While discussing with customer care No ticket No 2945705 was allotted.
While going through the pass book there are wrong debits by name “System” as following which need to be reversed.

These types of wrong Debits are taking place from January’2022. Between January’2022 to April’2022 seven such debits are made but they are reversed by name “Life”. But the last four as details given need to be reversed. Kindly check it and ensure that these types of errors do not recur.

Life Insurance Coprporation of India: Pol. No.[protected]

I am very unhappy with LIC’s Agent, who gives service to me, and so I contacted them on their customer care number to delete his name from my policies. You know how irritating this is! Every CC no. says : Dear Customer, our IVR options have changed. Please listen to them carefully. Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah. Press 1 for this, 2 for that, 3 for this, 4 for that etc. I was told to input my pol. No which I obliged when the IVR said to provide the DoB (you know in DDMMYYYY format). But when I entered the DOB it said: Sorry we did not get any input from you, please enter DoB (in DDMMYYYY format). Again when I entered the DOB it said: Sorry we did not get any input from you, please enter your DoB (in DDMMYYYY format). I did it for the third time and again it said: Sorry we did not get and you have exceeded your maximum number of trials. And it disconnected.
I repeated the whole execrcise with a result as same! You have exceeded the maximum number! And it disconnected.
(Who does not know that all these are FAKES!)
But what is my way out. I have to put up with the same agent and I cannot change/delete.

My ECS is showing due for payment from 03/07/2022 but not deducted. As enquired by my Bank- State Bank of India Bapunagar Branch. I was not informed about not deduction; I waited for ECS since last 2 months from LIC.
Kindly check what’s issue & please help me what to do now. My premium is neither being deducted nor being informed.
Please be noted:- I won’t pay any late fee as its not deducted by your end.

i have applied for list of documents in lic hfl bangalore on july 16th 2022 still they have not provided me and keep delaying . Its a serious greivance and serious action to be taken .

My self sanjay jagdish roy, i had a agency code of lic branch 421002 ulhasnagar in 2016, as i got new job offer from an insurance broker, i requested them for the deactivation of my agency code in 2017, but so fare in 2022, now also its showing enforce in status, the branch authority had not taken any required action on my request...

Today(Aug8, 2022) around 2.20-2.30 i made a transaction through billdesk for lic premium payment for rs 6153.40 after payment (Through standard chartered net banking) amount has been debited from my account and the transaction was failed

I hv done it again bt payment also stuck

Payment done for my lic but no reflected in account

As the date of Birth has been changed and corrected after rectification for my Policy No.[protected] Taken from LIC office, Durgapur (WB) so I want to Deregister from LIC Portal as I have another portal with Different other policies with correct date of Birth.

One of vinodkumar named told me that we pay nse 9 lakh rupees so our tips r confirm. He gives me tips 2 times n then he know that due to service i can't give time 4 trade so he requested me to give my I'd n password n trade in options purposefully adverse side n create hue losses. When I see n warn him then he told me don't worry ur all losses responsibility is mine. But now he don't take my calls n don't answer me. His all chatting is available n all proofs r available on my WhatsApp chatting platform.

Kindly delete my urn code and surendered my agency code lic0281912t as i am not want to acquire it now. I am seeking for govt job so i don't want to activate it. My last compaint id 3250559 dated 19 july 2022. Still no updates.

Myself Papri Choudhury I visit three times in LIC India Branch 3, Burdwan, Ghordourchotti, PIN No 713103 . But The lady Branch Manager doesn't accept my resignation letter . Every times they give some new clause. I am harrased a lot but the does't accept my resignation letter . They doesn't entertain my problem .

Presently I got a job but as my PAN no is reflecting in IRDA Portal the offer letter is on hold .

Please help me to remove PAN No from IRDA Portal

With great concern I, Biswarup Saha would like to inform you that my LIC policy no.[protected] matured on 28.06.22.
On my way to the LIC office, I had misplaced all my original documents and later on in discussion with a concerned duty officer at Kalyani LIC office, I submitted necessary documents in INR 200 /- stamp paper along with other details on 01.07.22. But unable to submit the original premium certificate as those also got misplaced, in lieu of which I have submitted the no due premium certificate available online.

But till date although 3 weeks are over, I am yet to receive the matured amount.
I request your good office to kindly look into the issue and arrange the disbursement at
the earliest.

I have dropped various email for "Login ID for Minor Policy" and LIC never reverted. LIC employees are getting salary on time and not concerned about addressing clients issues. As per LIC, One cannot create USER ID and password for Minor policy holders. Client can add Minor policy in Parents USer ID only. My point is that if LIC is selling policy for minor, then why there is issue in providing Online access. Parents policy is with Bajaj llianj....
