Hi guys please do not buy any policy from LIC agent "MR. Nimesh N. Anandapara". And was operating by his father called “Navin Anandpara” Agent code “01542927”. He was agent of Branch 927. As he was doing fraud by not giving proper adequate information regarding policies. Before 7 year he has opened 3 policies of Money plus – growth fund on 2008 year & not gave information regarding its was market policies. Also he gave me details as you have to pay Rs 2, 500 on quarterly basis from 5 year’s which come to clubbing Rs. 50, 000 & after that LIC was going to use that amt for 2 Year & will gave you a RS 1, 00, 000.And now it’s is time to maturity of that policies & he took all polices & other related documents & I have received only nearby 49, 000 amt in my accounts. When I m calling the agent he was not replying to my call & continue dealing to meet. LIC should take strick action against this agent hope it will work & beneficial to the customer.

      Respected Sir / Madam, I Mrs. Kamlesh B. Nirmal having LIC Agency as my Side Business, my LIC agency Code is – 03243921. I had opted an ECS facility for Direct credit of Commission with my Indian Overseas Bank, Chakala ( Andheri ) branch, my Account no is - [protected]. I had not received any LIC Renewal Commission from December 2012 ( Details attached). I had enquired with LIC office they ware saying that they are depositing my Commission regularly. So I requested them to provide me account now in which they are Crediting my Renewal Commission. As per my request they provided me account no [protected], which is not belongs to me. I had submitted Complaint letter with LIC’s Corporation Bank and as per my request Corporation bank had enquired and they said me that the Said Account no – [protected], is belongs HDFC Bank Pali Naka Branch ( Copy of Letter submitted to Corporation bank is attached). So now Request you to Kindly help me with this matter on urgent basis as I am following from my Money since more than year.           I have opted for 3yrs fixed interest plan for finance on july 2012. Interest rate applicable on it was 10.7%.

          Account Number:[protected]

          Now when 3 yrs are completed and current market interest rates are way down than 10.7%. I have called the jabalpur branch ( from where it is sactioned) @ the number present on website. Person there first of all not giving me the details o asked like:
          New applicable interest rate? And misguiding me by saying yes for new lower rates you have to apply via application and you have to pay 0.5% of processing fee for that. Then ur rate will be 10.5%

          When i repaetedly asked for required information and enquired why application and processing fee for the same. He (area manager) transfered my call to accounts department after long discusion with the accounts guy he informed me that are still is on fixed interet rate and will convert in flex plan next month august and after stressing a lot he said new rate will be 12%.
          What is this !!!

          I asked how it will be implimented as RBI rates are way low to this and as per guidlines rates should be lowet than 10.7 for now.

          He said all these interest are for new customeers for existing you have to give 12% once you falls in flexi plan next month.
          Else pay 0.5% of existing outstanding principal and then take 10.5% interst ratea for next 3 months and after that as per RBI changes we will change it in reduced way.

          It is totally a case of mis guiding customers and providing wrong information.
          And at the same time there is a discrimination between new and old customers. Its a fraud. As per NHB notice no HFC can discriminate between new and old customer.

          Please look into this issue and reply as soon as possible.
          Else i will tranfer it and lodge a complaint legally

          I have taken LICHFL Loan floating for 10.5% @ 2013 but when RBI increases the ROI LICHFL increase but when RBI decrease LICHFL never decrease

          I paid processing fee of 0.5% to convert my EMI as 10.5 from 11.1%

              We had scheduled for three LIC for Smart pay by Credit card, but it was not paid at that time, Credit card customer care team called me to pay manually, I have paid manually all these, But after one month again my Credit card account has been paid for same LIC, thus my all three LIC paid two times in LIC account.                 My A/C no[protected], Amount sanctioned but not giving disbursement. They have deducted processing charges also and now no response from Agent. I tried to call Regional manager and Corporate office Mumbai but no body is responding. I want disbursement or refund of my money already they have taken even all required documents, Builder payment receipts etc.

                  I appeared for lic ado exam. In paper 1 (Numerical ability) , there was 1 question with all incorrect options as per my knowledge.

