I am here to inform you that myself MIR ASFARUL HAQUE having home loan a/c. no.[protected] at area office Kolkata North. I have applied request for List Of Document on 16/05/2015 same has been attached herewith. On 28/05/2015 I have received list of document which is incomplete (exclude Possession Letter, 2 nos money receipt, Original deed of conveyance etc.). I have noticed & same conveyed to branch accountant Mr. Amit Kumar. After long time conversation he has given date 16/06/2015 as LICHFL rule is to give document within 30 days. I have followed up several times at area office manager as well as regional office mr. Pankaj kumar pandey but till today problem could not solved from LIC Housing Finance side. Today again I visited area office & meet manager mr. Sumon mitra & asked him to give tentative date of getting the complete List of document but he is not willing to give any date in written only verbally he promise he will solve the issue as soon as possible. Today I have given an application he has received & confirm that the issue will be looked into on most urgent basis to resolve the same with signature & seal. I also here to inform you that I have processed takeover of this loan and am in charge from both the institutions. I am ready with outstanding amount 18, 12, 031.00 as on 30th june from 5th of june 2015 but due your problem I am unable to close your loan & has to pay interest . You have to bear this interest from 5th june 2015 as because this is your fault. As it is due more than one month I can only wait for 1-2 days for your upmost reply if not so I will escalate this matter to RBI and also consumer forum. Your valuable reply with date of receiving LOD is very helpful to me. I have received worst conversation from their agent Mrs. Rama Brambha that she told me as they have original register agreement so what need of deed of conveyance after that she use dangerous word that there was no proof that she has received document from builder at the time of final amount disbursement.
No resolution till today.

It is going to be complete five months . I have received only receipt against my policy. May kindly look into the matter and take needful action for the same. I have several times contacted with LIC Advisor but there is no reply from the other end. So that, please be trace out the actual condition of the policy and take action on the person who is associated with this policy, and send me details about the region of non- dispatch of the LIC Bond paper in respect of the above cited matter.             My login for entering the housing loan portal is locked and am not able to generate the provisional certificate for my current financial year. I have been navigated to Head office of LIC and my email id was updated with the portal. Even now am not able to recover the user credentials with my registered email id. Please let me know what or where else to proceed with this. Please help

              Dear Sir/M'am, This is to bring into your information that I (Rohit Ghosh) have closed my LIC HFL Home Loan Account(A/C[protected] in the month May-2015 of by depositing two cheques -Rs 1930061.79 and another chq of Rs 6830/. On 10th June 2015, Again through ECS amount of Rs 20652/automatically got deducted from bank account in favour of LIC HFL. when I went to Raipur LIC HFL office its been told that Cheque of Rs 6830/ got bounced due to signature mismatch and my Home loan account got re opened .I have not got any intimation from LIC HFL that my chq got bounced and my account is re opened and without my knowledge Rs 20652/ got deducted on 10th June . I have met Mr Shukla at LIC HFL -Raipur Pandri office and explained the whole history.Mr Shukla checked My account and told me that again I have to pay Rs 12500/ approx to close my Home loan account. I told LIC HFL Manager- Mr shukla that I will Rs 6830/ instantly (amount of chq which got bounced) and requested him to return my Rs 20652/ which got deducted.He clearly denied that it is not possible and said i need to pay extra Rs 12500/ for closure.Mr Shukla said amount of Rs 19.30lacks was in suspense account therefore it cannot be adjusted. If this is the case then I should get interest for Rs 19.30 lacks which was kept with LIC HFL for more than one month .Howcome LIC HFL has charged me penalty on 19.36 lacs, when chq of Rs 19.30 lacs is already cleared . I request you to kindly look into this matter and refund my amount and close my Home loan account smoothly. Awaiting for your response. Regards, Rohit Ghosh ph -[protected]

                  I 'Rajesh Verma' had taken a loan from Lucknow Hazaratganj Branch on 30/11/11. I want to get the benefit of Loan reduction scheme but when I have inquired then LICHFL employee gave the information that my Apr. 2015, ECS Cheque bounce. I asked about reason, he said that he has not intimated to my ECS linked account (IDBI) about increase EMI. So I am unable to avail the Loan reduction scheme. [Note : Sufficient Balance was available when ECS cheque bounced]. Kindly do something to get the benefit of Scheme.

