I summit. My policy but I didn't get on my Gmail account receipt on LIC
Sir, I (Sandip S Kulkarni ) have paid lic premium for policy no[protected],[protected],[protected] dated 20.03.2017, rs. 19934.7/- through www.Licindia.com, but i do not recived any recipt till date and time. Rs 19934.5/- debited from my account on same time. Pl do the needful.
For last 3 months i.e. Jan Feb March 2017 my annuity (Number 9251) are not getting credited in my Bank account Central Bank Nigdi Pune account number [protected] IFSC Code CBIN0283141.

    My policy no.[protected], and premium amount due Rs. 3603. but there are take it additional Rs.145 CD charges.
    What about CD charges, how there are take it?

      Please note the following points with respect to this policy.

      1. FUP under the policy is 10/2015 and premium due date for this due is 25.10.2015. Policy being under YLY mode Grace period available was upto 25.11.2015.

      2. As this premium due 10/2015 was not paid within grace period, a notice was printed on 27.11.2015 and sent to the policy holder to opt either to pay the further premium immediately or to opt for 'Complete Withdrawal' by choice. This was sent as per plan conditions and was sent by Registered Ad. post.

      3. The acknowledgement of this notice must have been received by the Division/Branch, upon which they have keyed in the "notice received date" into the system. This is nothing but the date on which party received the notice sent to him. They have keyed in 01.12.2015 as notice received date into the system.

      4. As per plan conditions, after 30 days from "notice received date", i.e. on 07.01.2016, Ulip AFM foreclosed the policy by treating it as 'Complete Withdrawal' case.

      Thus, whatever happened has happened perfectly as per plan conditions and as per the systems duly in place. No further premiums can be accepted under the policy as it is in 'Complete Withdrawal' stage.

I haven't received my paid premium receipt till date but the amount has been debited from my account. I have tried time and again to get the receipt but i m not getting any online response.                                         I want to change my address, but after roaming 2-3 times to lic office and spending hours for this small job they are unable to change it due to their lack of computer knowledge. I don’t know how will be India be digital. :( :( this is the reason that privatisation is essential. they write like their office time starts at 08:00 am but I can’t found a single person till 10:30/11:00, why don't biometric punching applicable to them.
