I have paid lic premium for policy no[protected] dated 27.06.17, rs. 2691/- through www.Licindia.com, but i do not recived any recipt till date and time. Rs 2691/- debited from my account on same time. Trans no. JURP[protected] showing in my icici account no.
Therefore i will reqest you kindly look my this genwin problem and send payment recipt....

I'v policy (No[protected] at ur b041 branch. It was paid throgh ecs but since nov'16 no ecs has come to my bank. No ecs bonced in my a/c also. A/c steel running on.
Lic not sending any information to me that sine nov'16 that policy premium not paid.
Was it my fault after keeping enough fund in bank a/c if ecs has no come?
If ecs not bounced then why ecs closed since november?
Had my bank told that i stoped...

My lic policy no[protected], matured on 29/03/2017 at domjur br. It was assigned by indian bank/domjur br. Bank already submitted policy and request for issue chq/drafts. But lici office say that it will be pay through rtgs to bank's own a/c. Bank say we have no a/c to receive the rtgs. You can pay to parties a/c through rtgs. Lici says it is impossible to pay parties a/c. It will be paid only bank's a/c. Iam suffering. Total fact complained...

I've sent all the required documents along with the lic policy transfer application to lic branch 16j (Bahadurgarh, haryana) so as to transfer my lic policy to gurgaon branch.

But despite taking regular follow-ups its been more than 2 weeks nobody is replying to mails and nobody is picking-up the phone calls.

I have submitted all the required documents at lic office city branch-i (671), visakhapatnam for settlement of claim almost 4 months back for the policy no.[protected], policy holders name: udata madhavi.
But till today the amount has not been credited to the policy holders bank account, even after repeated phone calls to the lic office.

Due to urgent need of money i surrendered 3 of my policies under lic of india on 19.04.2017. Those policies were under ecs mode and premiums were debited on monthly basis from my savings account.
