Hi,

This is in regards to my home loan account # xxxxxxx. I have been having a lot of troubles off late and received pathetic services from LIC. Below is the summary:

My EMI for the home loan is paid via ECS through my XYZ Bank a/c every 10th of the month. On April 10th, my ECS was rejected by XYZ due to amount discrepancy. On 17th April, I asked Lakhan Mandar to deposit the security cheque for amount Rs 38, 499/- which is still not cleared. Its been more than 40 days now!
On May 10th, my ECS was again rejected by XYZ Bank due to amount discrepancy. On 13th May, I asked Lakhan Mandar to again use one of the security cheques for amount Rs 38, 499/- which is still not cleared. Its been more than 15 days now!

It seems Lakhan Mandar has asked Shilpa Falsamkar to deposit the above cheques however, no one can track where the cheques are so far! I have sent numerous emails to Shilpa and my father personally visited the Borivli West LIC office and spoke to Shilpa in person but no response as yet.

Other than above, my father also deposited the below cheques for making extra payment towards my Principal amount.

Cheque # 000084 dates 24th April 2017 for Rs 35, 000/- was cleared on 27th April 2017
Cheque # 000085 dates 16th May 2017 for Rs 40, 000/- is still not cleared. Its been more than 12 days now.

Lakhan Mandar gave me contact number of Saurabh Kothari (Deputy manager) with whom I have tried contacting on whatsapp, normal calls and even asked ny father to call but he doesnt pick up the call at all. I even sent a whatsapp message to him letting him know the trouble and the context for contacting him. Even though he read the message, he simply chose to ignore!

I am really frustrated with the lack of service and complete unprofessional behavior shown by LIC Staff specifically Shilpa & Saurabh.
Being in a financial services industry, they should know every delayed payment results into penalty charges + extra ineterst.

Please treat this matter as high urgent and provide solution.

I have made the payment of my 5 LIC policies on 1st April 2017.
Payment ID IHDF[protected]. I have not received the Premium receipt till date.
I taken follow-up by mail to this email id [protected]@licindia.com. But no response received from them.

Now i have to submit these receipt in my office for claim.
Dear sir,
toady (23.05.17) i have paid my policy premium through LIC india app . policy no[protected] amount-RS-9098 & another policy no[protected] RS-18015 but i have not received my payment received. many time i have faced this kind of problem pleased do needfull action.
Please refer policy no.[protected].I have not received pension in April 2017.pl.inform.

    My brother named sudarsan k has a lic policy through agent named sabitha. On october 29.2016. Above mentioned agent inform us about the certificates should be produced. After collecting all documents now she plays fraud. She escapes from us. She told she wants 3lakh from that policy money. After making the agreement with the nominee that she gives 3lakh to the above agent then only she will bring that bond was her condition. We are from poor family. We don't have photo copies of that policy number records. We don't know the number. That agents superior named sudha also plays a major role to stole the money from this policy. This premium is under the nurani palakkad branch. Please do favour sir. We are helpless. We lost our brother apart from that we are tortured by these type of frauds. Please help us

      With reference to Incoming Marketing Call from LIC Agent bearing Mobile No.[protected] on 26/05/2017

      I wish to bring to your notice that Agents of your Financial Institution are marketing your products through Mobile. One may have been or is a customer of your Financial Institution but that does not give any rights to bypass the DND registry.

      I wish point out that they are creating a nuiscance by making calls even on week ends or sunday afternoon. They also make calls early in the morning, marketing Loans and this is quite irritating since no one would like to start their day with discussion on loans
      .
      The Mobile is a personal means of communication and its a paid service unlike the Television where ADs are used for supporting the content. I wish that your Financial Institution provides the necessary notices to your marketing agents not to disturb/trouble people by making calls on their mobiles.

      Kindly advise your telemarketing agencies or agents to stop creating a nuisance by making telemarketing calls to mobiles, bypassing the DND registry.

      Hope this email brings about a change in the way of your marketing stratergies.