                  The question stated " the 3 angles of a quadilateral are 9:11:17 in ratio. The 4th angle is 138 degree. Find the difference between the largest and the smallest angle?

                  According to me answer to this question is 48 degree.
                  But it was not in any of those 5 answering options.

                  Please do check that. I'll be very thankful to you

                        I am a candidate of lic ado examination. My exam started at 12.30 p.M. The reporting time was 12.15 p.M. And i reached in examination hall at 12.16. For 1 minute difference the center head did not give the permission for exam. I am requesting to give me permission for re-exam.                           Lic ado exam starts 9.00 am .I reached exam center hall 9.05 am.The examiner says the exam is already started so no chance to wrote exam.So please allow me for afternoon exam.Morning 8.15 time is not good.How the students reach the examination hall with in the time.So please allow me in afternoon examination

                            My File no. [protected], loan sanctioned but not giving disbursement. They have deducted processing charges also and now no response from executive of branch manager. I tried to call Regional manager and corporate office Mumbai but no body is helping. I want disbursement or refund of my money already they have taken even BBA, Builder payment receipts etc. Not even getting e-mail replies, online complaint system is not working.

                            I have taken home loan from LIC HFL, Dwarka, New Delhi Branch and want to apprise you of hardships that clients face with LIC and am not at all happy with the services. Customer care whether e-mail, phone or grievance link given on LIC website, nothing works. Even if you succeed in sending an e-mail or making a phone call, you never get a reply or resolution. Website always give message of error. (See attachment). You are just left on the mercy of Branch Manager or his Executive. There is no customer respect, no care for commitment, time lines, no transparency. For every single information you have to work hard and keep calling Branch Manager. Executive are interested only till they get there commission or customer keep them happy by paying money in one form or the other. Direct bribery is not asked but you are harassed in such a way that you will start thinking on that term. I was told that project is approved and I submitted all documents on 25/6/2015, loan was sanctioned but as soon as LIC got processing charges, drama begin that Builder has not provided complete documents, NOC etc. one pretext or the other. And when after lot of efforts I managed to prove that Builder documentation is ok, they made a disbursement cheque on 23/7/2015 but still it was not given siting new reasons that fire NOC is not there, client has to sign indemnity etc. Finally I got the cheque on 29/7/2015 after lot of efforts, waiting. In all I got mentally tortured and feel like quitting. I am wondering that Home loan is 20 year long term relationship, when in starting I am so much harassed and I have no channel to get help from LIC, how will I deal with them in long run. It seems I have done my life's biggest blunder by taking loan from LIC HFL. Now, even after getting disbursement after more than 30 days, I don't know what is my loan account number, I have not been given loan sanction letter, no proof/ acknowledgement that I have submitted original BBA, Allotment letter, builder payment receipts. What I feel here is that in my case only Branch Manager was little cooperative but overall process & procedure of LIC is not friendly nor cooperative. You need to make customer care operative and practical. It should resolve issues. I even called cooperative office in Mumbai & RO office in New Delhi at landline numbers but in Mumbai office I was told that they can not help call your Branch and in RO office Delhi they told loan issues are not resolved here. Therefore I request you to help in getting me basic information related to my file no. 3124000007 1) My loan account no 2) Loan Scheduler 3) Loan Approval Letter 4) Disbursement Letter / detail 5) Acknowledgement of original documents received by you (BBA, Allotment Letter, Payment Receipts) 6) For any issues, I need escalation matrix. 7) Any other document, you may deemed fit for my record. Other than this make your Executive sensitive towards clients so that other people do not face hardships that I was made to face. Example: Executive called me and fixed 7 am time to collect document but he reached the spot at 7.40 am, I kept waiting for him for 40 minutes. Later when we planned to visit builder for signing tripartite agreement etc he fixed the date and accordingly I took a leave from office but he never turned up and later made some excuses. Then again he fixed a date & time of 10 am but Executive turned only at 2 pm. The wait was very frustrating and again I was forced for full day leave. And finally when I was told told that cheque is ready, Executive will hand it over to you. But he never made any efforts to handover it to me even after 3 days of repeated requests. Reason I just refused to further pay absurd cash payments on pretext of making indemnity bonds, this & that. Naturally he lost interest. Only when I threaten Branch Manager that I need to speak to your Boss over the issue, he appointed some other person and I finally got the cheque. Pls. try to change your system and take feedback from customers and take necessary action where needed so that staff doesn't think they are above the organization, After all such employees can never create a goodwill for you in the market. And request you to help me in getting above requested information..

