I have surrender my policy on below branch but still I have not received my money, I asked so many times to shivaji nagar pune branch people but they are not even talking to me, they simply say that its under work. Since three weeks I am waiting for my money. There is no one to listen complaint also.
The branch manager also not helping when I asked.

    THIS IS WITH REAGARDING ABOVE P.NO.[protected] DOC 23/12/2010,
    8 month before the premium payment was MONTHLY (Premium amt. Rs.3252/- pm), I had converted it into QUARTERLY. (premium amt Rs. 9757/- )
    This is inform you that after this I was unable make online payment because my DOB is wrong showing in Online record in this poicy.
    DOB is showing 21/01/19971 instead of 21/09/1971

    I had visited to Kalyan Branch for this they also checked the physical papers and confirmed that 21/9/1971 is OK
    but they r not responding about the what online record showing and telling that everything is ok, I have already submitted my PAN copy, DOB proof for again confirmation.
    Inspite of that till date DOB not corrected.
    Please look into the matter and resolve it ASAP.

      I have been holding LIC policy # 311049 under annuity plan # 011Y[protected]. I have furbished the ECS details to LIC and my saving bank A/c used to get credited with an amount of Rs 5282/-every year in the month of October since 2010.
      This year the credit has not yet been done and I do not really understand the reason as no Email or SMS has been received by me, whereas my Email ID and phone no has been same since the beginning of this relationship.
      Please help me resolve this issue with LIC.

          I have enrolled my 2 LIC policies ("[protected]", "[protected]") at https://customer.onlinelic.in/LIC_Corporate.html link with my organization - COGNIZANT. It was successfully enrolled and got confirmation mail my email id. But when I clicked on "Enroll For Employer" link on http://www.licindia.in/ portal following message getting display - "No policy found for enrollment".

          Please help me on the same

            I use to receive a annuity of Rs. 1277 in my bank account up to 10/09/2013 under annuity no 36192. I have not received this payment amount after Septemper 10, 2013.Can you please help me with reason and anything that needs to be done from my side ? I had tried variours mode to communicate with LIC office at Delhi with address P&GS, Jeevan Parkash, 6th Floor, 25 KG Marg, Divisional office-1 New Delhi 110001 [ via e mail, letter and phone] but no response.
            I sincerely request you to kindly do the needful and arrange to send my annutity in my bank account as early as possible.

And their trick is have a new customer by any how, and cheat them as soon as (with in 3 months max) they become a customer...!! Still their MICLR is 14.2% ..!! NEVER EVER GO WITH LIC HFL..!!

                Sub: Loan A/C No.[protected] App.No.[protected]

                Due to the Tamil Nadu government's restrictions on registration of land, I have not been able to pursue the matter of land purchase from the builder SEBCO PROPERTIES, TRICHY.

                The above loan has just been sanctioned by LICHFL but so far, I have not availed of even one rupee of the said loan.

                Under the above circumstances, your office has been sending reminders to remit EMIs and even yesterday, I was shocked and surprised to get a letter demanding payment of EMI.

                THIS IS RIDICULOUS AND EXTREMELY ANNOYING. THIS REFLECTS VERY BADLY ON THE EFFICIENCY OF THE SYSTEMS AND PROCEDURES OF LICHFL AND MORE IMPORTANTLY THE ABSOLUTE INEFFICIENCY OF YOUR STAFF.

                I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION IN THIS REGARD AGAINST ERRING OFFICIALS AND ENSURE THAT SUCH MENTAL AGONY AND STRESS IS NOT CREATED TO ANY CUSTOMER IN FUTURE.

                  To get the policy completion benefits, I contact Customer Service Centre, and as instructed and by them, I have send all the below documents via Speed Post to LIC Customer Zone Karnal, Near Petrol pump, Sector 12, Karnal. My Policy has zone mentioned as Karnal so Customer Service asked me to send it to them.
                  Speed Post Tracking # EU[protected]IN. It was delivered and then next day I got the sms that LIC has registered the policy under NEFT with HDFC bank, but still I didn't get the benefits.So, what was the use of registering.

