I used to issue 12 cheques in advance for 12 months towards repayment of my housing loan. When the cheques submitted by me are exhausted, the LICHFL Area Office, Rajahmundry used to inform me through a letter or by mail or by phone that the cheques submitted by me were exhausted and request me to send cheques for the next 12 instalments. But last year, when the cheques were exhausted instead of informing me in advance to send cheques the area office treated me as a defaulter and charged penal interest on the instalment due then requested me to pay the instalment. I was really shocked on this development. Then immediately I have issued cheques for the next 12 monthly instalments and requested them to waive the penal interest at I have not been a defaulter so far. Of course I was not exempted and I had to pay the penal interest. Hence I request you kindly inform your customers like me in advance about the advance cheques as measure of service which you can do it! Many other customers might have faced the same problem. I humbly request you kindly to help us in this matter. Thank you

      Dear Sir, My Policy number is[protected] and it is money back from every five years. It is commenced from 2004 and in 2009 I have received the Rs.10000/- money back in 2009. Now after 5 years I supposed to received another Cheque of Rs.10000/- in July 2014. I am regularly paying all premiums & also provide ICICI bank cheque copy for NEFT transfer. But till date I have received Cheque copy or NEFT from LIC of INDIA. My Agent and LIC Customer Care is not giving proper feedback. Request you to look into the same urgently & revert back.           As due to the shifting for the branch this payment is already being delayed as the due date was 28/07/2014. And if I go once to deposit Rs. 34000/- in Builders Connaught Place office. Then come to you to collect the cheque at your Greater Noida Office & again go the builder office in Connaught place to deposit the same.

          As I am working in a private organisation to save some time I have requested to deduct Rs. 34000/- from the total demand and prepare the cheque so that I may collect the same and deposit it to the builder along with the my personal cheque of Rs. 34000/-.

          I hope I am talking sense but your people are adamant and not ready to understand & consider the request.

          I will once again request for the calculation of Rs. 34000/- and to consider my request which will save some time of mine as it is very difficult to spare time every now & then as I stay in I.P.Extn., & my office is in Gurgaon. And inturn the Builder office is in CP & your office is in Greater Noida. PLEASE DO KINDLY TRY TO UNDERSTAND MY CONCERN.

            i am supaji rajaram thak from pune.on 6th of Aug i apply lic gold credit card after that i got a massage from you LIC credit card Application no 4621620 has been approved.The new LIC credit card would reach you shortly i got this msg in 13th of Aug.But i am very shocked you deliver me credit card pin no not any conformation.when i call your customer agent he told me your card has been dispatch so i asking for docket no for a tracking and he told me we don't have docket no n call again after 3 day . so i am not uderstand hows ur service if posssible solve my probleam n call me [protected] this no .

                We had applied for Home loan and was in contact with one Mr. Siddhu who sits in the Koramangala branch of LICHFL office at 1st block.After making us run around for days we got a message saying that our home loan had been sanctioned. Suddenly after a month or so there was another message saying its rejected. By this time we had already paid the processing fees and and were happily sitting that the loan had been sanctioned. A month or 2 after the rejection mail Mr Siddhu tells us that we cannot get the loan or the processing fees as the builder had changed the layout and LIC had rejected the deal. Why was the loan sanctioned in the first place when the builder had been very clear with us too that the layout might change later? Also our processing fees was taken but no processing done. For all our papers we were made to run around but they did not do their part of the paper check to see to it that everything was in place. LICHFL just ate out money without a burp and that too for no work. What processing have they done if the loan got rejected after getting sanctioned. Please help. i need my processing fees back. We work from morning till night neglecting out kids and home just so that some housing loan guys come and loot it from us?

