I had a home loan from LICHFL which I repaid on 04.07.2017.

1. After one month the original documents came back to the branch but two pages from the Original are missing. Due to this I could not collect the originals.

2. I have a suspense balance to be paid back to me by LIC. Even after more than one month the same has not been received by me.

Despite various correspondence and repeated emails to various authorities, the issues above are not being resolved and no one at LICHFL seems to be bothered at all.

      Consignment no.[protected] actually reached the destination on 05/08/2017 but not yet delivered. On telephone enquiry the kottayam franchise is not giving satisfactory answers on 07/08/2017 we contacted several times on phone and requested them to deliver the consignment they offered immediate delivery but still 6 pm nothing happened our office time is 5 pm but we waited for the consignment 6pm no delivery made. Kindly advise your kottayam franchise to make delivery immediately

      We never expect this kind of irresponsible response from a great company like blue dart

        My father expired on 20th april 2017. As a nominee i submitted claim form along with all required documents[protected] jeevan akshay) to thane div branch office where it was issued. They requested to submit to dombivli branch as my father was living there & had requested for transfer. We did that on 30th june, now witt is over a month i am still waiting for due amount.

Unhone mujhe bas itni amunt krawa do fir khehne lage inti or krwa do sir mai aap kissi se paise pakad pakad kar itni amount jma karwa di hai sir mere sas sasur heart ke mariz hai.             Lichfl is avoiding to recieve complaints from the cusomers.

            Ther customer care phone number [protected] is not working.
            They have not provided e mail id to recieve customer complaints.

            Their vizagoffice ph nos[protected], 2522342, 2704322 s are not responding to the customers.

            They provided a cusomer portal in their website but response is poor.

            Lichfl is not obeying the rbi got lines with respect to interest rate on housing loans.

            I have recieved loan of rs 18 lakh from lic hfl for which they are charging 9% interest rate.

            Please take up this case and help me.

                  Dear sir,
                  I have a housing loan with lic housing finance since 2014. I have already requested lic and submitted the required applications and fees to revise my loan interest, however they don't bother to respond me. This is over 6 months now, i requested them.
                  Their area manager does not receive calls, their office babus don't bother to respond, the agent says "this month it will be processed" every month. I tried to complain at their central complaint email id, however it bounces for non-existence of the said email id.
                  Please suggest what should be my take? Thanks.

                        My lic jivan surbhi policy no.[protected] lic branch jivan jyoti super bazar bharatpur (Rajasthan) it's s/b claim on date 28/3/2006 is due on lic and still i didn't receive any payment from them. They said that they pay cheque no. 737305 on date: 28/03/2006. But i didn't get any cheque or payment in my account. I said them many times but they did not take any action.                           Policies nos[protected]&[protected] in alok gupta name due feb16 not paid. Asking for no dues from sbi against policies. Alok s/b a/cin sbi ballabgarh gave no dues. Sbi b/g also gave no dues against c. C a/c but lic asking for no dues against lic assigned polcy. Lic not giving in writing sbi branch name and who authorized assignment. Alok don't have any other a/c in any sbi except above two. Mother 73 yrs serious ill needs money. Agreed to any dues anywhere. Some foul play suspected. Met branch mgr refused help.
                          Ready to give affidavit for any loss to lic at any later date. I don't have policies documents. Pl direct 314 lic branch and sbi ballabgarh to sort out their problem.

                            Click on above link to understand whether 57 lac policy holders of lic are unhappy with poor service, insensitive attitude of lic staff and poor return from lic on investment made by you.

                            Huge deposit is with lic as unclaimed. As a matter of fact lic do not pay in time, ask for several papers and gives so much pain to policy holders that they think it better to sacrifice their money instead of wasting their time.

                            Huge amount is lying in their sundry deposit or current account. They do not take pain to give credit to person whose money is lying in sy dep or current account in want of adequate information.

                            Who will force lic to pay the money back to its owner?

                            Irda is a formal body, appears to be of little use or no use.

                                        With humble request i mr. Biki choudhury from bongaigaon, assam wants to tell you that i claimed for my insurance money i. E policy no[protected] on lic as it matured date was on march 2015 but i didn't received it yet as my father died on 10/11/2015. They just refused me and ignore me whenever i visit lic office. Sir please as i am a poor boy and i need money as my mother died on 26/02/2015. And i am alone now and staying in a room of rent.
