Yesterday somebody call me and says ''calling from LIC of India'' and give me all my LIC policy details. Then I conformed that that call from LIC, he offered to give the management charge directly to me, please conform me that is it possible...?
Is they really from LIC?

    I paid my premium on 1st September2015 through lic online service using net banking. But also from HDFC account same amount of Rs.3430.40 deducted on 8th September 2015 I had set the standing instruction for the policy no.[protected] and plan no. 827 ( Policy holder name JAYDEEP HARIBHAU PAWAR.) Then after this I removed standing instructions. So please consider this issue and refund me the amount Rs.3430.40.

      Hi Team, We have taken house loan through LIC HFL. I opted for ECS on 10th of every month. I didn't missed even a single month till now. This month due to some emergency there was no sufficient amount in my account. As today is 10th i received a message from the LIC HFL saying that ECS RETURN CHRS DEBITED. I credited the amount the same day morning only (i.e. 10th September 2015) but still i received this message and amout got deducted. As per the norms, we have time till 12pm of every month 10th. This is not getting executed correctly

            My Father, lt. Bidyut Kumar Samadder made a "Money Back Children's Assurance- Without Profits" LIC worth 1 lakh for my sister Ranita Samadder(D.O.B : 6th Sept 1995) on 12th Aug 1996. Policy number :[protected] in Khalari, Jhamshedpur division, East Central Zone (Branch code: 5007) He died on 27th July 2011, and on submitting proofs of the same, we were exempted from the payment of premium from 2012. As per policy, my sister is suppose to recieve the sum assured in 4 installments, at the age of 18, 20, 22 and 24. By now we should have received 2 installments already, but we have received none.

              I paid my premium on 10th august through my pnb debit card. As it was an online transaction because of some error my money got deducted twice. Rupees 1542 have been deducted twice from my account. I have called to LIC office numerous times and I have registered my complaint. I have also sent a mail to them. Even after doing every thing I have not received my money back. It has been almost one month. I have enclosed screen shot of the mobile message, i received after my money got deducted. PLEASES HELP

But I've not received any cheque or money transfer details regarding money back on scheduled frequent period from LICI, except one or two instances.                             i have settled my loan dues as well as my interest amount on 7thJuly2015
                            and i still haven't received my policy back. Its almost been 2months since i have got the policy.
                            i also spoke with the LIC helpdesk but no proper response and there is no complaint desk in their online website so its even more difficult to lodge a complaint.

                            i hope the LIC takes proper action and clear out my problem which is pending since 2 months and please do it soon.

                                  My father, Late Shri Ashok Kumar Gupta was holding LIC policy No.[protected] . He expired on 08 April, 2015 ( natural death ) . Policy documents submitted to the Daryaganj Branch on 06 May, 2015 . Inward no. of the receipt of original policy documents is - PH/2015/052217/OS dated 06 May, 2015. Sum Assured not received till date, neither any communication in writing as to why the claim has not been settled . Status report of the policy dated 27 /06/2015 ( as collected personally from the branch office ) is attached as photograph for proof .                                     Hi Friends,
                                    I have been a customer of LIC HFL for 3.5 years. With my own experience, I have Found LIC is worsting banking organization across the domain.
                                    1. Service is pathetic, no one is there to listen to customer.
                                    2. they ROI after a fixed period is very high, (almost 2% higher than market rate)
                                    3. Their Service time is almost double as compared to other govt/private banks.
                                    4. disbursement time in CLP plan is quite high, SBI takes 2-3 days for disbursement while LIC take >20 days for the same task.
                                    5. Now I am doing balance transfer, they took >15 days to provide list of documents and foreclosure letter.
                                    6. After Loan closure, again LIC is asking for 4 weeks time for document retrieval which should not take more than a week time.

                                    Comparing to nearest competitor SBI, they address these tasks in almost half of the time.

                                    Over and above when I write a mail to their Customer care, I always get auto reply that some one revert back, but to my surprise I haven't got a single call/reply from customer care team.

                                    I know most of the customer may not have faced these issues, however Service quality and capability is best judged in crucial times.

                                    I have tried & tested and basis that I am sharing this feedback for every-ones benefit.

                                      My loan a/c no.[protected]. I have taken loan from LIC Housing Finance Ltd. from Asaf Ali Road Branch. Loan was taken for 15 years. I came to know that they have increased my tenure from 15 yrs to 20 yrs. and they have increased interest rate I.e 12% per annum which is not justified.                                         Loan No :[protected] I have been trying to reach the agents since July'2015 for LOD but I am not getting any help which could help better. They have sent me those docs on 18th but I have not received it so when I asked them about the tracking details they said they dont have it. Then they again sent me document on 26th in Professional courier which didnt deliver it to me rather it sent back the docs by mistake to Bangalore office. I have been asking these people to send me a soft copy but none of them are responding to me. They are not picking up the phone also they are rude in their mail communication. Currently I am located at Bhubaneswar and I cant physically visit to bangalore for every small stuff. They should understand this and deliver what is committed by them.
                                        Almost after a month long follow up in mail & phone they have sent me a softcopy but before that i had gone through a lot of pain which i cant explain in words. Bitter exp remain in ur mind for ever and that is where u loose faith. I lost my faith from this organisation completely.
