    I have applied home loan in your LICHFL Coimbatore branch. My home loan was pending due to I don’t have the parent document.I have asked if any other documents instead of parent document(NOC, Enjoyment Certificate, Sale deed).Reason parent document is we are in more than 200yrs in Kotagiri.So we are enjoying the properties from long back.if any sales we are doing in oral aggrement from past years.Before of my application is pending it was sanctioned and i got a sanctioned letter also.Once receivieng the check before the application was cancelled because of parent document issue.Here my question is1.How the application is sanctioned legal also cleared in before of this stage?2.Is there any option to give any document instead of parent document?3.If its not eligible without parent document the should inform us?I have spent so much of money and time last one and half month.Please give the alternative solution for this.Application number is[protected] Thanks and regards, jithendran Bhojan

      while making the on line payment transaction through Debit card against policy No.[protected] amounting to Rs.5233/- ( Half yearly) on dt[protected]. it was shown transaction failed four times. But after some time I got the SMS from my bank the payment was made four times from my accounts against the same policy Number. when I contacted to your representative.on customer care number on Dt.[protected]. it is told me that 8 to 10 days will be taken to refund the excess amount which was paid by me . I do not understand why such long time will be taken to shorted out the matter. I have already made on line complaint thrice. but no action has been taken yet to refund excess amount. It is requested you. pl do the needful action to make the refund of excess amount paid by me.         I am not able to login LIC website: my user id is "jeetendranathjha" and policy number is "[protected]",
        I tried to recover it through "forgot password" option but when i am clicking the submit button after filling everything all fields are being clear and got error i.e invalid account details.

            Respected Sir, I have a money back policy of LIC of India. My policy no is[protected] in my name Parvati Devi Mehta w/o Sh. Laxman Singh Mehta, House No- Type-II/02, New hydel Colony, Pashulok, Rishikesh. I have not receive the cheque of money back till now but due date was September 2014. Regarding of this matter i have approached several times to concerning branch office rishikesh of LIC india and filed a written application regarding to this matter on dated 31/03/2015. In this matter i have not receive the solution and satisfactory answer from LIC of India staff.

                Rate of Interest for existing Customer

                LIC Housing Finance Limited has the worst customer care in entire banking sector. I am a existing customer since 2010 and i have never asked for interest details as i had complete faith in them being GOI having control on them. To my utter disbelief, when i enquired of the balance loan period, i found that its a complete cheating case. They are providing new loan at lesser interest and charging the existing customer at higher interest rate....

                  Hi Sir, I have taken housing loan from LICH in december 2013 from Bhoapl(MP Nagar) branch, My loan no is -[protected], Total sanctioned amount is 30 lac and total disbursement amount till date is around 27.73 lacs, we have submitted demand letter for further disbursement of 2.27 lac before two months ago, but now LIC is denying this payment, they are telling it is restricted to 28 lac, I can not withdraw 2 lacs. Last moment they are informing me about this restriction, they never informed me about this restriction, now My house is alreay completed and waiting for Graha Pravesh but at last moment we can not arrange 2 lacs, builder is already demanding interest as there is a delay in his payment, kindly look in this issue urgently .Please let me know for any other information. I tried to contact Area manager of bhopal branch, but he is not helping also tried to log a complain with LICH website but that is not working also there is no contact no. is available on website to log a complain.

                      My premium was debited through esc but it was not reflecting in policy hence not credited and they told me that i have to pay 5 month of premium throuh cash or the policy will lapse so i paid the amount. i gave lic the rbi refrence nunber of ecs but then to they are telling we have not received any such amount.i also made complaints to irda . then to my problem is not yet solved.

                            Original LIC HF loan was sanctioned on 21st JUNE 2006 in the name of R.Padmarajan & P.Kalarajan. Address - 59/A2/2 Sri Annai Apts, Gandhi Nagar, Karikadu, Pattukkottai. Now renavation loan for same building was applied in the above office during November 2014. For the past 6months even the file number was not reported to us. Date of Maturity is[protected] and Date of Last payment is[protected] as per policy whose Xerox copy I am attaching for your kind reference. As per Policy document, I am supposed to pay my Last installment on[protected] which i had paid, but to my surprise when I asked for the money back on my son's 18th birthday, as per policy the LIC officials asked me to pay the premium for the year 2013 with penalty in 2014. AT 05 07 pm i have received a call from Chandigarh no[protected] on my mobile [protected] man who talk to me said... why u dont go to another bank...? why u made a complaint .? after that in THREATNING mode he asked me to go to local lic hfl office and said that we are not giving you the loan...STRANGE IS THIS THE WAY TO TACKEL A LOGICAL COMLAINT..in a ILLOGICAL MANNER...?                                     LIC official in Kharadi Pune, booked my home loan file on 31 March to complete there year target, and assured to issue me cheque same day since interest start from the very day i.e 31 March. So that I can pass on same to builder and could have save on rent of April month and moved to my ready possession booked flat. But because of there work load they have not yet given me the cheque. Now they are saying cheque will come on Monday but it will be dated 31 March and I will have to pay bridge interest from 31 March to 10 April and from 10 April actually my interest month start. When I am requesting to give me cheque of same date they are going to issue me, they are not ready to do that and want me to accept it from 31 March only and pay additional days interest for which actually I have not used the money.
