I am ankur gupta. I have an agency at LIC of india branch sheopur. My agency code is 0072820C. Now i am working in other organization. i am not supposed to working with LIC. But i am not able to take afresh corporate SP certification due to PAN no is reflecting in IRDA lookup portal. I am already mail marked to concern branch team and after too much followup still resolution is pending. I am very hamper and not able to work properly with present organization. I humble request to please remove my pan no from IRDA portal...

    Respescted sir,

    i was buy lic policy from branch 312 dated 22/10/2020 with 3 LAKH S.A, and with 3 LAKH ADDB
    but by branch clerical mistake they give me 3 lakh S.A but with only 10, 000/-ADDB even LIC EFEAP have EDMS image also avialabe. in form i was applied for 3 lakh ADDB . i applied for correction they told me this correction will be done on policy anniversery then i was waited for one year. after one year i was again apply on my policy anniversery but that time also not done that time they advise me to pay ADDB diffrence premium of policy i was paid 14/10/2022 RS 3118/- then they refer my case to NB deapartment of LIC DIVISIONAL OFFICE delhi do-2 but still i am suffring for my lic policy correction i humble request to you kindly take strong action immediately and revert me as soon as possible

      My name is Nishant Makwana work as Development Officer at Jaora Branch(34H) Lic of India. My S.R.No. is 702096 and DO Code 034380
      I resigned from Lic of india 17/08/2015 and that resignation accepted by company at January 2016. at that time i work without pay in company and in between wage revision credited to every employee expect me . I ask to head of branch they said wait but still pending .
      Company can not resolve that problem and can't give me suitable answer
      and from date to till date company hold my PF AND WAGE REVISION AMOUNT.

        Pls, remove my pan urgent basis.I'm not working in the agency but my pan no. is at irda site kindly remove it quickly . Facing alot of problems.

          Getting up from the seats and moving out when required urgently like a coward.
          Rough and tough answers and behaviors of even an A. O and few other sub-staffs.
          Working against the agency and delaying the process of settlement unnecessarily. These are a few routine complaints

            I don't see any such option to de-register my policy or delete my user-id on online LIC portal. I have already an online User-ID, So I want to delete my new created portal user-id i.e. "neeshu.[protected]@gmail.com".

            Please delete my user-id as soon as possible so that I can register my policy detail in my old user-id.

              As I was given several reminders to surrender my LIC Policy with the previous mail trail, I could not get any acknowledgement and reply from the concerned department. As everybody knows that there is a slogan of LIC i.e.' "JINDAGI KE SATH BHI AUR JINDAGI KE BAAAD BHI". But now I am assuming that it is all wrong slogan, now the concerned departmental peoples are treating like we are a beggar, we are asking our money which we have deposited.
              Why are the people have surrender the policy because they survive with the funds. Also I would like to inform you all of that I belong to hospitality industry and everyone are aware that after covid the hospitality industry has gone down, even employees could not pay theirs children school fee, and regular small scale EMI's too.
              As I clearly mentioned in the previous mail I came back to my home town and has started my own work but lack of fund the business has could not grow, also couldn't get paid my premium. Finally I have decided to surrender the policy to survive the current situation and approached to my nearly branch, as advised by the branch manager I have sent a mail to the concerned department, also the BM has sent a request to the Delhi branch on behalf of me, and also he has send an agent (Mr. Gopal Pargain) to the Delhi branch personally. And he has also told me that all the relevant documents has been submitted to the Delhi branch 2 months back and when he visited to Delhi branch and met to the manager Mr Sanjeev Madan (Mob. [protected]) and also met to Ms. Shanti Claim department.
              As told by the Delhi hod's to an agent that the amount will be credited in next 3 working days. But still no any funds is credited to my account nor any acknowledgment.
              If the things will be happen like same, we are loosing confidence from the LIC and would be intimate to the same things which is happening with me to my all relatives and friends circle.

              Now my concern is that to intimate to all the LIC's seniors HOD and departmental head which was happening to getting my claim.

              I hope that the hod's will take an initiative and will resolve the matter ASAP.

                  Hi Team,
                  I got call on about lic policy details and said to me that if I do a policy of jivan labh of 40000 annual premium, u will get term insurance free of 25lacs. Nothing has to be paid for it and it will run parallel.

                  I was convinced and took in leiw of both doing in one premium. They were looked genuine and explained as well on call and WhatsApp.

                  After completing formalities, I paid for jeevan labh policy, they said after getting policy doc only they would be able to start for next . I waited for policy bond etc.
                  As I got docs to my address, i started asking for term insurance and my (something like agent code)code to be generated and set to against my policy, which they claimed at the beginning.

                  They replied about medical test, and we were ready. After few days they started ignoring my msgs on WhatsApp and ignoring call as well.

                  Slowly it turns to weeks to months now. Last month I sent mail to lic customer care. They told there is no such offers.

                  I raised this issue to take strict action to agents who dups people like me and take advantage. They asked about proof, but I don't have anything beyond call and WhatsApp chat.

                  Tell me what to do.
                  Can you do something on the base of WhatsApp chat msgs and mobile no and agentcode. Agentcode is main identity behind this. If you like, I can put up here.

                  One more thing, since it's already few months, if nothing happens on this ground, max to max I ll continue this policy 3 yrs, which is standard to leave policy unattended till the maturity. That option I have if nothing works out.

                  Hope my stands r clear, one more thing I have been ur customer for long time now. Till now it has been good but this happens. Plz take a lesson and check out these kind of fraudsters. Internal fraudsters are one of great leakage for any organisation, which not only ruin ur reputation but can lead to trust damage and legal crosshairs as well.

                              Cd charges while making online payment policy

                              Hi, i always pay my premiums online and this time i noticed that there cd charges of rs 125. I tried to make the payment before the due date but it says that policy is not eligible for the payment. This is really very frustrating. Why should i pay anything extra for the issues of lic system. Either allow me to make payment in advance or reverse any cd charges. This policy was on ecs earlier but due to some personal reasons, i had to close...

                                I have paid LIC policy premium through online payment gateway of LIC - BillDesk from www.LICINDIA.com
                                premium of 3 policies amounting Rs. 14311.24 was cut through SBI UPI.
                                Refer SBI Transaction ID[protected] dated Nov, 13, 2022 at 07:45 hours

                                Payment was successful from SBI however message from Billdesk appeared only as 'your request is processing'. Hence premium receipt didn't generate. Request billdesk to look into this issue at the earliest and arrange to refund the money.
