[protected] has repay total loan but ECS debited to my bank account of Rs.11500/- also i want to know the procedure of obtaining closer letter and my original documents from your fort office.In this connection i have dial contact no 22671151 / 22610286 from their they have given account department number 22644052 to contact GOKHLE MADAM bell is ringing but nobody responding.I have dial mobile number [protected] of Srikant Salgaonkar sir but he is not showing curtsy to respond.I am helpless.Now I expect that you will read my complaint and you will contact on [protected] .

    Respected Sir, I Komal Nitin Salvi wife of Late Nitin Tukaram Salvi submitted policy paper to LIC Ratnagiri Branch after death of my husband Nitin Tukaram Salvi death date[protected]. His policy No is[protected] dated[protected]. On[protected] I received a letter from LIC Kolhapur. Death claim will not be given because death bacame liver failure due to wine drinking. Then I appealed to Zonal Manager Mumbai on date[protected] but till[protected] I have not my claim amount. In this regard I want to say that my husband was working as Trackman in Railway which post is asafety category where there is not allowed to drink before 08 Hrs of his duty or duty time. He is not found abscent from his duty and sick leave of his service period. He was seferring from joundice before death of some time. So I want to request that I have two children and my widow mother in law. who is dependent on me. I have no source o income my son is in 12th and daughter is in 10th.       Dear Anisha,

      You need to visit your LIC branch no.124 and give an application to alter the mode of premium payment to yearly. Do enclose a copy of ID & address proof with it.
      Else you can also courier to your branch an application mentioning your policy no. in the subject. Hope this solves your query.

        Clarification of interest rate on housing loan under griha prakash scheme

        Dear sir,
        I had opted for a home loan on 23 jul 14, in lic hfl at dwaraka nagar branch, visakhapatnam.

        The loan was processed vide application no[protected] and sanctioned on 31 jul 14 for rs. 12, 75, 000/-. And the loan term is 180 months. Under griha prakash scheme.

        As per para 3 of sanction letter ibid, the current licplr is 14.50%.
        The rate of intrest for 1-24 months is 10.10% and 24-180 months...

        Thanks for your feedback. I had spoken to Mr. Vaibhav [[protected]] regarding the demand letter sent through courier in favour of The Branch Manager, LIC Housing Finance Ltd., 2nd Floor, 217 - 220, D-3, Harsha Mall, Alpha I, Commercial Belt, Greater Noida. Vide AWB No. [protected] [Overnite Express Ltd.] which was being delivered on 26/07/2014 and was being received by Mr. Mukesh[protected]. In this discussion he only informed me that the courier was being received but now where it is they don't exactly know. May be Mr. Praveen Kumar [[protected]] who will be processing the payment would have taken the same with him and Vaibhav gave me Mr. Praven's mobile No. Since then Mr. Vaibhav stopped picking up my call and then I called from a Landline again he picked up my call and from the next time he stopped answering the landline too. And Mr. Preveen Kumar is also continuously not answering the call.

        Now I feel that I have done a blunder mistake choosing LIC Housing Finance Ltd. Anyway if you may suggest some solution for the same.

        I once again request for HELP ! as the last date of this demand letter had already expired on 28th of last month. And the previous Demand letter was also being delayed as the whole team of the Lajpat Nagar branch was being changed & this time it is again delayed due to the shifting of the Branch. But
        due to all this we as a customer are in the defaulter list of the builder and have to bear the late payment penalty.

        Please Kindly HELP! if there is some responsible senior person please do ask him to help us and if possible please provide us his contact details.

        This is with relation to our Housing loan from your Lajpat Nagar Branch. As we have to submit the demand notice to your branch office and collect the cheques from the branch and deposit the same to the Builder office.

        Last couple of months back all the staff of the Lajpat Nagar branch were being changed due to which our cheque got delayed.

        And this time when I went to deposit the Demand Letter I came to know the branch had been shifted to Greater Noida.

        Sir / Madam don't you think that before shifting the branch we as a customer should have been informed.

        I will hereby like to request to switch over our loan account to some other branch in Delhi where it would be convenient to deposit the Demand Letter and Collect the Cheque. As Greater Noida is just out of the way.

