Dear Sir,

I am currently out of India and trying to pay my premium online using lic website. There are two options on LIC website 1. Billdesk 2. IDBI easy2pay.

1. first option is not working at all. When I click on the link it timeout and doesn't open at all.

2. Second option works pretty well till the end but declines payment after the transaction.

I am trying to pay my prepiium...

My following lic policy was still continued but till the day no survival benefit paid/ cheated by the lic of india.

Lici is requested to take the matter seriously, this kind of fraud attitude is very dangerous for our country. Form lice no benefit is coming,...

The complaint is about returning of money through licindia. Policy number[protected] was matured on 20/1/2015 but the money was not received till now.
There lic karimnagar crm manager is saying your policy holder name, number was entered mistakenly so there is an problem Please wait for to get your money. Same dialogue saying from may 2015 from crm department.the policy number was entered as[protected] as odelu.k but actually it was...

I paid LIC premium online on 1st march 2016 & 2nd march 2016 for Policy no[protected] for Rs. 329 (payable quaterly) through my son SBI Internet banking of account no [protected] (Imphal secretariat branch) and payment was made twice due to the system fault.
I, therefore, request you to please refund the amount of Rs.329 paid as double.

Sir,
My loan account no is[protected]. My current ROI is 11.7% which is much higher than the normal market rates. After discussion with LIC agent, I have submitted an application in prescribed format with a cheque amount of 1145/- for reducing the ROI from 11.7 to 10.5 %. It has been more than 2 months but no action is taken. Please look into the matter and confirm.

I have got calls from lic branch code 112 regarding the enrolment in new jevan anand scheme (815).
And they have provided fake information that i will get rs 6000 in every year and a mediclaim of rs. 2.5 lakhs is covered under this policy.
But now, nobody responses and all the phone numbers get switched off.

But till date i did not get my maturity benefit of the said policy.
