    I have registered online to buy tech term plan through LIC website on 24.04.2022.

    I made a payment of Rs. 19104/- . The proposal number of policy is 1107. Within next week all physical Medical tests & Telemedical video call was done & got confirmation from TPA that my reports are uploaded in LIC portal.

    But after that there is no any update regarding my policy.
    - The customer contact number 68276827 is not reachable
    - The email follow ups are not responded
    - The enquiry section in the LIC customer portal do not respond to queries. There was one update 24-May-2022, asking to repeat the doc upload process, the process was repeated again as requested on 25-May.
    Ever since the portal folks stopped responding as well.

    Deeply regret opting for an online term insurance, if a living soul is put to so much stress. I cant imagine how bad the settlement process will be when the insurer passes away.

    Kindly request to cancel the proposal and refund the premium at the earliest.

    I thought of recomend this policy to my friend and family members but now i need to rethink.

      Sir i had paid policy through lic portal on 12/06/2022, amount:9637.76.
      Amount deduction from my SBI creditcard but receipt not generated.also i call to customer care they told me amount was credited.

      Please solve this issue as soon as possible.

        I try to pay my lic installment through lic customer app but after the completion of transaction page shows an error.

            And I got chance to do job in Hdfc ergo but due to my PAN Card attached in lic the would not give me offer later .
            I also give applications to lic but they not procede till now.
            My request to you please note my complaint and detached my PAN Card from lic as soon as possible .

I am very sorry to inform you that till today I have not yet receive the claim value till today.

                I made a payment of Rs. 276545/- . The proposal number of policy is 658. Within next week all physical Medical tests & Telemedical video call was done & got confirmation from TPA that my reports are uploaded in LIC portal.

                            I want to delete customer portal account

                            I have two different user id of lic with self policies under them. online in these user id's one of the user id is not updating PAN because of giving the remark already the same details have been updated in other user id. I want to delete one of the user id and want to add all my lic policies under single user id. Please tell me the procedure how to delete the second user id to enable me to club all the policies under one user id....

                            And my PAN Card linked with misp also I don’t know how it’s happens but I want remove this .. due that I face lots of problem to joining job

                              Dear sir/madam,
                              I am Mr. Konda Venkata ganesh working as insurance agent in LiC . Now I got job in another Organization and NOC is raised and salary also stopped due to nin submission of NOC to that organization. I have visited nearest LIC office at several times ( Dhone Branch) but i did not get any resolution from dhone Branch and they have given one NOC certificate which is found as wrong. It is showing as 'Terminated on non fulfilment of Minimum business guarantee', here at new organization said that status should be as" resigned" While checking at PAN Lookup portal. I have submitted resignation letter along with Form 1 C and my attested KYC at dhone Branch.
                              Kindly help me to get it resolved at the earliest.

                                  The access id is[protected] . I have purchased tech term plan on 20/12/2021 and made a payment of Rs. 27, 671/- . The proposal number of policy is 22652. After that a Telemedical video calling was done. After that, I have sent a many mail and follow up to your office for physical medical, they have fixed medical test and same was completed by me on 15/03/2022. After that there is no update about my policy status. Now I request you to kindly cancel my proposal of policy and refund the premium amount immediately.