                            Overall I will never recomend LIC Housing Finance for your home loan requirement. Very very poor service. My disbursement is again on hold at last moment. I do not understand when project has been approved then why so much issues. LIC should have not sanctioned my loan in first instance if there were so many issues.

                              I took home loan from your kaushambi branch amount 30 lakh .It was said by your relationship manager to pay the first installment through cheque. Which I am willing to pay and request him to confirm my Payable amount, as i asked the amount of cheque for payment .He stated its INR 10630 . Which is vary & to be excess as per my calculation as shared with me at a time of lone applied. I asked the reason, then he was told that It is 13-day interest calculated as per cheque issuance date (26th June 15), that is wrong, when I had to apply for a lone he told the loan disbursement date will be your Interest calculation date (6th June 15) Now, while I am being charged Interest for 13 days is causing me for Financial crunch. Cheque made on the 26th of mine home lone without my concern and even after issuance of cheque you have not having concern to inform me. For which I have been charged extra interest. Which should not be with me. I am your old loner and paying my all emi on time .I have reapplied just because of my positive experience but you are losing customer interest.                                 Dear Sir Please find the below chain of mails i have communicated to your Area Manager of Ameerpet branch, Hyderabad regarding my issue with the agent. My Loan A/c.No.[protected]. The agent named Mr.Anji Reddy was mis-guided me for sanctioning a home load and he was collected money of 1% commission from me i.e Rs.22, 000/-. The same i have escalated to area manager through below mails but i didn't get any solution from him. Requesting your intervention to take some action on said agent since he will continue the same with other LICHFL customers also and it is bad remark to LICHFL.                                   Dear Sir/ Ma'am, With heavy heart would like to bring some points into your notice.Hope i will get resolution soon. In 2005 One LIC agent Mrs. Asha Rani Chaturvedi has approached us and my mother started 3 insurance policies on my family members name. we were paying all the instalments on time. In 2010 She again started 4 new policies with my mother consent. in 2011 this agent without our consent started 3 new policies.this lady has not handed over the policy yet. even after asking so many times they had handed this in April 2015. After complaining she described us its beneficial and it can not be close now so we had no choice except to continue these new policies. we are paying our instalments on time. We had asked for receipts many times but this lady never gave any receipt. now when i directly approached LIC and asked for the statement then i came to know that lady has not paid our instalments. as now we are trying to reach her she is denying of receipt of any instalment, and now niether responding our call nor ready to meet. one thing would like to know how can a LIC agent start my new policy without taking my signature and ID proof.as she has done fraud. and not ready to pay our money back.                                       India highest rate of interest on housing loan @12% are being charged by LICHFL, they are looting people, I suggest never go with LICHFL for housing loan, apart from this there transiency and communication is Zero. actually they are looting to home loan borrower and kind of choor financing agency, it is not comes under bank category thats why they are looting.

                                      I have money back policy with Branch bo_124 Satnagar Karol Bagh, as per the policy LIC had to pay me the amount but one month posses, LIC not paid me yet and I am trying to contact him on given No. but no body responding the same, even I called to several No. line LIC helpline, LIC CVC No. but same no body responding. How I can reach him and short out the problem.

                                      Govt can take action against LIC Housing Finance on Prohibition of Kanduvatti rules ( prohibition of exhorbitant interest rate and fleecing rules) prevalent in many states, even if they dont come under Bank rules.
                                      My case is similar to this...i wil lodge an fir soon

I handed over a cheque of Rs 570 as demanded but they are not providing me list of documents and statement etc. They are telling me that the procedure takes a long time.
