Sir,
I paid my premium of rs 40120.00 against my policy no.[protected] on 13/03/27 at 09:35:52. But the receipt has not been sent yet to my email [protected]@yahoo.com.
Kindly send me the receipt at your earliest convenience.

I had paid the premium of my policy no.[protected] of LIC of India on 5.03.17 through net banking. I haven't received my paid premium receipt till date but the amount has been debited from my account. I have tried time and again to get the receipt but i m not getting any online response. I request u to kindly look into the matter and get the problem resolved.

Pension policy — Pension cheques awaited

I've been receiving pension through LIC in 2006 from superannuation fund accumulated. After this, I have not received the pension cheques till date. May I request you to expedite.

I have tried to contact your office but in vain. My annuity No. is 011Q[protected]

I am new user to start my a/c with you but when I have fill up my password and user id, site will not open for payment. what's my mistakes ?

I paid through online axis netbanking with payment id hut[protected], lic order number 16583980 on 19.02.2017, rs 2788/- for the premium of my policy number[protected]. But i do not get the receipt of the payment of rs 2788/- for the premium of my policy number[protected].

My registered e-mail id of loan acc. No.[protected] is entered incorrect. Due to which i won't able to get notifications about my loan info. Now, i want to get it changed as soon as possible. Paid amount of Rs. 19413/- for above mentioned policy nos. through online paymentdirect@licindia website. Amount is deducted from my bank account but website is saying transaction failed vide LIC Order Number 18072093 and Payment ID IAXG[protected]. In this connection it is requested that please confirm the status of above mentioned transaction and send the reciepts to my registered email id. Thankyou.

I want to change my address, but after roaming 2-3 times to lic office and spending hours for this small job they are unable to change it due to their lack of computer knowledge. I don’t know how will be India be digital. :( :( this is the reason that privatisation is essential. they write like their office time starts at 08:00 am but I can’t found a single person till 10:30/11:00, why don't biometric punching applicable to them.

I tried to make payment of my LIC policy number[protected] and transaction id is 18368951 on 20 March 2017 at 07:43Am amounting for Rs 22273 by doing online payment but amount has been debited from my bank account but payment status is failed. So please make payment of my LIC policy number or return the amount to my bank account as soon as possible.

When i checked up account i found that only six policies are being paid from my pension account and there is no information /intimation about this lapse from your office.
I regret this poor record maintenance and customer care from your end. kindly do needful to keep my policies active at earliest and reward suitably to responsible dealing/supervisory official for this lapse.
