Hi,

I went to the branch around 1650 hrs to get my PAN updated and was simply asked to leave and informed that customers are not entertained after 1500 hrs. The security went to Anushmita Rakshit and she asked me to leave and come some other day between 10 am and 3 pm, since she was too busy. I cannot believe the office is open with so many employees around and not a single person available for assistance for such a small matter. I took out time out of my busy schedule to get my PAN updated and cannot afford to visit the branch again. I want to seriously escalate against Anushmita Rakshit.

If you cannot help, kindly let me know the next point of escalation.

      I have paid LIC Premium of Rs 1254 through HDFC Netbanking on 05/04/2023 around 12 AM IST ` The above amount is debited from my account but neither Receipt is generated nor amount has been refunded to my account.I am giving the details below:

        Dear team, Please remove my pan card details from IRDAI portal. This is very important for my career. I got selection in other company and because of this i am not getting my offer letter. So its a kindly requested to you please remove my details pls pls pls pls. I wrote a mail to LIC, IRDAI written application to LIC office and agency office but nothing happen till now please solve my case asap. I am the only 1 in my family who will start earning and support my family.

                Foreclosure of home loan

                Hi Team,
                I have home loan from LIC HFL- Loan Acc/No[protected].
                I want to foreclose my loan, following up with branch from Feb 2023 till now they are not processing for foreclosure.
                Branch- Sector q, aliganj -Lucknow UP
                Very rude behavior and no intention to close the loan, already paying emi, which sd be stopped and the loan sd be closed.

                Hello team, I got placed in other company and pan card details showing on IRDAI portal. in 2014 i received my agent code but after i never had done any single policy. but pan look up show agency code status is inforce. I requested you to please remove my details. just because of this i am not getting my offer letter. Please this is very important for my career.

                    Dear sir, I got place in icici lombard but at the the time of back ground verification. my agent code showing active on irda pan look up showing inforce but i never had done any single police last 8 years. and now company wants to deactivate. i tried all the methods which i know or internet suggest. wrote a mail given application to agency as well but nothing happen pls suggest. i do not have so much time.

But hr is not issuing me offere letter as my pan card is showing on lic portal..so please deattach my pan card from there as soon as possible...I request you to please and please deatach my pan..I already submitted a request in main branch...but I don't get any results..so please deattach my pan card