                    Respected Sir/Madam, On regination of my Employment, my super annuation fund was deposited into LIC's Pension and Group Schemes Department in the year 2003 and I was receiving an amount of Rs.1404 deposited in my SBI account till Dec. 2014. From Jan 2015 till date this amount is NOT being deposited. I request you to arrange to find the reason of the same. My Annuity No. 091M[protected]. Annuity name: Alo Banerjee I was receiving this annuity amount from LIC of India, Jeevan Chintamani, Vasantrao Naik Mahamarg, E. E.                       I closed my loan on 02-May-2015 at LIC Housing Office Kaushambi, Ghaziabad. But regular EMI scheduled on 5th May, 2015 deducted amount Rs. 22922/- from my account. I called many times at LIC Housing Office Kaushambi and finally when I went on 27-May-2015 at LIC Housing, Asif Ali Road, New Delhi to collect my original property paper then I met with concern person and also raised the issue and also filled all the required document to get the refund cheque but yet I did not get the refund amount so far. I am very disappointing with this type of behaviour of LIC officers with their customers. I am still looking for my refund amount cheque. Request you to take the required action as soon as possible.                           Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC) - Lic Fake Calls Its been over 6 month I have been receiving fake calls claiming from people that they are a part of the lic department. today 09/06/2015 at 1:25 to 1:30 PM again i get call .They mentioned that my policy no. LC[protected] of Rs 3, 20, 000 had matured and they need to transfer the funds.so give us your account details. I was surprised because I didn't remember any such policy taken on my father's name.i told him we have no such type of policy if i have such amount then you send it as draft or cheque . The main suspicious thing was that the number that I received the call from +[protected] (my land line no with caller ID)name amit singh he was misbehaving with me .when my father scolded him he cut the call .after few sec he again call back as a bsnl worker name shyamsundar arun he ask us your bsnl connection is working properly or not . i told him is alright then he try to threatened me .he told me you give a application to remove your connection then i told him no its not like that then he told me i am sendin abuldoger to remove your bsnl connection when i ask him about his no he told me its100 i told him its police no then he told me i am police you can't listen properly again i give call to my father and he told me that person was same also no was same and again he scolded him and cut the call. To confirm these calls I actually called the LIC helpline no and they confirmed me that It was a fake call as the LIC department does not call anyone and they directly send letters on the mailing address. Also the amount is directly transferred to your bank account after policy maturity after your legally sign the documents. Please can you take a strict action against these companies for the fraudulent activities as there are many innocent people who could fall prey to these FAKE calls.

                              Manager (P&GS), Life Insurance Corporation of India, P& GS Department, DELHI DO1, 6th and 7th Floor, Jeevan Prakash, 25, K.G. Marg, NEW DELHI 110 001 This office is responsible for transferring annuity every month to my bank account. This i.e on 1st June 2015 month the annuity has not been credited.. I have submitted my existence certificate.

