Dear sir,
I have a housing loan with lic housing finance since 2014. I have already requested lic and submitted the required applications and fees to revise my loan interest, however they don't bother to respond me. This is over 6 months now, i requested them.
Their area manager does not receive calls, their office babus don't bother to respond, the agent says "this month it will be processed" every month. I tried to complain at their central complaint email id, however it bounces for non-existence of the said email id.
Please suggest what should be my take? Thanks.

My LIC policy number is[protected]. I have not received any premium payment acknowledgement receipt. Request to email the acknowledgement on my email [protected]@gmail.com. attached proof documents.
