed to the asst. Secretary, western zonal office, i. P. P. Cell - jeevan dhara, yogakshema, west wing, mumbai 400021. No replay has been received so far.