                  Documents couriered were -

                  a) Original Policy Bond.
                  b) Photo ID
                  c) Discharge Form duly filled with witness details.
                  d) NEFT mandate form.
                  e) Cancelled Checque.

                  Now, I get email from Panchkla AO office that please send the original bond to them as they have not received those. How can I send original bond to them when I send it to Karnal LIC Office as told me by Customer Service.
                  I don't have two original copies of it. Original already send to Karnal office.It is amazing the during these days of online/e-Services, an organization like LIC can't coordinate with various branches/divisions, and customer has to suffer for no good reason.Moreover, Customer Service LIC only suggested it to me.And now I am in lurch.
                  So, now I want to get the maturity benefits.

                  Actually this complaint was un-necessarily opened by me. Shouldn't have done that, as even before this LIC were contacted by me via their web portal, and they were already working on it to get it resolved. Hats Off to Manager CRM Karnal Office, as he was in the forefront of getting this issue from beginning to end and timely communicating to me via emails. Finally special thanks to AO 16N, PKL .Kudos. They acted on this very promptly. This is completely resolved with full satisfaction. Thanks LIC Customer Service Team for your help!

                    This is Shivangi Jha. My father Mr Ishanand Singh took jeevan akshay plan 6 lic policy in 2015 from an agent. This january he was diagonised with cancer. He had his cancer surgery in mumbai in march 2016. It costs us around 15 lakhs.We are now financially disturbed. As he invested around 4 lakhs in that policy, but now he wants to discontinue the policy and wants his money back. Please tell me the procedure as to how he can discontinue the jeevan akshay policy plan6. We are really in need of money. Please suggest us. I am sending you further detail of my father's policy number.

                      I have one lic policy[protected] on salary saving mode at bhusawal branch.
                      I want to change premium mode from monthly to yearly but branch tells premium of april 2016 is sent to lic manmad branch.
                      Manmad branch tells we have reversed the premium long ago.

                      Ince two months i have stopped premium from my salary as it's not being credited on time and i have planned to pay it myself online.

                      Both branches manmad and bhusawal are playing with me.

                      I have become helpless.
                      Lic doesn't have any national helpline or any support system

                      Now what to do

                            Hi, I have a housing loan with LICHFL, loan number[protected]. It is of floating interest rate (initial 3 years ROI was 10 %). Now from October 2016 my ROI is suddenly increased into 11.2 %, however according to RBI home loan rate should be reduced. In spite of repeated request, they have not reduced it. Please suggest what should I do?

                            I have emailed LICHFL and did not get a response.

                              I am unable to enroll my new policies because of incorrect date of birth mentioned in my profile. I'm unable to modify it. I registered my complaint twice at LIC official web site but in vain. The compalint numbers were 229888 dated 04.02.2010 & 230783 dated 06.02.2010. Please help by getting it ractified.

                                Getting the below error page:
                                "Premium cannot be paid for this policy using Online Payment Facility. Please ensure that the premium is due for the policy and try again"

                                Please help resolve this issue at the earliest, since I can only pay my premium through online alone.

                                    I have made online payment of Rs. 33, 375/- as renewal premium against Pol. No[protected] through www.licindia.com on[protected], LIC Seq NO[protected] & Acknowledgment NO-PR[protected]. The amount was debited from my Bank A/c on the same day time, Transaction ID 09433854. But till date I have not received any receipt in my E-mail.
                                    Therefore I request you kindly to do the needful and send the receipt through my E-mail.
                                    Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I will not suggest LIC hfl because we will not get any response during the loan transfers, they will not allow the cheques after 4pm for which we have to pay an additional amount for break period interest.Even if you opt for home loan you have to take decision for the loan transfer due to higher int rates in floating mode

                                      They are having traditional systems- for each request we need to reach the lic hfl office because they wont respond properly in the phones. If your cheque bounces they will send message after 4-5days for which again we need to pay breakperiod intrest during loan transfers..no quick alerts to avoid this kind o[censored]nnecessary & delayed payments.

                                      If you are looking for a Home loan in LIC HFL you have to bare this kind of issues as iam well experienced ..kindly go through the websites for comparision of intrest rates and select the best option...if you are choosing LICHFL then you are doing big mistake.