        I will hereby request to please do the needful at the earliest as I have to deposit a Demand Notice.

        response is poor They have changed the office and same not informed, after 5 year Fixed EMI converts in to normal EMI which is 11.70 %, for same i want to change as per current floating rat . check send by trackon courier with application

          I am the member of Jeevan Anand policy of LIC since last 3 years. Due to my marriage reason, i was not able to pay my half yearly premium which I had informed my agent in advance by 2 months. Now when i am trying to pay the premium due with the penalty, the agent is saying that i will have to again undergo medical test. Can someone help me out. I am really not satisfied with my agent service. He is never co-operative. If he was willing to help, he could have paid my premium in advance.

            Dear sir, I am very sorry to bring to your kind notice that my repeated requests for the above complain are in vain.It is highly unfortunate that LICHFL, patna(BIAHR) branch has handed over a cheque of Rs. 213200/= bearing No.14089 towards application No.11911977 to the developer without my consent/signature on the demand letter i.e final payment without making the final settlement and without handing over the house finally to me.This is certainly the violation of LICHFL norms as well as rules and must be dealt seriously/urgently on priority basis so as to refund the above said amount to my loan account, otherwise i will be forced to stop EMI payment till this issue is resolved and i will owe any responsibility with immediate effect.               i have taken LIC wealth plus but every year i am getting statement but this year i had not got it. will you send it? and my agent told that ( i have taken single premium 40, 000) double of amount like 80, 000 . is it correct? let me clarify?

                Sir/madam, above details are showing the date and amount of premium that i had paid to LIC through the agent mr. abhishek kashyap on[protected], but i still not received any acknowledgement paper from lic and the agent abhishek is also not responding to us about the policy.So please refund my premium amount Rs 9600 or or please give me a policy paper.i am giving you the contact number of agent Mr.abhishek kashyap through whom i had made a policy.

                    Hi, My loan account number is[protected]. I have ECS mandate on every month 7th. I closed the ECS account and informed LIC office Residency Road Bangalore. I got the response stating it is fine. I paid the EMI of 22408/- on the same day in the Residency road office Bangalore. I received mobile message on 22/07/14 stating I have to pay due of Rs.355 I didn't understand what is for this. I called the residency road office continuously for 3 days on below numbers. [protected] / [protected]/516/518. Nobody is receiving the call. I have already sent mails to the below ID's. But still waiting for the response.                       I have requested for loan from LIC file no:[protected] It is difficult to get loan from LIC. I have faced lot of problem for getting loan after completing more than one month i am not able to get the loan.Problems are given below. 1. There was not any document of LIC which will tell about this processing and LIC agent also don't know about the processing. 2.There was no document which tell about the I need to submit 20% of total amount of flat and LIC agent also did not know about this. 3. After 5 of 10 days LIC request of new document and this processing continues always. Please tell me how long it will take to start the home loan Regards Rahul Goyal

                        subject- regarding delay in monthly pension payment against Jeevan Suraksha Policy No[protected] dated[protected]
                        with reference to the subject cited above i am to inform you that the above said policy have been matured on[protected]. I have submitted my necessary documents in the LIC branch Naharlagun Arunachal Pradesh on dt.[protected] fro release of my pension.
                        as per my policy document issued by LIC it is clearly mentiond that an amount of Rs 1686/- will be paid by LIC of India on monthly basis but on lapse of year and year i could not get my pension amount from LIC till today in the mean time i have personnaly approached several times to concern branch at Nagarlagun branch to release of payment but the concern offical told me that an amount of Rs 1581/- will be paid as monthly pension in lieu of Rs 1686/- per month though i had taken my policy for a monthly payment at Rs 1686/- so matter does not arise to take any less amount than Rs 1686/- per month.IN due course i also approached Divisional office Zorhat and Kolkata Zonal office but result is ultimately nil.
                        further i am to inform you that my case has not been seriously handled by LIC branch Nharlagun. In this context i am to request you kindly look into the matter and settle my case as early as possible and deposit the pension amount of Rs 1686/- per month in my SBI Itanagar savings account no- [protected] which has already been informed to LIC Naharlagun Arunachal Pradesh.

