    please resolve my problem so that afterwards we can pay online otherwise i have to complaint about it .

    As my father has taken a policy in Lic in my name but he is no more.the agent who supervised him in taking a policy has cheated him.as the time of taking a policy he has written no in case of PWB column and at the time of claim Lic is not helping me to resolve my case

      Its about a very well known insurance service provider its the company that has been receiving the readers' digest trusted brand award on continuous basis and is being voted as the india's most trusted brand in the bfsi category. I am a policyholder and from past 3 periods i am not receiving any remainder notice for premium payments but still i have being paying my premium on time and when asked for the reason via i did not get any reply. My first mail was drafted on 3rd aug. To lic's level 1 : (Crm) at divisional office then on the next day i mailed to crm at zonal level but till date no response is received. I am just wondering how will they pay me back my money at maturity. And this is been written to all new customers who wants to part of lic's customer list. Their after sale service is extremely poor

        My father expired on 28 may2017. I applied cliam at 04/07/2017 policy no.[protected], named kamal kishor shukla insurance branch office Kanpur CAB-1 Bhargava Estate Civil lines Kanpur-208001.LIC made a payment after one month when my mother go to the Lic branch mentioned above but he said cheque has been dispatched.My mother have already very sad from reason of my father death. Yet LIC CAB-1 BRANCH has not tell actual status. Whenever the cheque date is[protected]. My mother disappointed from branch behavior.niw we have received cheque but after this cheque name is a wrong.My mother Name is Minni Devi shukla but cheque name is Minni Devi. I don't know bank will be accepted or not. i want recompensation from LIC. I have all documents against LIC CAB-1 branch.
        Plz help us.

          emi deducted without disbursal of loan amount

          This is in reference to the subject loan application no.[protected], the same was approved on 21st March 2017 but there is no disbursement has taken place. In want of disbursal of amount, i have lost my Rs.2, 00, 000/- (Rs.Two Lakh) which had paid as Bayana to property owner.

          Even after repeated reminder, calls and personal visits, there is no response from branch people and also from agent...

          We regret to inform you that above two LIC policies are pending for settlement till date from LIC Narnaul Branch (Rohtak Division) which was in the name of my elder sister Miss Shakuntla Arora.

          Unfortunately, she died on 24.01.13 in Medanta Hospital, Gurgaon by failure of multi organs. My sister was unmarried & my parents were also passed away earlier. Now we are two brother & sister alive (me & my sister). In lic policies, my mother Smt. Shanti Devi was the nominated who passed away 2 years before. So me & my younger sister Neelam Chaudhary (who are only alive members) have filed a case for succession certificate in Narnaul court. In July 16 we got his succession certificate from court in favour o[censored]s & submitted this certificate with other relevant documents in Narnaul LIC branch for settlement. After that also completed the formalities whatever asked by Narnaul branch.

          Now when we ask about claim, Narnaul branch says that the LIC numbers should be mention in succession certificate. In this regard we want to say that succession certificate issued by court is for all settlement/claims & purposes not only one LIC settlement only. So you are therefore kindly requested to look into the matter & settle this death claimat the earliest.
          (In this regard, earlier letter posted to the Respected Chairman LIC of india is also attached for your reference please)

            I had LIC, s Future Plus policy maturing on 29.06.2015.branch 89c.
            i had submitted the policy and required documents on 11/08/2015 to the respective branch. i received commutation amount on 14.07.2016. since then i have not received pension amount also original policy not received till date. i am following up with the branch continously but no reply till date. Mrs Gaikwad from Borivali br is handling the matter.

              Sir, i purnwasi choudhary took a policy on28/01/07 policy number[protected] from ghazipur branch. It has been got irregular since 2012. A letter was sent from the branch to link the policy. I sent a crossed cheque to the branch by speed post and i got an sms after link it. Since i live in bihar now and the branch office is very far away. On advise of a lic agent i have sent filled forms and original bond paper to the branch office by speed post two months ago. No payment is done now. Please take necessary action.

                  I had a home loan from LICHFL which I repaid on 04.07.2017.

                  1. After one month the original documents came back to the branch but two pages from the Original are missing. Due to this I could not collect the originals.

                  2. I have a suspense balance to be paid back to me by LIC. Even after more than one month the same has not been received by me.

                  Despite various correspondence and repeated emails to various authorities, the issues above are not being resolved and no one at LICHFL seems to be bothered at all.

                  Request your follow up for redressal.

                      Consignment no.[protected] actually reached the destination on 05/08/2017 but not yet delivered. On telephone enquiry the kottayam franchise is not giving satisfactory answers on 07/08/2017 we contacted several times on phone and requested them to deliver the consignment they offered immediate delivery but still 6 pm nothing happened our office time is 5 pm but we waited for the consignment 6pm no delivery made. Kindly advise your kottayam franchise to make delivery immediately

                      We never expect this kind of irresponsible response from a great company like blue dart

They requested to submit to dombivli branch as my father was living there & had requested for transfer. We did that on 30th june, now witt is over a month i am still waiting for due amount.

Maine aage ek baar phle ia par complate ki thi toh mujhay two & three agent mile jinhone mujhse kareeb 1.75 million tak amunt jwa karwa kar lic claim diwane ki baat ki. Unhone mujhe bas itni amunt krawa do fir khehne lage inti or krwa do sir mai aap kissi se paise pakad pakad kar itni amount jma karwa di hai sir mere sas sasur heart ke mariz hai.                             Lichfl is avoiding to recieve complaints from the cusomers.

                            Ther customer care phone number [protected] is not working.
                            They have not provided e mail id to recieve customer complaints.

                            Their vizagoffice ph nos[protected], 2522342, 2704322 s are not responding to the customers.

                            They provided a cusomer portal in their website but response is poor.

                            Lichfl is not obeying the rbi got lines with respect to interest rate on housing loans.

                            I have recieved loan of rs 18 lakh from lic hfl for which they are charging 9% interest rate.

                            My loan a/c no is :[protected].

                            Please take up this case and help me.

                              I would like to inform you that i have policy[protected] and contact [protected] in lic branch 25j and they have mentioned onlin mobile no and still ringing but nobody pickup and i applied for loan for last 15 day and they said it will be done in 3 days but walked 3 times there and all paper are complete but they did not release loan, i have urgent for my child

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I have a housing loan with lic housing finance since 2014. I have already requested lic and submitted the required applications and fees to revise my loan interest, however they don't bother to respond me. This is over 6 months now, i requested them.
                                  Their area manager does not receive calls, their office babus don't bother to respond, the agent says "this month it will be processed" every month. I tried to complain at their central complaint email id, however it bounces for non-existence of the said email id.
                                  Please suggest what should be my take? Thanks.
