I have paid premium amount rs 10153/- on 7/4/2016 through online but not get receipt so for policy no[protected]. Lic of india, chengalpattu, premium due on 28/2/2016.In debited my bank account. Kindly look into this matter.

      My salary savings lic policy no.[protected] matured on 28th march, 2016. Discharge voucher alongwith policy and cancelled cheque have already been submitted to the dealing office bhubaneswar branch-iii. But till date, the maturity amount has not been credited to my account.

          Good day,

          It's very frustrating to write about lic .
          I have invested my money in lic called money back policy and as a rule i am suppose to receive my money by november 2015 but the said amount is credited to my nominated bank account on march 2016. So i protested to lic and asked lic for paying me interest but they never paid me and when i wrote them may be ten times they just kept quite and never bother to acknowledge or even write back to us.
          When we delay in paying premium we need to pay them huge fines and interest my question is why it's not applicable to them.
          When you delay they must compensate me ???

            I have lic policy no.[protected]. I have paid premium of Rs.5358/- through SBI net banking on 01.04.2016. My account has debited by Rs. 5358/- but receipt is not generated and the premium is yet showing due in LIC website. I am very upset and not satiafied with LIC e-service. I, therefore, request you to kindly look into the matter and resolve it at the earliest.

                My policy payment was done in time at kondhwa branch. Details written on the cheque were also written correct. Due to mistakes done by either LIC or Yes bank check was bounced. Cheque amount was 6851/-, however my bank (icici ) was claimed for amount 36861/- . Hence cheque was dishonored.

                Prem : 6851
                Premium paid on : 5 March 2016

                Today I have made cash payment of premium and penalty ( 7084 /- ) to avoid increase in penalty.

                Request you to look into the matter earliest and help in refund of my extra 233/- rs I paid as early as possible.

                  I sushama sinha bearing LIC no.[protected] has a Money Policy scheme account in LIC. They are delaying in giving the interest.They have taken my BOI A/c no.-[protected]. They have neither deposited nor refer chequ to bank.Its my last option to take help from you. I hope you will help me.
                  I therefore request you to take some action so, that they will provide me interest soon.

                      Sir my policy no is[protected] and i have made payment by receipt no pr [protected] amount 4307.00 rupees successfully but receipt of payment is not generated. A note flashed : "clicking of the receipt no opens corresponding premium payment receipt in new window. To view/print this receipt, you must have acrobat reader 6 & above. Download it for free using the following link." unlikely i tried to download but it is to tough and wants extra package which i can't pay.                         I had done online payment for the premium of my policy no.[protected] due dated 2015/12 on 31st Dec`15 and 2nd Jan`16. So by mistake i had made double payment for the same due dated premium.
                        After that i checked the refund policy and LIC suggests that it will refund the double payment amount within 7 days but still i am waiting for the same.
                        I have sent many mails to initiate my refund but they are not giving me any reply..Please look into the matter
