      Agent code[protected], i am facing challenge while login to agent portal. It is saying agent code is not valid even though it is available in system. It allows to change password for same agent code. i have complaint to help desk but the link they sent is not working properly.
      Please let me know whom to speak and get it resolve.

        Lic levied charges as cd charges in premium

        I always pay my premiums online and this time i noticed that there cd charges of rs 125. I tried to make the payment before the due date but it says that policy is not eligible for the payment. This is really very frustrating. Why should i pay anything extra for the issues of lic system. Either allow me to make payment in advance or reverse any cd charges. This policy was on ecs earlier but due to some personal reasons, i had to close the...

                Please look into this matter urgently and provide me the solution as soon as possible.

                I have my agent code in Life Insurance Company of India (LIC0215192G).I have got new job in India First Life - Insurance Industry and they had hold my offer letter due to my IRDA Agent code. I am not able to join my new organization. Please cancel the code.

                  This is with reference to my recent visit to LIC Branch: Kasba dated on 11/11/2022 to foreclose the Loan A/c:[protected].

                  Outstanding loan amount was 1, 44, 802 Rupees for which i have provided SBI Cheque However, I have been asked by Shruti to pay additional 2500/- Rs. plus 18% GST, 2950/- Rs. in total as a document retrieval amount along with outstanding loan amount, which was paid as a CASH(Please find attached file for evidence). Further, I was asked to contact her after a month to collect the Loan Closure related documents.

                  Now, the concern is that, when I contacted her back after a month to get the date to visit the branch again to collect my documents, I was informed that there are no documents available with LIC related to my loan A/c:[protected].

                  Hence, I have requested her to return document retrieval money, which is already deducted from me. But, she carelessly refused to return the money back and asked me to escalate the matter without solving this issue.

                  So, I would like to escalate this further and would like to ask you, if there is no document available with LIC then why have I been charged extra money stating documents retrieval charges?

                  Moreover, if the money has been mistakenly deducted then why I was denied to refund the same?

                  Is this the way LIC deals with their customers and collects money unethically?

                  Please arrange a refund immediately and also, provide the loan closure confirmation which is still pending.

                  Hope to close this in a professional way.

                            I am ankur gupta. I have an agency at LIC of india branch sheopur. My agency code is 0072820C. Now i am working in other organization. i am not supposed to working with LIC. But i am not able to take afresh corporate SP certification due to PAN no is reflecting in IRDA lookup portal. I am already mail marked to concern branch team and after too much followup still resolution is pending. I am very hamper and not able to work properly with present organization.                               Respescted sir,

                              i was buy lic policy from branch 312 dated 22/10/2020 with 3 LAKH S.A, and with 3 LAKH ADDB
                              but by branch clerical mistake they give me 3 lakh S.A but with only 10, 000/-ADDB even LIC EFEAP have EDMS image also avialabe. in form i was applied for 3 lakh ADDB . i applied for correction they told me this correction will be done on policy anniversery then i was waited for one year. after one year i was again apply on my policy anniversery but that time also not done that time they advise me to pay ADDB diffrence premium of policy i was paid 14/10/2022 RS 3118/- then they refer my case to NB deapartment of LIC DIVISIONAL OFFICE delhi do-2 but still i am suffring for my lic policy correction i humble request to you kindly take strong action immediately and revert me as soon as possible

                                My name is Nishant Makwana work as Development Officer at Jaora Branch(34H) Lic of India. My S.R.No. is 702096 and DO Code 034380
                                I resigned from Lic of india 17/08/2015 and that resignation accepted by company at January 2016. at that time i work without pay in company and in between wage revision credited to every employee expect me . I ask to head of branch they said wait but still pending .
                                Company can not resolve that problem and can't give me suitable answer
                                and from date to till date company hold my PF AND WAGE REVISION AMOUNT.
