Dear Sir / Madam,
I have issued a cheque of 1,00,000/-rs for LIC's BIMA BACHAT policy on dated 01/02/12 & sent it to Khamgaon from where i have taken this policy.
My cheque was from UNION BANK OF INDIA AUNDH Branch Pune WIDE CHEQUE NO 43124 ON DATED 01/02/12,same have been deposited by LIC in thier bank CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA branch KHAMGAON DIST BULDHANA & they (Central bank of inida,br khamgaon)have send this cheque for UBI clearence to AKOLA Central Bank branch,as UBI have not branch in this town.
It is almost 40 days & above passed & still cheque has not cleared from both the branch,as per RBI rule outstation cheque should be clear in max 15 working days time.
I have asked to my branch reason for non clearance of this cheque in 40 days time,they told me that it is not come to their bank for clearance.
When i was applied for this policy was requested for loan on this policy immediately after completion of entire procedure,now i am not getting loan due to above mess up of both the branches.
Need your valuable suggestion in this regard & also how claim my loss of interest of my 1,00,000/-rs& other financial loss because of this.
Also note that CENTRAL BANK emplyees are not giving proper reason & not behaving proffessonaly with LIC & my family members who was visiting every day for this cheque.

I am chittaranjan Das, At/Po:-Aruhabad, Via:-Gopalpur Dist :-Balasore, State:-Orissa, Pin:-756044. I forgot mu lic log in ID, Password and user ID &password also kindly i requesting you that please help me regarding my problem and give me another chance to put another new user ID & Password.Sir i am unable to pay my lic premium by online way.
