i have opended LIC's Jeevan Varsha policy [protected] for Rs. 50,000/- on[protected] by name of me Yerikalapudi Govardhana Rao S% Y.saibabu sincerely i paid Rs, 7000/- to LIC branch due to some family domestic problems i have not continue the policy now i am studying final degree i need of money i want to cancel the existing policy, in this connection i request to returned so far i payed amount to me and help me.on humandary grounds i once again request sir please do needful help to me and advise concerned for help me and solve this problem early.i have visited the Guntur branch requested the concerned officers for return of money for cancellation of policy pl do justice to me

Dear Sir,
I have policy of LIC of India started from March'12. I have given my willingness to debit the monthly premium from my saving account through ECS of SBI/Main branch, Nagpur for which i have submitted Policy holder mandate form with certified from State Bank of India , Main branch, Kings way Nagpur to LIC of India Sadar branch, Nagpur.

It is very painful to inform that no any payment has been deduct through ECS for the same.When it was inquired by me from the Branch Manager of LIC of India, Sadar Br. office 973 Nagpur there replied was so avoiding and mischief. The same response have got from SBI, main br. Nagpur.

Sir for avoiding discontinuation of policy i personnel deposit the premium to window of LIC of India branch sadar, with late fee i.e 9.70 /- and bank charges (CDA) 125/-. Sir i want to know who is responsible for this over payment as it is so burdenable and harassed for a middle class family like me.

This is Rupali kapila from shimla and I would like to register a complaint against fraud going on in the name of reliance insurance company.
Your company is a very prestigious one and the name of company is trustworthy and reliable.

Last year A person representing your company came to our house and suggested some life insurance policy. my father who is old and suffering from a few ailments got trapped in his talks and without our knowledge took a policy from that person. That person introduced himself as Sandeep and convinced my father in law for taking "reliance life insurance money multiplier plan", from 26th august 2011. Parents gave him 30,000 cash and a few hundred extra. The very same day he got a few forms filled and signed by my father. My parents were earlier staying at bilaspur so dad gave the address of bilaspur. But due to his medical problems now they are staying with us. The policy came at address and we did not check it last year because of his medical problem.when parents checked the policy details the policy had someone else's photograph and wrong signature. He told that policy term would be 5 years but in policy it was of 10 years. The premium due was as on 26th August 2012 but someone from reliance called up dad during the month of may in order to give the next premium. They asked for 30,000 in the month of may, 2012, to which my parents objected. They also told ur comp officials that the photograph and signature are not correct. But somehow ur official managed to take a cheque for 30,000 in the name of reliance which was undated and the cheque no was 021167 of icici shimla. Luckily the cheque got bounced as parents could not manage to get money in this account.
Now the status is that we have got another new policy at bilaspur's address. Now it has come to our knowledge and I am really worried about their mone y. I wil be thankful if some action is soon taken for this.

I AM AGENT OF LIC I HAD FORGET THE PASSWORD OF THAT PORTAL , I CANT REVIEW MY PORTAL SO PLZ KINDLY HELP ME

i have a lic growth fun market plus plan (T.no. 181). i had purchased the plan on 05/08/2008. as per the terms & conditions of the policy lock in period is 3 years, it is also written in the back side of the policy. now, i want to surrender my policy and the employees of the lic said that the lock in period is changed and now it is 5 years. and if you the policy before lock in period (5 years). you have to pay Rs.500/- as surrender charges.....

I had taken a home loan from LIC HFL, I opted for 30L home loan from the same & the agent told me that it wll be given to me in a very ease & will take hardly 1 week, but after that everything was reverse, my loan sanction time was around 2 months & it was horrable time for me. they never called me about any problem related to my loan, even whenever I called then then only I came to know that this is the problem you pls. resolve it & will take 2-3 more days, always I used to get this answer only & the problem which they were telling me was also not understandable. but it was not that much enough, problem got started after disbursing my loan, when I came to know that they have given me loan on the basis of no principle payment till 1 year only interest payment for 1 yr. but I have not opted any option like this. after that they told me that from next month my ECS will take place on 7th of every month, but I got surprised that on 7 th no ECS got take place & when I called to the bank did not got any response, but I came to from their other deptt that no ECS facility is updated with my accounts, i was completely stunned, how they can disburse their loan without updation of ECS.Now I am stucking up with this ECS problem & they are not updating the same, kabhi unka server down ho jata hai kabhi phone pic nahin karte hain & kabhi phone swith off aata hai.

I am in complete trouble, if any body can suggest to whom I contact & to whom i can comlain of it.

Hi Team (for LIC HFL BHOPAL),
I have couple of issues and with great frustration and dissatisfaction I chose this medium to express it out.

