Yesterday i. e. 16/07/2016 i tried to pay the requisite amount of premimum of two lic policies by logging into lic website but the transactin through credit card took long time to complete. by the time the browser could take me to the lic website the lic website showed "session expired". the amount paid is not reflected on their website also. i haven't received any receipt from lic regarding the payment. perhaps it's a software glitch which they have to fix. please help m in this regard.

    My policy no[protected] dated[protected] for rs 50, 000/- has already been matured on[protected] but till today, maturity value has not been credited to my saving bank account no. [protected] maintained at p b b doctor's colony branch patna. i have also to advise that i have taken a loan against the aforesaid policy. so the maturity value should have been credited after liquidating the loan amount together with interest but then also the rest maturity value has not been credited to my account as yet. as result of which i have been suffering from loss since[protected] due to non-payment of the matured value of the policy no.[protected] cause to negligence of the branch manager of the life insurance corporation of india, branch - 1, sector-iv, bokaro steel city, bokaro (jharkhand). the policy is in the name of nand kishore singh & keshraj devi.
    Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Your customer service is very poor and bad since I have lodged the aforesaid complaint on[protected] but even after expiry of 8 (eight) months, no heed could be paid by you as yet.

      I hold a policy from lic which i have taken from varanasi.
      Policy no. is[protected].
      I have my contact details with lic because of this reason.

      Today i got a call from so called lic agent and he was knowing that i am existing customer of lic and holding polict.
      Initialy he tried to convince that he want to discuss something related to my exingsing policy and wanted some personal information like dob etc.

      When i requested for his identity he denied. but still he was claiming to be from lic and wanted me to go for a new policy.

      When i said that i am not interested in any new policy, the guy talking to me started mis-behaving and abusing. offcourse some hard arguments happened after that but he never revealed his identity.
      Please look into the matter. such people are tarnishing the general image of lic india.
      The mobile no. from which he called is [protected].

      Please look into the matter and confirm if the above mobile no. belongs to some official of licindia.

      Also i expect some minimum responsibility from lic that such a esteemed organization will not share my contact details and other information to irrelevent people.

      When I tried to update my family details, i get the error as"First name is an invalid entry" Please check. I tried a ll the possible entries but failed. I am planning to bring all the LIC policies (including self, wife and children) under one user login. Please help

        A policy[protected] that i had purchased in lic on single premium in year 2006 was matured on 27th may 2015 @ lic branch 115 in cp, new delhi. there was no communication whatsoever from lic during the course of the policy whether to do with the administration charges or on the policy maturity date e. t. c and it was my initiation to reach them a day before the maturity to comply with the formalities.

        On reaching them due to the delay in remitting the maturity proceeds, lot of surprises were thrown in like 1) retrospective effect of a regulation for policy issued much earlier. 2) restricting the opt out to compulsory re investing, 3) administration charges adjusted without intimation 4) undercutting on upfront disbursement e. t. c.

        The branch manager gave me two options: either to accept for upfront disbursement with 3% deduction on the matured amount or fully payment after a month. i had opted for full payment with out any deductions and waited for over a month and now there is response.

        The lic website as well as the customer support desk are of no help and the branch telephone number is not available with the lic auto complaint tool.

        The concerned staff @ lic branch is either on leave or does not respond to calls. is this customer friendly service that the prime minister of india talked about in his recent maan ki baat program???

          I submitted a claim (claim ref. no.[protected] for hospitalization with lic of india. i had an infection which was not getting cured via opd and hence i got admitted. i was hospitalized between 27 jan 2016 to 30 jan 2016. i had submitted all the required documents for pre and post hospitalization. however, all that was reimbursed to me was daily cash benefit for 2 days.

          The explanation provided to me was that i was eligible only for the daily cash benefit. the expenses for medicines, bed charges, etc are not applicable as i did not undergo any surgery.

          Additionally, the policy document/ terms & conditions doesn't mention any of the above explanation. the document only provides the list of diseases not covered. no where in the document, it is mentioned that if one gets admitted and surgery is not done, the charges like medicines etc will not be eligible for claim. i was also not given the clause number based on which my hospitalization was discarded.

          Kindly help in assisting me to resolve this issue.

          Still no update from their end.
          I still haven't received any confirmation for my issue. This is ridiculous. Being a government organisation, you are setting a very wonderful example of why people often criticize and do not trust a govt entity. I request everyone reading this, please be very careful of buying any products or services. They have no answers for the questions we ask them. They only want to show sales but not after sales service.

            Sir,
            1-i am diptimayee swain having lic policy no[protected] have done online payment of lic renewal payment on your lic eservice by entering username and passward. i am doing payment through internet banking of state bank of india. my renwal amount 897 cutting in my account and a tranction id 04418471 generated. and in the screen show that payment suceesfully.

            2-but a link provided below to download acknowledge of payment when i click on that link it show error.. and my payment is not updated on my onlice lic esercice.

            3-897 ruppes already cut my account

            4-the online payment recipt atteched to yorur further action

              My son n.prince ebenezer has obtained a money back jeevan surabi
              policy, policy no.[protected], . The policy has been obtained from
              Tirunelveli Unit II Branch, Tirunelveli Division. The premium payment
              through online is considerably delayed. Due to this one quarterly
              premium payment has been paid belatedly across the counter with
              penalty. please save our souls.

