Through the customer's app of lici, I paid the renewal premium amount ₹9766 for the policy no[protected] and[protected] . Payment is done by google pay app, but reflection of the payments doesn't made till now. I don't received the payment receipt, till now...

I applied for top up loan (Loan no.[protected], [protected]), but i never got status of my loan, neither approved nor rejected. I raised request to refund my processing fees, but no reply.
I want my processing fees of Rs.15, 340/- (1180+14160)...

As I am working for Insurance industry and I have take NOC/termination With seal from LIC office in 2019. Since 2014 I have not done single policy for what reason it’s reflecting inforce in IRDA portal. It’s effecting my job if it’s not terminated from portal I will lose my job.

It’s humble request please remove my pan number from IRDA portal and do the needful at the earliest...

I have taken NOC & termination letter from LIC office in 2019 with seal. But in IRDA portal it’s reflecting as inforce. I have requested LIC office manager but no proper response. It’s effecting my job as I am working for insurance company . 2014 licensed was generated only 1 policy at the beginning I have done after that nothing.
Please terminate from IRDA portal and do the need...

I have registered online to buy tech term plan through LIC website on 24.04.2022.

I made a payment of Rs. 19104/- . The proposal number of policy is 1107. Within next week all physical Medical tests & Telemedical video call was done & got confirmation from TPA that my reports are uploaded in LIC portal.

But after that there is no any update regarding my policy.

Amount deduction from my SBI creditcard but receipt not generated.also i call to customer care they told me amount was credited.

And I got chance to do job in Hdfc ergo but due to my PAN Card attached in lic the would not give me offer later .
I also give applications to lic but they not procede till now.

I have two different user id of lic with self policies under them. online in these user id's one of the user id is not updating PAN because of giving the remark already the same details have been updated in other user id. I want to delete one of the user id and want to add all my lic policies under single user id. Please tell me the procedure how to delete the second user id to enable me to club all the policies under one user id....