                                  This is very very frustrating experience i had in dealing with LICHFL. I had sanctioned renovation loan from Baner branch in March end 2015. That got sanctioned within a week for 15 lakhs after submitting documents. After that i realized that i need more budget to complete my requirement. Then i meet Mr. Sachin Rajput (Mobile Number : [protected]) in Swargate LICHFL branch via. my close friend. Mr. Sachin Rajput (Fraud/ Liar) committed me that he will get sanctioned 22 lakhs in single loan from swargate branch even if 15 lakhs got sanctioned from Baner branch. He said no issues in that, he done such sanctions before. I was doing this because Baner branch loan processing charges looked at higher side. For two loans (15L renovation and 7L mortgage) they conveyed around Rs. 36000/-. (20 + 16). My frustration starts there after... see below how it is. I submitted all required documents to Rajput on 4 Apr 2015 to get around 22 lakhs against renovation loan. He committed that he will get loan sanction before 30th April, with lowest interest rate which are supposed to come down from 10.10 to 9.90. I was OK with that. Interest rate were come down in around middle of April, but this guy unable to even lohin the file in till 30th of April 15. After doing dozens of call, he succeeded in login the file on 30th April. File number was [protected]. As par as i know once the file gets logged in LIC takes 1 week for sanction. In my case i can understand that they required to take NOC from Baner branch, and this should not take more than 2-3 days. From start of May 2015, Mr. Sachin Rajput (Liar) start false committing on my loan status. On every call which i made with him, he is to say...its getting sanctioned within 2 days. Every alternate day some other reason and commitment. I made few dozens of call in order to make followup on my loan status. After 15 may he started committing that 22 Lakhs got sanctioned and he will share sanction letter on whats app and will start disbursement immediately. He was lying on this as well. This story continues till May end. Due to my peek frustration, i called Swargate LICHFL and came to know that there is no sanction happened till now on my application, but other side Mr. Sachin was saying its already sanctioned. Then i spoke to branch manager and shared my story with him. As per him i made mistake in contacting Mr. Sachin Rajput for this. Then he said, he will do something on this. On 28 May 2015, again only 15 lakhs got sanctioned and not 20 to 22 Laks which was communicated to me by Sachin Liar. Now with this 15 lakhs sanction, my requirement will not getting fulfilled. So i am not going with this loan. Please block loan against file number [protected] to avoid any further issues. And for god shake please take action against such lairs who works for LICHFL and cheat LIC as well as customers. Decided to transfer my existing home loan to other bank. There is no point in continuing with LICHFL.

                                  Sir, I am existing customer of LICHFL since 2009. I was sanctioned a Home loan from Durgapur LICHFL, W.B. in the year 2009 amounting Rs.15 lacs against my Loan Account No-[protected] in the name of Satyavir Singh Tanwar for purchasing new house at Rennaussance Burdwan, W.B. . I am having the following grievances to LICHFL:-

                                  1. I am logging to my log in account for changing my address and my Mobile No. but its not getting changed.
                                  2. My rate of interest is suddenly changed to 11.75% without informing me after 3 years of fixed rate.
                                  3. I had given post paid cheques for deducting my EMI and the amount is changing every month without giving me SMS alerts resulting in bouncing of my cheques twice in consecutive months (May-June 2015)
                                  3. I had asked for my annual statement month wise and the same could not get till date.
                                  4. I had asked for top-up loan for furnishing my new built house in the year 2013 and the same could not get till date.
                                  5. After awaiting for a long time for loan approval ( Birbal ki Khichdi) I had applied for personal loan from other finance companies and the agent is telling me that your file could not get process as you have applied for loan from other companies.This shows your kindness that neither I will give loan nor I will not allow you to take loan from other companies/banks(Na Mein Karunga Na kisi aur ko karne dunga).

                                  I am very thankful to your poor and lazy service which had given me enough mental tension since 2009.
                                  Now can you do a favour on me to unlock my file for loan approval so that I can apply from other Companies for loan further requested to change my mobile No- and my correspondence address as furnished below:-.

                                    My home loan account number[protected] at Baner branch Pune, I have closed loan on 6-Apr-2015, but till now I didnt get my original documents back, In fact I am getting answer like file is not received from main office or we will call you... As per LIC policy documents should come within 15 working days but I didnt get even in 45 working days also

                                      Hello, This is to inform you that my LIC home loan application No. [protected] has been approved last month and sanctioned with INR 38, 40, 000. I am waiting for the disbursal of my cheque for completing the registration from the past 15 days.The processing fee has been deducted last week. But still no status related to cheque disbursement. I am doing the follow up every day morning and evening but no proper response. Request you to let me know the status of my cheque. Thanks

                                      I met the LICHFL branch manager personally and sorted out the issue after discussing what reasons led to delay of my cheque. My cheque was disbursed on June 15 2015.

                                        LIC HFL is stubbornly not cutting rates for existing home loans for floating rate of interest loan holders. When visited appropriate loan office not even providing information why LIC is not doing so even RBI recommended to pass on the benefits to pass on the rate benefit to customers.

                                        I have raised complaints via their online portal with no responses. I am not mentioning my loan numbers since this complaint is applicable to every floating rate interest loan holders. Their do not care approach is also a problem. I have visited their branch and even updated my address and email addresses of mine twice that also has not taken effect. I am not sure whether they are planning to pay attention to customer's queries or not.
