Respected Sir,

Reg: Non receipt of Domiciliary Treatment Benefit Claim - LIC's Health Plus Plan policy #[protected] dated 25/02/2008 of Mrs. Sujatha Radhakrishnan

The subject policy is in the names of Radhakrishnan S and Mrs Sujatha Radhakrishnan. Cataract was detected in both eyes of Mrs. Sujatha on 02/05/2022 and was advised to undergo operations immediately.

A mail intimation was sent to LIC on 10/05/22. Operations were done on 12/05/22 & 17/05/22. Claim was lodged on 23/05/22 under Domiciliary Treatment Benefit Claim on 23/05/2022.
Till date we have not received any response from LIC in this regard. I am a retiree and a senior citizen as well. Undue delay in this payment is creating problems for me.

I therefore humbly request you to issue necessary instructions to Divisional Office - 3 which is the servicing office.

    I am getting too many calls from LIC on daily basis on new Policy launch, Request you not to call me as I am not interested in buying any policy's

    Please find one of the incoming number ([protected])from LIC which I received just now.

    Please remove my number ([protected]) from your database, so that I don't receive any calls from LIC regarding new policy's launch.

          Due to some family issues I couldn't continue it.i have recieved my NOC letter from Life insurance corporation of India company.

            Please closed my l.i.c agent code, I'm already terminated in 01/07/2015, because my study is continue, I'm already requested to Development officer-morbi br.(Y.J.Mandiya sir) to close my agent code in 30/09/2016 he is give me on paper work to close the agent code as per attachment I attached, but still not closed my agent code,

              Pls, remove my pan urgent basis.I'm not working in the agency but my pan no. is at irda site kindly remove it quickly . Facing alot of problems.

                Dear Customer, premium due from 08/2022 to 08/2022
                under policy no.[protected] is adjusted on 05/09/2022.
                Next Premium falls due on 08/2023.
                -LIC of India

                The policy no. .[protected]
                do not belongs me and pl do not send unwanted sms
                on my mobile no. [protected].

                Without updating customer mobile no's with proper kyc,
                LIC prefers to send sms to all old data mobile no's which is unwanted and should be stopped

                  Dear Sir / Madam,
                  I had invested in LICHFL fixed deposits with FDR numbers 700351, 700352, 700353 and 700332 for a total sum of about Rs 6, 40, 000/- in Jan 2021. All these FDs were matured in Jan 2022. LICHFL deposited Principle and Interest into my SBI S/B account after deducting Rs 3, 124/-. The reason for deduction of Rs 3, 124/- has not been provided to us. This deducted amount is not shown in my Form 26AS tax credit statement. LICHFL did not issue me Form 16A TDS certificate either showing such a deduction.

                  We have contacted LICHFL and Datamatics officials via email and customer care phone numbers several times since Jul 2022 to till now seeking clarification for the deduction, however there is no proper response from them so far. Every time when we call, they gather all the details as if they are hearing the issue for the first time and take no action. We are tired of calling them again and again as they turn deaf ears every time.

                  I humbly request you to order LICHFL to pay me the differential amount of Rs 3, 124/- with penal interest at the earliest or at least issue me Form 16A TDS certificate showing Rs 3, 124/- deducted towards TDS

MY Father (KOLLA RAJARAO) passed away in a Road accident on dated :-01.11.2019 .the LIC Policy Number of My father is[protected], Policy date:-18.03.2015 table term:-814-16, Sum:- Rs.100000/- premium amount yearly:-Rs:-7352/-. till date we have received only Rs:-100000/- amount in my mother account, Balance accident claim amount not received .all supporting document related to death claim submiited at visakapatanam main Brach by Lic Agent.. Please look into this matter.

                          I have already taken HL from Lic hfl kanpur for house purchase in 2021.Now i need Loan for same house construction. Manager is not sanctioning Loan although it comes under my eligibility.File is returned without any reason.My file was under process since June 2022 and at this time I need urgent fund for house construction.Kindly look into the matter and make it sanction.

                            Respected LIC Team and Indian Gov

                            My name is Roopa Navneeth, I am working and stationed in United Arab Emirates. Lat year 24 Sep 2020, My Parents Late Mr. Ravindranath Nair (Father) & Late Mrs. Pushpa Ravindranath Nair(Mother) passed away on road accident. My parents were settled in Delhi. They both have got LIC premium.

                            I have an only Sister, Her name is Pooja Nair. She left her job from UAE and stationed at Delhi since this incident has happened.

                            For Mr. Ravindranath Nair death claim we approached our LIC agent Mr. Dileep to submit the papers at his branch which falls under _____. This was submitted and we received the receipt of the same on 22 Jan 2021.

                            Due to covid we understood the delayed caused and didn’t follow up. During June onwards we tried out best to follow up with LIC agent Dileep and LIC online portal, after waiting long 2 months we got to know our documents which was submitted go t misplaced and we are now asked to re submit the document.

                            For Mrs Pushpa Ravindranath Nair My sister visited the branch to enquire about documents required, we collate the same and the day of submission The authority lady said I will not accept your paper/documents with out succession certificate – Which she never mentioned earlier during enquiry. Even for our Fathers death claim we had only submitted legal heir certificate.

                            To the respective team who read this mail, Unfortunately me and my sister lost our parents and were so devasted. Though we are married our In laws stay in Kerala, We don’t have any relatives in Delhi to support us. I stay in Dubai with husband and 3 year gold daughter, for me with all current restriction its very difficult to visit India. My Sister and her husband are doing the best get done with documents and submission. After all tis struggles, when we are been rejected saying our documents are missed and all unexpectable excuses really put me to write this mail.

                            I really have complaint against the LIC Agent Dileep, and the branch people who misplaced our documents and the lady who has no respect to talk with customers. She was extremely rude and arrogant.

                            Now about to two years passed to this claim they have asked us to submit succession certificate, which will cost 50k iNR per deceased.

                            I regret my parents having LIC for there lives.

                              I also want to inform you that this is not my policy and also not on my family members name.
                              So, please delete this registration on my mobile number.

                                My self, Pravin Raghunath Katare stay in Mumbai ( Ghatkopar ), i have took LIC policy from Agent Mr. Dadasaheb Pandhare for which agent ID is 00745884 and LIC branch location said Mumabai fort.

                                Agent Dadasaheb took 45100 from me to renew my wife Uncles LIC. Her Uncel is indian Army so his some lic premium got due. Dadasaheb promised me he will help to solve issue. he tool 45100 on August 2022 and with all lic paper but he didn't paid in lic office. he use this amount for his own requirement.

                                Now when we asked he said due to some emergency he use that amount but before using he didnt confirm with us. When we asked to refund amount he is not answering call and not responding correctly. we calling him but he is not answering call also.

                                Also we took 3 lic for which details are as below. he took amout to paid in lic office but amount is not paid in lic office. he has use that amount for his own requirement. we asked him to refund but he is avoiding us.
