My current interest rate is too high @ 11.75 percent which was not there anywhere when i took the loan and even now its not there. I dont have money to pay such a high interest rate. Either LIC HFL should reduce the rate to 10.50 or i have to default on their loan. By Charging 11.75 percent they make people fool and loot us to make good profit. Regards, Chirag Bhuta [protected]

    Hi, I have a housing loan with LICHFL, loan number[protected]. It is of floating interest rate (initial 2 years ROI was 10.25 %). Now from April 2015 my ROI is suddenly increased into 11.75 %, however according to RBI home loan rate should be reduced. In spite of repeated request, they have not reduced it.         I have moved out of country and its been couple of months, so i have opted to renew my lic policy through lic website. Since its been many years have created the profile in the portal, was not able to recollect my password. When i tried the regular process of reset password through 'Forgot my password' link, it asked as for full length of details. As soon as i complete the form and click submit button it says new password link is sent to registered email address, but no email turns up. I did it couple of times to double check, but every time I see the same message on the poratl and no email is triggered. Please fix the issue, it a blunder. I know LIC is big organization, if you do not fix such small things people will no more go with you. Mine is totally frustrating experience!!!

                  Dear Madam/Sir, I have given a SBI Cheque No 276525, of Rs 43427/- (of Branch: Tonto, Jhinkpani, Jharkhand - 833215) to Mr Sita Ram Sinha (Agent: LIC, Lar Town, Deaoria, UP) for new Life Insurance policy in name of my wife Mrs Sadhana Srivastava. Form was completely filled by the agent Mr Sita Ram Sinha & signed by my wife with all required documents. (Actually Mr Sita Ram Sinha is a father of my friend working with me at Jhinkpani & visited at Jhinkpani in first week of March, he request me for a policy as his target was failing so we have done one policy of Rs 500000/-) Rs 43427/- was deducted from my SBI account on 20th March 2015 but till now we have not received any document related to Life Insurance Policy at my address. So I am worried about mischievous act by the agent that policy is taken in name of my wife or not. So I request you to please look into the matter & confirmed that policy is taken in name of my wife or not. And kindly arrange to send the all document at my address.                       I have three Loan a/cs Nos 1. [protected] of Rs 9.30 Lac, 2. [protected] of Rs 6.0Lac and 3.[protected] of Rs8.0 Lac taken on 12.10.2003, 29.11.2006 and 31.10.2011, respectively. In loan a/c no.[protected] which was sanctioned on 29.11.2006, there is a wide difference in Interest and Principal amount as compared to my other a/cs. I had given a request regarding this matter in Area Office at Vaishali Nagar which was forwarded to LIC HFL head office JAIPUR two months back but I did not get any response. Now, again I am forwarding this request . Therefore, kindly look into the matter and acknowledge me as soon as possible accordingly.                         my policy no[protected] has got matured in the month of ec14, but till date i have not recd the maturity amount. i have been following up with Ranchi lalpur branch and got a reply that the amount has been credited to my corporation bank account, but in my bank account the amount was not there, so again i visited the branch and started following up, then came to know that there is a mistake in the account no of mine and the amount has been credited to somebody elses account. This is such a mess i cant even explain. then the concern employee said we are putting a mail and will inform when the cheq comes back to us. but after my several follow-up till date there is no respond. Kindly look into the matter as its already 4 months over from the date of maturity.

                          Dear Respected Sirs / Madam, I am writing to you wrt my home loan account which i has secured from LIC Housing Finance Corporation. At the time of seeking the loan the executive had guided us to go for a Fixed Rate tenure and that i will be protected against any rate fluctuations. I believed him and took the same. Only to find out later that Floating rate interest are far lower rates as compared to the Fixed Loan rates. It also came to my observation that LIC Housing Finance was charging a higher rates compared to most other bank and has not revised the rates despite RBI lowering the rates. I am trying to reduce my monthly debt burden and suddenly find out that i cannot move my loan due to an exit barrier in the form of foreclosure charges and / or broken period interest charges. This was a shock and a surprise to me when i asked for a foreclosure letter from the LIC HF fort office and got to know The broken period interest/Foreclosure charges amount to INR 2.33 lakhs making the prepayment amount more than the loan amount sanctioned and disbursed by your organization by a good 2.50 lakhs. i.e 1.07 crores as against original disbursement of INR 1.045 crores (screenshot appended) Upion a little bit of survey i did find out that LICHF was following the guidelines by the RBI and the NHB which seem to give preference to Floating rate account holders as compared to Fixed rate account holder despite them being more in need to go for cheaper loan options to reduce their interest burden. I do appeal for some thought on this for account holders like myself who would save INR 5, 000 per month which over the tenure of the loan will be a good INR 15.00 Lakhs. Please do consider issuance of fresh guidelines for Fixed rate home loans as well and / or waiver off the penalty as per attached..

