Sir, i have deposited lic premium rs. 1673/- through internet banking of sbbj towards payment id hsbj[protected] on dated 06.03.17 but premium receipt is not sent in my e-mail "paramjeet. [protected]@gmail.com. Resulting problem is being faced for exemption of income tax rebate from my office. Therefore, it is requested to kindly arrange to send the premium receipt at the earliest on my e-mail"paramjeet. [protected]@gmail.com so that premium receipt may be given to my department.

    Payment of Rs 19419 for above mentioned 2 policies is deducted but LIC INDIA is saying transaction is failed because bank is not responding.
    Hence it is requested to kindly confirm the status of payment and send the premium paid receipts to my registered email Id at the earliest.For submitting them to the office for claiming tax benefits.

            Iam Bala Manikya Prasad.P and holding a LIC policy with policy no.[protected]

            I have done the payment for this policy through online portal on 2nd Feb 2017

            But unfortunately, on 3rd March 2017, ICICI has deducted Rs. 39577 towards the same policy number as it was registered for auto bill payment. As the bill payment for the current year was already done on 2nd Feb 2017 and the payment done on 3rd March 2017 was a repeat payment by mistake, I request you people to kindly cancel the trasaction and refund the same amount to the original payment mode (To ICICI credit card in this case)

                    For the policy number[protected]Lic kodambakkam chennai) i was paying by ecs. There were sufficient funds and we got message that ecs payment failed. Till last year payment was done by ecs only. Please check the same. Sometime around 6th october 2016 i visited lic kodambakkam in person and they verified and said that ecs payment is very much there. Sufficient funds were there with bank too.

                    Why ecs payment was not taken for policy number[protected] this year and why i got such sms that ecs cheque dishonoured?.... I need justice

                      I am chime dolkar, my policy number is 62510711, today actually when i tried to pay my premium money through online service, first they told that premium payment is successful and when i checked my lic transaction status it was showing transaction unsuccessful so again i tried to pay my premium and premium payment showed successful. But the premium is double charged n actually i am supposed to pay 3493, but now it's charged double money. So can you help me to get my money back.

                      Recently I got a letter from lic saying that I dint pay 10 premiums of table no 179 policy number[protected] but I paid through SSS WPO workshop Lallaguda Secunderabad . I got proofs as I submitted pay slips of concerned months so please rectify the problem

                          As i need the lod whichlichfl should have given to me initially from lichfl the local office has given to understand that the lod can only be given after 20 to 22 days from the date of application, moreover they also asked me to pay rs.572/- as charges for the lod.

                          Since i need the same very urgently, the official of lichfl is very reluctant to settle the issue as their duty.

                                  I (Manish Kumar) paid Online LIC premium Rs. 9187/- for my Policy No[protected] on 09/03/2019 at 21:07:28 PM through my INDUSIND Credit card and which was approved by the bank at 09:08:32 PM and total Rs 9238.75/- (Premium +Convenience Charges+ Taxes) deducted from my account Txn Id- 276112(as told by the IndusInd Customer Care representative) but at the time of receipt generation..."Txn failed" and Reason- "Invalid Response"displayed on the screen.Firstly, i talked to IndusInd customer care representative but he told me that bank has already approved the payment and i should contact LIC customer services in this regard. So please do the needful asap...

I tried to reach customer care no which are listed on lic portal but no customer care no. Is connected either it is busy or switched off. What the poor services they are giving to customers and they are claiming that they are best insurance company in India.
