Honourable sir/ madam,
It is stated that i am a policy holder in lic of india, branch unit - 11l,
Plot no. 16, sector-1, d. S. I. D. C, near i. T. I, bhorgarh, narela, delhi -
110040. The detail of my policies is as under-

And i am very sorry to state that there is no proper deduction of
My policies from my account of sbi - [protected], through ecs
Mode means my policies are blocked without any reason from my
Side. This is not happened first time but this is a regular practice.
Till today nine times my policies have been blocked and more than
Rs. 2000 i have paid to the lic of india as a late fee to restart my
Policies. I inquired about this matter to the employee of lic, who
Are working at branch - 11l, narela, delhi-110040. They told me
That this is due to the malfunctioning of the sbi bank and i should
Open an account in another bank. Then i went to my sbi account
Branch - pooth khurd, delhi -110039 and was told that there was
No fault of sbi bank in this matter.
Moreover i have submitted many applications at lic branch - 11l,
Narela, delhi-110040, to change the mode of payment of my all
Policies from monthly to half yearly, regularly in the time
Suggested by the employee of lic, who are working at branch - 11l,
Narela, delhi-110040; but all in vain, there is no positive response.
Sir/madam i am a government servant and i have not much time to
Visit lic branch - 11l, narela, delhi-110040, again and again
Meaninglessly nor i have much money to pay as late fee without
My fault so i request you to solve my matter means the mode of
Payment of my all policies should be from monthly to half yearly,
And there should be regular deduction of instalments from my sbi
Account in time through ecs mode and if there is any problem
Through ecs mode than i request you to change this mode to cash;
I shall pay instalments by cash or by net banking.