        I'm balaka bhuniya. I have a policy of lici bearing number[protected]. Date of commencement of the said policy was 16/3/2002. Table and term of the said policy is[protected], sum assured one lakh rupees. Before two years i paid premiums through salary saving mode and last two years i have paid premiums through ecs mode. My last premium was completed on 28/02/2017. Monthly premium was rs.613. My first money back of 20℅ of sum assured one lakh was rs.20000 due on 16/03/2017. But lici bagnan branch gave me rs.19382 in stead of rs.20000. As i have paid premiums through ecs there was no chance of premiums due. I complain to lici customer care several times but they give no answer about less money back payment. Hence i complain against lici to you for resolution.

            My father had taken lic policy and within 2 years my father had expired. For my father's policy i had been paid the premium amounts through internet banking, in this internet banking i have scheduled some dates before the due date so that the premium amount deduct automatically from my account and pay the premium automatically. But at last after the death date i forgot to remove the schedule, and mistakenly one premium was got paid after death date. Whether is it possible to repudiate the death claim by stating the reason "premium was paid after death date".in this regard kindly clarify this and if any terms and conditions or circular are there.               I am taken 3 policies form your
              Lic of india.
              Required documents given to life insurance corporation of india,. City branch 16, chaitanyapuri, hyderabad.
              And further ecs is not updating. They mentioned that ecs is rejected due to signatures default. We further verified the same with bank banker said everything is fine from their side.
              And further 2nd time also documents given, again cheque payment is clear, same signature but ecs is not updating.
              Kindly update my policies. Other wise cancel my policies.

                I am a lic policy holder of policy no[protected]. I couldn't received the money back value of rs 75000 due from december 2016 to till now... I complaint the branch office of phulbani about it.. But i am not found any positive result from the branch... I have some problem so money is now very necessary for me... I try to solve this policy problem but i can't.. At last i complaint to you to solve my problem very soon..

                      I have surrendered my subject policy on 24/01/2017 for full settlement. But, so far they have not credited the maturity amount to my account. I have visited the branch situated at Residency Road, Bangalore (BO 614) on many occasion but in vein. They are telling that they have referred the matter to their Divisional office, When i contacted DO they have told that they have referred the matter at mumbai and they have expressed that they don't know when it will be resolved. Hence i request your goodselves to kindly resolve the issue

                      I have submitted the above policy for surrender and full settlement on 24/01/2017 under plan no.122/16/01. but, till date i did not got the proceeds of the above policy, I have contacted the branch office at Residency Road of Lic BO no:614 and DO no, . 36 but, in vain. I request yourgoodselves kindly help to get my legitimate amount immediately.

                          I have paid lic premium for policy no[protected] date 15/5/17 rs 1530 through mobile bainking (Transection no fb00141957 sbbj) but i have not received any recipt at my registered email id till date. I have also check my premium status on lic portal but it is showing that no premium has madede on 15/5/17. Rs1530 debited from my account onthe same time. Please do the needful.

                              Before 10 days i visit your branch in Tirupati vide code no 713 and handed over 6 policies for cancellation and to credit the proceeds to my savings account. Upto today only one policy is cancelled and credited the amount to my account. For the remaining policies they did not give proper reply and told that it takes a long time.                                 This is regarding the policy no.[protected] which i have started/ opened in 2000 through the agent name kanta jain. I have not received a single amount from this policy till date, however i have paid all the amount on annual basis regularly. I inquired in lic jabalpure office, from there i got to know that this policy is completed in 2005. I request you to kindly provide me all the information about the money or amount which i should receive on annual basis in detail till the 2015 and take the necessary action which is required.

                                I request you again kindly provide me all the information about my money till date as soon as possible because i have not received any amount from lic against this policy.

                                Please don't let me to make a complaint in beema lokpal.

Even after 10 days of the surrender I have not received any form of communication for its progress. After visiting the office at Varanasi Trade Center I understood that the authorities are unable to trace my document.                                       I have paid premium for policy no[protected] dated 09/05/2017 rs 14858/ through www.licindia.in, but i do not received any receipt till date and time.