                One year before i requested to mr. Anjesh kumar to close this policy
                But he informed that if i surrender now then amount will be deducted
                And if i will surrender after three year completion of policy then
                Approx 5 % amount will be deducted which is better option.
                And bond was also not available to me.

                So last year again i have paid the premium after discussion with
                Anjesh kumar and policy agent.

                Now bond received after three long years and i request mr anjesh to
                Close the policy and asked about surrender value then i got reply from
                Him that it will be 30 % of total amount of your submitted amount.

                I did not recieve my bond upto three years.
                And then mr. Anjesh misguide us to pay premium for one more year to
                Get good return.

                Why such kind of cases happening here in this policy when as per lic
                Policy person can cancel the policy if he did not receive the bond
                But mr anjesh misguide and said it is not possible and i have to wait
                For three year completion.

                When bond received now saying some other story.

                I am holding 5-6 policy from lic since 15-16 years but in this policy
                O many issues created.

                My request to all of you senior person to please look into this matter
                And please provide my refund.

                  Survival benefit of rs 3750 which was due from january 2016, has net been revived till date despite of all documents submission was done long time back.
                  When contacted the required staff was on leave for about 2 weeks nad when contacted again the staff told to enquire after a month.
                  No there is no response from their side and no body could be contacted regarding the policy.
                  Can consumer form help me out.

                    What the hell is going on, I haven't received my endorsement document and today I have received sms from lic stating that your complaint is resolved ?


                    Kindly look into this matter on priority.


                    No revert till date from the lic branch manager of BRAHMAPURI, and other below mentioned regional branches. may I know why ?

                    Is it takes 1 month to delivered my endorsement documents in the local area itself about 3 kilometers ?.

                    I haven't received any letter from lic after 1 and half month.

                    Kindly provide us soft copy and hard copy also on priority

                      We have taken a policy at the year 2013 and we have been misguided by the agent our policy no.[protected] &[protected] for a sum assured of rs.12 lacs each. For which we have paid a premium of rs3, 50, 000/- each and the balance rs.5, 00, 000/- has been taken as loan while taken the policy we have been informed that at the time of maturity we will paid a some of rs.3, 50, 000/- each and along with the interest while surrendering we lost rs.1, 80, 000/- each approx. Please enter the matter and resolve the same at the earliest.

                        LIC jeevan dhara policy[protected] maturity amount due on 1st July 2016.
                        till not paid even after repeated request to concerned district branch 873.
                        no one is responding.
                        every time demanding NEFT form. Which i have already submitted on 24th April 2015, and again as and when demanded.

                        Till the date (14th July 2016), even after 45 days of maturity,
                        pension amount of jeevan dhara policy is not credited to my bank account.

                        upon inquery it is found that there is mistake by LIC staff
                        in NEFT form in mentioning bank a/c no

                        therefore all details of NEFT form was again submitted for payment.
                        But till date pension amount is not credited to my account.

                        Though it is proved that there is a mistake by LIC staff in mentioning bank a/c no.
                        it is not corrected.

                        It is requested to look in to the matter and arrange for credit of my pension amount
                        with interest @ 9% for delayed period.

                                    Regret to inform u that i have made a policy on lic's jeevan akshy-vi on 29.3.2016 being a sr citizen and i am surprised to note that in spite of my agent's follow up with local lic officials, i am unable to get my dues for april/may & june'16. Every month, i was told that the annuity amount would be deposited to my bank a/c. Even during 1st week of jyly'16 the amount didn't come nor any communication.

                                    It may be noted that i have a very bad opinion against the style of functioning of lic officials and they behave more than state govt employees rather than in a professional manner. No commitment nor proper service as i have faced such situations in the past.

                                    May i know, when shall i get my monthly dues with interests against delay in non-release of payments.

                                      I had surrendered my ulip policy no.[protected] on 28/06/2016 at 12.22 pm. The said policy was issued in the name of falguni bharat shah from pune d o ii br. - 95l on 21/10/2010. The single premium paid was rs.40, 000/-. I received the amount of surrender value rs.58, 080/- by neft on 05/07/2016 at 5.54 pm. As per lic guidelines the surrender value o[censored]lip policy must be payable within 3-4 working days. A person surrenders the ulip policy when he was very much in need of fund. A ulip policy is purchased for its flexibility feature. I must be compensated for the said delay.

The said Policy was issued in the name of FALGUNI BHARAT SHAH from PUNE D O II BR. - 95L. I received the amount of Surrender Value by NEFT on 05/07/2016 AT 5.54 pm. As per LIC Guidelines the Surrender Value o[censored]LIP Policy must be Payable within 3-4 Working Days.

Please arrange to pay the guaranted addtion immediately - the statement of surrender value and detials of whole policy is already having with you - kinldy refer the same arrange to pay the amount immediately - with the statement of surrender value is calculation with regular calculation system of other policies - this is the policy contain guaranteed addition which is to be paid as per the guarantee given by lic - and the full premium has been paid for the policy - so calculate the guaranteed addition for the completed period and arrange to pay immediately without further delay - ramesh patel [protected]