                    Respected Sir, I Komal Nitin Salvi wife of Late Nitin Tukaram Salvi submitted policy paper to LIC Ratnagiri Branch after death of my husband Nitin Tukaram Salvi death date[protected]. His policy No is[protected] dated[protected]. On[protected] I received a letter from LIC Kolhapur. Death claim will not be given because death bacame liver failure due to wine drinking. Then I appealed to Zonal Manager Mumbai on date[protected] but till[protected] I have not my claim amount. In this regard I want to say that my husband was working as Trackman in Railway which post is asafety category where there is not allowed to drink before 08 Hrs of his duty or duty time. He is not found abscent from his duty and sick leave of his service period. He was seferring from joundice before death of some time. So I want to request that I have two children and my widow mother in law. who is dependent on me. I have no source o income my son is in 12th and daughter is in 10th.                       You need to visit your LIC branch no.124 and give an application to alter the mode of premium payment to yearly. Do enclose a copy of ID & address proof with it.
                      Else you can also courier to your branch an application mentioning your policy no. in the subject. Hope this solves your query.

                        Clarification of interest rate on housing loan under griha prakash scheme

                        I had opted for a home loan on 23 jul 14, in lic hfl at dwaraka nagar branch, visakhapatnam.

                        The loan was processed vide application no[protected] and sanctioned on 31 jul 14 for rs. 12, 75, 000/-. And the loan term is 180 months. Under griha prakash scheme.

                        As per para 3 of sanction letter ibid, the current licplr is 14.50%.
                        The rate of intrest for 1-24 months is 10.10% and 24-180 months...

                        Thanks for your feedback. I had spoken to Mr. Vaibhav [[protected]] regarding the demand letter sent through courier in favour of The Branch Manager, LIC Housing Finance Ltd., 2nd Floor, 217 - 220, D-3, Harsha Mall, Alpha I, Commercial Belt, Greater Noida. Vide AWB No. [protected] [Overnite Express Ltd.] which was being delivered on 26/07/2014 and was being received by Mr. Mukesh[protected]. In this discussion he only informed me that the courier was being received but now where it is they don't exactly know. May be Mr. Praveen Kumar [[protected]] who will be processing the payment would have taken the same with him and Vaibhav gave me Mr. Praven's mobile No. Since then Mr. Vaibhav stopped picking up my call and then I called from a Landline again he picked up my call and from the next time he stopped answering the landline too. And Mr. Preveen Kumar is also continuously not answering the call.

                        Now I feel that I have done a blunder mistake choosing LIC Housing Finance Ltd. Anyway if you may suggest some solution for the same.

                        I once again request for HELP ! as the last date of this demand letter had already expired on 28th of last month. And the previous Demand letter was also being delayed as the whole team of the Lajpat Nagar branch was being changed & this time it is again delayed due to the shifting of the Branch. But
                        due to all this we as a customer are in the defaulter list of the builder and have to bear the late payment penalty.

                        Please Kindly HELP! if there is some responsible senior person please do ask him to help us and if possible please provide us his contact details.

                          I am the member of Jeevan Anand policy of LIC since last 3 years. Due to my marriage reason, i was not able to pay my half yearly premium which I had informed my agent in advance by 2 months. Now when i am trying to pay the premium due with the penalty, the agent is saying that i will have to again undergo medical test. Can someone help me out. I am really not satisfied with my agent service. He is never co-operative. If he was willing to help, he could have paid my premium in advance.

                            Dear sir, I am very sorry to bring to your kind notice that my repeated requests for the above complain are in vain.It is highly unfortunate that LICHFL, patna(BIAHR) branch has handed over a cheque of Rs. 213200/= bearing No.14089 towards application No.11911977 to the developer without my consent/signature on the demand letter i.e final payment without making the final settlement and without handing over the house finally to me.This is certainly the violation of LICHFL norms as well as rules and must be dealt seriously/urgently on priority basis so as to refund the above said amount to my loan account, otherwise i will be forced to stop EMI payment till this issue is resolved and i will owe any responsibility with immediate effect.                                     Hi, My loan account number is[protected]. I have ECS mandate on every month 7th. I closed the ECS account and informed LIC office Residency Road Bangalore. I got the response stating it is fine. I paid the EMI of 22408/- on the same day in the Residency road office Bangalore. I received mobile message on 22/07/14 stating I have to pay due of Rs.355 I didn't understand what is for this. I called the residency road office continuously for 3 days on below numbers. [protected] / [protected]/516/518. Nobody is receiving the call. I have already sent mails to the below ID's. But still waiting for the response.
