Dear Sir / Madam,
This is in reference to the subject loan application no.[protected], the same was approved on 21st March 2017 but there is no disbursement has taken place. In want of disbursal of amount, i have lost my Rs.2, 00, 000/- (Rs.Two Lakh) which had paid as Bayana to property owner.
Even after repeated reminder, calls and personal visits, there is no response from branch people and also from agent assigned by Pitampura branch. The behavior of the branch officials and agent is so rude and way of working is so unethical. For every bit, they are harassing for something.
Also please note that there is no disbursement of amount as of now but LIC HFL has given standing instructions to my HDFC bank for debiting installment amount against loan. An amount of Rs.7650/- and Rs.12247/- are already debited from account towards loan installment (EMI). It is really surprising that without disbursal of amount How, amount is to debit from account (attached).
In view of the above, please stop the standing instructions and claiming WRONGLY installment against loan which is not yet disbursed.

Complaint marked as Resolved No e-mail & other information received from company. Received a call from Mr. Khanna (+91 9958438961) but the situation is same. He is so arrogant and threatening. He is not even ready to listen any thing. Problem is still persist.
I have not received my deducted amount & lost bayana amount yet.
Please help me on this ASAP.