                            Dear Sir, I am satyam Tiwari have taken home loan two year back loan account number[protected] .This is regarding extremely poor service rendered by officials at indore area office . I am being fooling around by them since last 23 days . On 4th April i received sms that my disbursement cheque has been handed over to Indore office and interest is also deducted of the same on 10th April . However this cheque is still not received...

                            I have policy number[protected] when i did not get renewal notice i checked and it shows that the policy was surrendered on 05/09/2014 sicne i did not surrendr it and my bank says that they did not claim it i want to know the details of how this was surrendered...According to me it is wrongly surrendered.

                              WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF PURCHASING HOUSE IN BANJARA HILLS IN HYDERABAD AND WE WISH TO AVAIL HOME LOAN WITH LIC HOUSING FINANCE LIMITED. IN THE PROCESS, THE CHEQUE WITH NUMBER 102199 DATED 27 FEB 2015 FOR RS. 91, 02, 000/- WAS READY AND DURING REGISTRATION, ONE OF THE PARTNER OF BUILDER HAS NOT COME AND THE REGISTRATION IS KEPT ON PENDING. WE HAD PAID THE SUM OF 35 LAKHS TO THEM VIA CHEQUE AND IT GOT CLEARED. ON MANY OCCASSIONS, WE HAD TRIED TO CONTACT THE FIRM AND THEIR PARTNERS AND ALL THE EFFORTS ARE IN VAIN. WE HAD SURPRISED THAT LIC HFL STARTED DEDUCTING EMI FROM OUR ACCOUNT AND IMMEDIATELY WE HAD GIVEN STOP PROCESS OF LOAN AS THEIR IS A PROBLEM IN BUILDERS SIDE AND WE DID NOT GOT ANY RESPONSE. HENCE AFTER VISITING THE LIC HFL DILSUKHNAGAR HYDERABAD BRANCH IT IS LEARNT THAT THE CHEQUEOF RS.91, 02, 000/- WAS PAID TO BUILDERS LONG BACK BY THE BRANCH HEAD MR ARAMENDRA AND MR PRAVEEN SOMA WITHOUT OUR NOTICE AND WITH OUT OUR CONSENT. WE REQUEST NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THE PERSONNEL WHO HAD DID THIS AND KINDLY GUIDE US...

                                  Online Loan Account Statement

                                  Against Loan acc no.[protected] of Soma Sinha Roy, no statement is available online. . On query it is seen that loan acc. changed to 11 digit but 11 digit number is not provided. We have collected statement from Regional Office Kolkata wherefrom we got loan. Please provide the actual way out....

                                  I am T.P.Balakrishnan and I had taken a policy under Varishtha Pension Bima Yojana -Policy no[protected] for Rs 266665 and I am receiving Rs 2000 as monthly pension instalment by way of credit to my account with Canara Bank, Kasturibai nagar, Adyar, Chennai.But for this month I have not yet received the credit. When I contacted pension cell LIC I was informed that the amount was returned by Bank as the account number was incorrect.(LIC has provided the account no as[protected] instead of[protected]. I informed the correct account number and requested them toeffect the credit.But so far I have not received the amount.

                                    Hi I am Bharath, I have applied for a home loan in LIC because out of 10 flats in the apartment has already availed from LIC, so thought the process will be fast. To my surprise, after providing all the related documents, the manager told it cannot be done because of one document they are not able to locate online is missing even the physical proof is there. So he advised it may take looooong time better apply for cancellation. I did the same and he mentioned to give back the processing fee(5k change) to the concerned department. It's been told that come back after 2 weeks and take the cheque. When I enquired the same employee was telling, if it 5K the processing fee cannot be paid. Why it is like so? The first thing is - My loan got delayed more than a month even though providing all the documents and my processing fee also gone!! When I called LIC - Phone[protected] / 23447237, he was saying the nominal amount cannot be refunded.
