Dear Sir/Madam,

My name is P.S.Mohan Kumar.
My Annuity number is 27130

I have not received my annuity Cheques for the past 1.5 years ( since 2010 )
The annuity cheque (each of them is of Rs 2980/-)

I do not know what is the problem.

I find it very difficult to get to the Telephone numbers in Delhi. Numbers are always busy. Trying for over a month.
E-mails sent are never answered.

Please let me know what is the problem and what needs to be done for me to get all my due Cheques w.r.to my Annuity

Please treat this as Very very urgent. Expecting an early reply

My bank statement shows the amount has been credited but the receipt for paymnet was not generated and the payment is also not reflected when I log-in to my account in www.licindia.in.

        I just paid the premium of policy no.[protected] for Rs.4704/ of ICHCHA PURAK SINGH
        NIRMAIL SINGH SANDHU(P) by using my ICICI bank credit viza card 4477xxxxxxxx9012 on line
        but no receipt issue or no number is generated. Whereas I got the message from ICICI bank that the above
        amount has been paid to LIC by debiting my credit card. Kindly issue me the receipt and intimate me
        on m y mobile no. [protected] and also forward the receipt of the above payment to my email address

          my above policy was matured on 1.04.2012 and i had sbmitted all the papers reqired by them on 09.03.2012. As i was assured by their manager that payment will be made on/or before maturity date. even today i have not received the payment and when matter was taken up with thier baroda branch SDM, he has started giving me evasive reply.

          I had also similar problem in past with the same branch and i got my payment of lic with lot of difficlty and hard work,

          i hope i may be given justice to the problem

          My above policy was matured on 01.04.2012 and I had sbmitted all the papers reqired by your Primer Chamber Branch, Alkapuri, Vadodara on 12.03.2012. Today I have not received the payment, I Visit your Branch on 05.04.2012 & Telephonic Talk with claim department on 06.04.201, she said our computer system not working so we are enable to see your compliant. She was not concert reply with us.

          In Past, I had also similar problem in my money back policy benefit, I had not received any benefit in time. But I had go to your Primer Chamber Branch & then by they are dispatch our cheque Late payment within 15-20 days. I got my payment of LIC with lot of difficlty and hard work. Your Branch staff is not working & Answer properly.

          I hope, You are consider my problem immediately & short out.

          Please Reply your disciplinary action on staff.

            Dear Sir,
            I have already handed over policy transfer
            application on dated 12/06/2012 and LIC
            officer assured me that both policies will be
            transferred soon. But till date my policies have
            not been transferred. I am a retired person and
            after my services I have been shifted from
            Birsinghpur Pali to Rewa (MP) That is the reason
            I wish to transfer my all active policies. It is too
            difficult to visit your shahdol branch time and
            again from Rewa. I used to make calls but then
            also my policies have not been transferred. I
            couldn’t pay last month’s premium due to it has
            not been transferred to Rewa branch.

              sir mene ek lic policy apne sonke naam se li hai . jo ki lic ki money plus naam ki policy hai or mene 5000/-5000/-5000/ ki tin baar primiyam diposit karai hai or ab compny muje meri diposit rashi se bhi kam paisa return kar rahi hai mera policy no.[protected] hai mane yah policy pratapghar (r.j.) branch se lee hai please muje mera diposit kiya hua paisa hi wapas dila dijiye me bhut garib aadami hu
              You should have checked policy details before investing. This is ULIP so it is linked with stockmarket.
              I am assuming that you have paid 3 premiums worth 5000 for 3 years .Now first of all give an application to your LIC branch that you don't want to pay further premium. Wait for the stock market to go above 20000 then you will get your money back.

                    Hello,
                    If you have enrolled yourself in LIC customer portal, then you can easily see all the policy you have or you can also enroll your new policies. I There also you can lodge complains (I know this bescause i have customer portal and once i have raised complain and they have got back to me) and they will get back to you in two or three days, if not again you complain, dont stop. If need any help i will be available in mukti.[protected]@ge.com. If you are visiting to the branch and giving your complain in writing then always remember to keep a signed xerox copy with you.

                      My Policy no. 19460478 under pension plan New Jeevan Surksha. The Pension has not yet credited in my bank account whereas I have already submitted all required documents to LIC Office,Rohtak on 15.10.11. Only 25 % notional cash option has been received in Feb. 2012. I have already given option for monthly payment of pension which is not yet started. Kindly start the same urgently.

                                    I m friend of Mr. Dilip Hanumant Holkar who died on 24/01/2012 because o pulmonary embolism & pulmonary tuberculosis.LIC agent not asked him about his medical history before making policy. Agent also done his medical check up at the time of policy making, but they doesn't find any disease. But now they said like Mr. Dilip had an hart disease before 2 years, why you are not telling us regarding disease. His LIC agent not make an any inquiry about his medical history then what is our mistake.
                                    Now LIC office said that his heart disease is before making LIC policy. So that they doesn't make payment.
                                    He had two small kids, his wife also a housewife. What we do next? pls help his family regarding this policy. For further procedure u can mail me on [protected]@ocketmail.com or contact no. [protected]- Om Moneshwar. Pls do the needful & oblidge.

                                      I have taken the LIC policy #[protected] via LIC agent from Laxmi Road Pune branch in the Dec 2008 . While paying the premium for the year 2009 as the cheque got bounced for signature mismatch I was asked to pay in cash and had transfer the money to agent since I was not in town, but the agent holded the payment causing the policy to be lapsed. I came to know about this in the year 2010 while trying to pay premium and caught the agent. Finally the matter was settled with lot of effort by paying the due amount .
                                      Now my concern is that the yearly premium amount is increased by Rs. 2547/- but without any prior information by LIC or agent.This is a additional burden on me as I will be paying additional amount of Rs.67,500 for remaining policy period that too without any profit or coverage limit

                                      Kindly help and arrange to settle the matter.

                                        Headache of taking ulip pension- In this 21st century LIC is still servicing as per 10th century methods. I have taken ulip=pension plus of LIC. Because of the unlimited payment options on this policy my premium payment delayed every quarter .When other companies have credit card /online options /netbanking options - Our gr8 LIC still haven't started this facility for the ULIP- new generation policies.If you go through the premium options you will find how many payment options they have . Moreover ECS will only considered if you have one policy through that particular submitting branch. I'm staying away from my home state . This is making life difficult and policy lapsed. Is that LIC wants . try the option of complaint registration and it wont work on their website . .

                                        On 30th Dec 09 i paid the Lic jeevan anand policy amount of 15167.00 by my SBI Saving account by using net .But till now i have not received any receipt from the LIC my lic policy number is[protected] and the transaction ID number is-IB01246956
                                        Through my HDFC net banking i deposited my LIC premium of Rs 2257 to LIC of India .
                                        The amount has been deducted from my HDFC account but not submitted to LIC of India.

                                        I talked to HDFC customer services but they are saying that they cannot help me as the amount has been deducted from my HDFC account towards LIC of India.

                                        I am having policy[protected] dated 27/09/1997. This policy was taken at Jamshedpur. I am presently in Delhi, not able to make premium payment, can somebody guide, whether due payment can be made online. Premium is payment is due for more than one year due to my relocation to Delhi.

                                        well after a 2 weeks of sending mail i got auto reply today morning from eps1... asking me to raise a query again ... hows that ... issue online is now sorted... cheques deposited 30th march is still not deposited wit my bank...good new not all branches have ecs facility ... i asked branch near shoppers atop at banneeghatta road, they hv no facility i was directed to jp nagar branch ... ad's on website doesn't match the service