First issue: I was suppose to get refund cheque of 25000 as the same amount was paid by me to the builder and the bank had to refund it, and they confirmed it, which after following up for 4 months I have kind of given up. Everytime I call, they say its in process in few days you will get it and they ll throw the ball on someone else's court. Like this all of them referring Mahendra, Rahul and now Mr. Acharya have been fooling around with me.

Second Issue: I applied for ECS but due to Interstate banking issue it dint get through and as suggested by Mr. Umesh Datley from recoveries i gave PDCs till dec 2012. This guy dint submit the cheques on time even after follow ups that my account is not debited pls check, at the end no response (LICs best policy=no response). I have complete mail trails that how many times i was behind him to submit cheques, today (10/09) he sends a mail saying they dint receive any payment for 2 months (Definately my fault that i chose LIC).

** Pls let me know if there is any better escalation matrix and that it reaches to the right person and they can do something as definately I am stuck for 20 yrs, i cannot change and they know it well. Writing this with a hope that it reaches right ears and for the masses to chose some other financing agency.

I applied for home loan in lic housing finance vashi branch last 24april 2012 amount Rs 8450 which was cleared from my bank account but home loan was not sanction from lichfltd but still my processing fee Rs 8450 rupees was still not refunded my agent Mr satish and lic officer Mr.suniljadhav and Ms.geetanjali these three people r cheated my money after 5 month completed i and my wife was travelling alternate day to vashi lic office for enqury .these people are not answering properly.they jest negligence and lying about my refund .still iam in trouble kindly conseder the matter as soon as possible.

Sub: Release & Issue the House Document against Loan A/C No.64016260 regarding.

Dear Sir

This is to bring to your notice that i have closed my home loan availed vide loan number 64016260 in sept 2009 and till date i am sorry to state LICHFL , Hyderabad is unable to return my documents. I have made several requests in person, thru written communication, both ordinary and registered post and inspite of repeated requests and reminders the same is not addressed.
It is disgraceful to state that the company so reputed has not got a system established for returning the documents even after sincerely repaying the loan well in advance. I always felt proud to state that i am an LIC customer for more than fifteen years and had availed three loans for properties at different locations with very prompt repayment but the company gives no credit for this and instead i am made to run from pillar to post for rightfully claiming my documents.
As i stay out of Andhra Pradesh i am giving this last reminder thru mail and further would approach legally if i do not hear from you in ten working days.

WHEN I ASKED AT BRANCH 333 PATEL CIRCULE UDAIPUR ,THERE ARE SAYING THAT POLICY IS AT AJMER , & WHEN I GO THERE ,THEY ARE SAYING THAT IT WILL DEDUCT FROM SALARY SO WE CAN`T ACCEPT, & WHEN I AM GOING TO MY SALARY DEPT. THEY ARE SAYING THAT WE HAVE CLOSED TO DEDUCT LIC PREMIUM FROM SALARY.

Hi All,

I have booked a flat with TVH india PVT LTD during Jan 2012. I was assured by the builder side that they will give me all assistance for me to get the loan sanctioned. But they have failed to keep up the promise and threatened me that i will have to bear the interest for the delayed payments. Some how i got the loan sanctioned by LIC Housing finance in chennai. The Loan was sanctioned after lots of delays from LIC side due to the documentation procedures. They are about to disburse the initial payment only by sep 05 2012. So there has been a lot of delay from LIC Housing. I hereby seeking justice from consumer forum & consumer complaints, i have got enough proof such as documents and emails to provide as evidence.
I am not able to handle the burden anymore and i would like to file a case at consumer court regarding this.

An appeal was filed in State consumer Dispute Redressal Commision Lucknow by LIC against verdict of district forum Ghazipur on 19/6/2006 vide case No. A/2006/SC/1486 .Since then nothing is known about .status of the case till now as nearly 06 years passed.This is a claim of Rs. 50,000/= against LIC India . Please help me to expedite the case and advice me accordingly.

I Bikshapathi satla having one policy with No [protected] and I am paying the installments regularly from my salary cuttings.

I payed my instalment in 11j branch new Delhi from jan 2009 to November 2011. But the policy is not updated according to my
payments. I have sent so many mails to 11J branch new Delhi. But no response. Kindly take the action against to this.
In the month of December 2011 i got transferred to Hyderabad. My amounts are sending to mehdipatnam Hyderabad branch. But the amounts
are not reflecting in my account.

My policy is in abeyance. kindly resolve the issue please.

In reference of above My policy was due for maturity on 10/07/2012. I completed all the formalities in the month of June itself. Even I checked the status through branch office and the website of LIC both says that maturity claim paid and money transferred through RTGS.
