    My premium was debited through esc but it was not reflecting in policy hence not credited and they told me that i have to pay 5 month of premium throuh cash or the policy will lapse so i paid the amount. i gave lic the rbi refrence nunber of ecs but then to they are telling we have not received any such amount.i also made complaints to irda . then to my problem is not yet solved.

          Loan File Number not reported-REG

          Original LIC HF loan was sanctioned on 21st JUNE 2006 in the name of R.Padmarajan & P.Kalarajan. Address - 59/A2/2 Sri Annai Apts, Gandhi Nagar, Karikadu, Pattukkottai. Now renavation loan for same building was applied in the above office during November 2014. For the past 6months even the file number was not reported to us. Whether we will be provided the loan in due course or wat will LICHF will do for sanctioning loan? Thank...

            Dear Sir, I Sarvesh Kumar Paliwal father of Sparsh Paliwal had taken LIC Policy No.[protected] dated[protected] Plan from Raghogarh Branch (3018), Madhya Pradesh. Date of Maturity is[protected] and Date of Last payment is[protected] as per policy whose Xerox copy I am attaching for your kind reference. As per Policy document, I am supposed to pay my Last installment on[protected] which i had paid, but to my surprise when I asked for the money back on my son's 18th birthday, as per policy the LIC officials asked me to pay the premium for the year 2013 with penalty in 2014. I am attaching the correspondence made with LIC and a Copy of Policy for your reference and the reply got from LIC. Now kindly arrange to give my son justice with for the payment for his educational needs for which I had taken the policy. AT 05 07 pm i have received a call from Chandigarh no[protected] on my mobile [protected] man who talk to me said... why u dont go to another bank...? why u made a complaint .? after that in THREATNING mode he asked me to go to local lic hfl office and said that we are not giving you the loan...STRANGE IS THIS THE WAY TO TACKEL A LOGICAL COMLAINT..in a ILLOGICAL MANNER...? PLEASE TRACE THAT MAN WHO DONT DISCLOSE HIS NAME ...if no action is taken against him i must go to higher authorities Niraj Dutt [protected]

                  LIC official in Kharadi Pune, booked my home loan file on 31 March to complete there year target, and assured to issue me cheque same day since interest start from the very day i.e 31 March. So that I can pass on same to builder and could have save on rent of April month and moved to my ready possession booked flat. But because of there work load they have not yet given me the cheque. Now they are saying cheque will come on Monday but it will be dated 31 March and I will have to pay bridge interest from 31 March to 10 April and from 10 April actually my interest month start. When I am requesting to give me cheque of same date they are going to issue me, they are not ready to do that and want me to accept it from 31 March only and pay additional days interest for which actually I have not used the money.

                      I Niraj Dutt from ludhiana Punjab applied a housing loan under GREH PRAVESH scheme of lic hfl. Amounting 15 lacs vide file no-[protected] to Chandigarh office through Feroz Gandhi mkt ludhiana branch. I received allotment letter dated[protected]. Now problem arises that out of my 200sqr yards house i had registry of 133 yards approx and 67 sqr yards in harited. Local manager convey me that i have to change the title of 67 sqr yards too because lic hfl needs full registry to clear title It is pertinent to mention that local revenue deptt issued JAMABANDI of 200 sqr yards and legal council Mr. ALOK MOHINDRA also clear the case in his report vide dated[protected].                           Hi, This is with reference to my loan number #[protected] which was obtained from Anna nagar, chennai branch. I normally pay principle repayment by cheque in Katpadi branch which is nearer to our native. Yesterday 1st April'15 when my father went to katpadi branch as usual to submit replayment cheque, the teller on the counter refused to accept the cheque. And he was telling that he is not suppose to receive the cheque that belongs to chennai branch loans. Later he said we can come after 5 days. This makes my father worried more on about their behaviour in treating customer like us. We are totally not happy with their service and response. They have to be strictly warned to avoid this kind of behaviour in future. Please teach such employees how to behave with customers and importance of customer relations. Thanks,

                                    Dear Sir/Mam, Policy No[protected]I I have surrender my policy on 14th mar'15, Due to some finical problems. As discussed with LIC concern person, will receive my amount within week. Now i got reply from them policy not complete three year. So they can't return my money. However till date i was not aware about policy condition and it should be complete minimum three year. LIC Agent (who has given this policy) was also not shared this information in policy beginning. Now he is unreachable from long time and his office also closed or relocated. It was happened, due to i lost my job and had moved from Delhi NCR to my Home town. Now I’m not able to pay all lapse EMI amount in one-short and start it again. So don’t have any option to close or surrender this. Request you to, pls ask them return my money asap.                                       I have been cheated by my LIC agent.Mr.Badri prasad sharma.Agency code[protected] My last premium payment date was october 2014 of Rs.5985, when I gave Rs. 6000/- to my agent assuming him trust worthy he cheated me by not paying my premium and when we called him he doesn't picked up the phone.
