Rs 1966/-debited from my account on same time . payment ID IIDB[protected] showing in my IDBI account no . my email id is [protected]@gmail.com.

      I made an online payment of the same on 27/02/2/2017 but just got an acknowledgment of my payment.
      I was given assurance about the premium receipt to be mailed on my email address but still I haven't received it.
      I request you to look in to the matter and do the needful.

              I made one online payment for two of my registered policies using the online portal on 31st March '17 but the transaction was not successful and success message was not displayed. (using HDFC Bank credit card)

              I checked the bank account and the amount was debited on the same day. Also, I have not received any email update about the transaction from LIC team on this. Those premiums are still showing as pending in the online portal.

              Would you please look into the issue and update correct status against the policies in the portal.

              Please let me know if you have any query.

                The above mntioned policy is of Bima gold money back policy.A sum of 20000/- was due to pay this month as money back amount. We have not receive the same yet.

                                  Sir, I (Surendra pandit) have paid lic order no. 16084157 dated 10.02.2017, rs. 3120/- through www.Licindia.com, but i do not recived any receipt till date and time. Rs 3120/- debited from my account on same time. Payment ID HAXG[protected] . The transactions dated 10.02.2017 . Pl do the needful.

                                    Sir, I (Lalit Mahendra jain) have paid lic premium for policy no[protected] dated[protected] RS 18015 through www.licindia.com, but I do not received any receipt till date and time Rs 18015 debited from my account on same time. Pls do the needful. It was say you received in between 2 to 3 official days conformation of your payment. So pls confirm mi about my premium receipt .thank uuuu

I paid premium by net banking on 16 Mar 17. The premium amount Rs. 6569.00 debited from State Bank of India account no [protected]. But receipt of paid amount not generated and premium not paid till to date.

                                      I made online payment against policy numbers[protected], and[protected] on 24 March and 25 March respectively. But still not received receipt please do the needful.

                                        I have not received receipt regarding payment of 2 policies even after lapse of 48 hours which is the prescribed period allowed. Details for the same are given below:-

                                        Total amount:- 15063.70
                                        The receipt regarding the same is expected at the earliest.
                                        This was completely not expected, even to resolve the issue this is the only way possible.