                          Sir, I am working as JWM in Ordnance Factory, Trichy. My loan LICHFL Account is No.[protected]. Rs.4000/- towards money back LIC policy was sent to LICHFL through AXIS BAnk Cheque No.851814 on 24.08.2012. On scrutinising statements for the period of 06/2012 to 06/2013, It is understood that the amount Rs.4000/- has not been reduced towards my principle. It is very painful to learn from the statement that LICHFL received my money back policy amount Rs.4000/- But did not reduce it in my LICHFL account. Kindly do the needful for rectification and adjust the amount Rs.4000/- credited to you with due interest. I hope my grievances would be redressed and fresh statement from june 2012 to july 2014 may be issued to my residential address: J.K.Ekanath Babu, M-553, Anna Nagar, Navalpattu, Trichy -620026.

                              Hello Sir/Mam, I got a call from "Anurag Sharma" stating that, he is calling from LIC, Delhi Head Office Branch. He called me from[protected] land line number @ 10:48 AM, 21-June-2014. He ask me, whether the agent who make your policy is your relative or not. I said, no he is not my relative. He then told me, your agent had forwarded to LIC Delhi Head Office to cancel the Additional Benefit which is @ my name. So, he get all the Additional Benefit of Rs. 90, 680/- whenever the policy reach at maturity level. He was asking my name, from which city, what is your D.O.B., etc.. I said, didn't receive any notification by post as such from LIC Branch. So, how can I give you my personal details. He said, for verification of your details, I'm asking you. When he receive my details, he'll going to generate a code that not to cancel the Additional Benefit. He also said, for further any query you've to contact only @ LIC Delhi Office, whether you want your Additional Benefit or not. I said, will confirm this from my LIC local branch and then contact you and cancel the call. I request the authority to check from LIC Head Office whether this is a genuine or fraud call. As this call came from Delhi. So, I got a bit surprise. Kindly convey your message @ my email id: jatin.[protected]@gmail.com Waiting for the positive response. Thanks in advance.                               Today on 26 Feb 2015, I got the similar call from a lady called Ankita Sharma who said that she is from LIC Delhi head office and her no was [protected] I too confused whether its a true or fake call.

                                  Shelter to 3 milkman is provided by supplying water by peon & some officers of lic aashiana branch, Lucknow illegally, which is illegal & causing hazardous situation nearby. These milkman are also mixing dirty water also in the milk.Nagar Nigam & lic officers are also charging bribe from them for supplying water & protection.                                     am shrikant shinde from thane. I need your urgent assistance. Actually, I was looking for home loan and for this I searched and inquired on various portal regarding this. And from this I got a call from your agent He said I am from LIC and we will provide you load an explained me all the policy and details regarding this. So I agreed to take load from LIC and He told me that for 20 to 23 lakhs loan I have to give processing fees of 12, 000 by check on name of L.I.C of India. He told me to submit property and personnel required documents to proceed.So, He sent one guy with LIC form to pick check and required documents. and I filled the form and given him check of 12, 000 rs on name of LIC of India. And He told me ie within 20 days He will give me the sanction letter.I waited till 20 days. And after 20 days when I called him. He was not responding and did not pick my phone. It was so irritating after so many trails from various numbers He picked a call and told ie I have family problem and all.. he was neglecting me and he was just saying that he has family problem n all He did not speak even single word about loan. Then I told him to cancel this and give me 12.000 rs if you are not able to proceed and He told me that Within 10 days You will get 12.000 rs It will be credited to your account.But again after 10 - 15 days. He did not pick my call and did not reply to any messages. He switched of his phone. then I sent him a message ie I will go to police for this. Then He called me and told me that you dont know me who i am. Take it from LIC I am not responsible n all.. it will take again 5 more days.                                     Hi dear,
                                    same thing happen with me i was taken Policy Rs 24000 from him but yet not provide the Policy number or bond as well as he told me about some gift will provided but whenever i was called he told you wil be get soon &amp; about bond every time he told due to some issue with LIC that was delayed. Last week when i called he told his mother was admitted in hospital so he will reply me in next but
                                    now his number getting switched OFF

                                      i taken loan 14.5lk.from gen cat. fileno [protected] from hfl jaipur my second loan ded from salary as i am employee lic kekri1202 but second loan by mistak mode made by salary hence my loan coult not ded and i have summitted by cheq.only where i given ecs form from icici bank kekri rs 15798 so many email send to am.[protected]@lichosuing.com and phone also kindly change my salary mode to ecs mode gcsoni hga 131364 lic ofindia bo kekri 1202 [protected]
